There was a damp problem along our external wall, we called Trident Damp, Joseph ( the owner / manager) came along and conducted a thorough inspection before sending an e-mail containing full details of necessary remedial work and a quote. On the date of the work Joseph and team arrived on time, all work was completed in a competent and professional manner and finished on time. Highly recommended.

To cure a damp problem in our sitting room. They completed the work within the agreed time and to budget. They identified the source of the damp after a thoughtful & thorough examination, and they carried out the remedial work expertly. The team was very efficient, well organised, and courteous. Joseph, the boss, kept us informed at every stage, and regularly monitored work in progress. The cost of the works was very reasonable, indeed, it was a third of the estimated costs provided by a competing company.

Trident did a damp survey and gave us some quotes for a property we were thinking of buying. Their reports were super thorough and reasonably priced. I got in touch with them again a year later and sent some photos of our mould/ condensation problem in the bathroom. Rather than charging us, they sent some really helpful information about how we could combat it. We really appreciate it - especially as no gain for them. Really nice guys and really helpful. Would recommend them for any damp problems.

Joseph and his team recently undertook a rising damp issue for my elderly neighbour. They were bang on time the day the work was to be carried out. They were polite, friendly and made my neighbour feel very at ease. The work they did was excellent and they were extremely clean and tidy, Laying sheets to avoid dust and disposing of the old plaster very carefully.
