Joseph responded straight away and quickly arranged to visit our property. The problem was condensation, made worse by lockdown keeping everyone indoors, so there was no work to do, but Joseph provided detailed and helpful advice on how to improve the situation. Great communication & reassuring advice at all times.

Free advice, quick and easy!
Joseph had previously worked at my property, although under previous ownership. I've recently noticed a lot damper in the property and called Trident Damp to see if they could come over and do a survey. Joseph was in the area when I called him and he quickly schedules a time to visit. Although there was no new work for Joseph to do, he provided us with plenty of information to do with our problem and how to fix it, as well as offering advice with a follow-up email. Furthermore, all of this information was provided for free. If we ever do need damp work in the future Trident will be the people to contact.

I was recommended Trident through my neighbour. I didn't get any other quotes as I had a rough idea of what it should cost. They carried out some remedial works on the ground floor of my house to prevent rising damp. Joseph was friendly and experienced and came to do the initial consultation, and the chaps who did the work were pleasant and diligent. A family business that did a great job with a 20-year guarantee.

Honest advice!
I contacted Jo to get some advice on a damp external wall. He came over promptly to inspect and fortunately for me it turns out that I don't have a damp problem! He advised that the problem is due to poor maintenance of the wall and that I should scrape the paint off, stabilise the wall and paint it. Really pleased I didn't have to spend on unnecessary repairs. Thanks Jo!

We had some damp on a downstairs wall (our house is stepped in a hill), Trident removed the old plaster sealed the wall and then re-plastered, They also sealed the wall from the outside. Great job.

Damp proofing in my bathroom where I had a leak and a damp issue coming in. They came round and inspected and then damp proofed the area. I'm really happy with the work!

In my dining room I had some damp from where the timber had rotted away. I gave them a call and asked what was involved. Re-did a bit of the floor. They removed all the rotting timber, putting some new pillars beneath the floor and put in new beams. Kept on time, informed all the way through - explained it well. I've already recommended them!
