Mitchell came and fixed my washing machine after we had been unable to do so. He was really well mannered, cleaned up after himself and all in all it was a sparkling job. And so are my clothes now.

This is the 2nd time Trio (Mitch) have come out to repair my Samsung washing machine. The service both times had been excellent. I had a phone call to give estimated time of arrival so I wasn't waiting in all day. Mitch was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the machine and knew what the problem was and fixed it there and then. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. 10/10.

After buying a new fridge freezer from Samsung January 2021,this then turned faulty as the control panel on the front kept bleeping constantly and the temperature kept fluctuating, very dangerous for myself as I store my insulin and other medications in the fridge as I suffer from a brain tumour and cancer, diabetes and other illnesses. Samsung agreed to send an engineer out to fix the problem. The engineer who was from a company by the name of Trio domestic appliances. His name was Mr Mitchell , in the first instant his communication skills was fantastic , he recognised my illnesses and treated me with so much respect, his manners was amazing and made me feel so comfortable as I have been in isolation for nearly 2 years . He arrived on time, wore a mask and gloves and he fixed the problem by replacing the front faulty panel. Amazing service by a professional engineer, I could not thank him enough hence I have left this review for people so that they can see what a fantastic and honest professional Engineer Mr Mitchell is. Thé washing machine developed a lot of noise. Mitchell came out and had a look and told me that he needs to order couple of parts and will call me as soon as the part comes. Mitchell came out with all the parts and completed the repair in a professional manner, leaving everything clean and ready to use. The washer developed a leak on one programme that required some technical problem solving to find and fix, a small fault in the joint on the outer drum. Mitchell was very smart and pleasant and completed the repair in a professional manner leaving everything clean and ready to use, his work gave us confidence in the Washer and it's reliability. As soon as a vermin infestation was addressed by another company, I used this company's service to have my brand new Samsung washing machine electric cable replaced, due to the rodent damaging it. TDA was actually recommended by the manufacturers themselves. I would also highly recommend them, as their service is incredibly reliable.
