Have used company previously. Asked them recently to quote for various works which they did and we accepted part of the quote. Further correspondence went unanswered and eventually he replied advising “please engage another contractor”. Most disappointing and would recommend not wasting time with this firm.

I think this is the third time we have had Nigel clean our carpets, and we cannot fault him at all. He does a marvellous job, brings the carpets up like new, and how he gets the stubborn stains out is beyond me, magic! He is professional, polite, excellent at what he does, and just generally a really nice person. Highly recommend him.

We booked Nigel to clean all the carpets in the house: sitting room, study, bedrooms, stairs and landing. We also have a dog, so the clean needed to be a deep clean. Nigel's a very likeable man. He was on time, polite, tidy, and worked like a banshee to first hoover and then clean the carpets. We'd had some old stains for years that had survived other carpet cleaners, but Nigel got them out. He managed to move furniture that was both awkward and heavy and clean behind it. He charged us exactly what was quoted, and to be honest, we felt we underpaid him for the superb job he did. We would recommend him to anybody who wants their carpets to be made to look like new.
