Nigel did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and carpets. With two small children both were in a right state, but I can honestly say the sofa and carpet look brand new now! Thank you so much Nigel!

I think this is the third time we have had Nigel clean our carpets, and we cannot fault him at all. He does a marvellous job, brings the carpets up like new, and how he gets the stubborn stains out is beyond me, magic! He is professional, polite, excellent at what he does, and just generally a really nice person. Highly recommend him.

We booked Nigel to clean all the carpets in the house: sitting room, study, bedrooms, stairs and landing. We also have a dog, so the clean needed to be a deep clean. Nigel's a very likeable man. He was on time, polite, tidy, and worked like a banshee to first hoover and then clean the carpets. We'd had some old stains for years that had survived other carpet cleaners, but Nigel got them out. He managed to move furniture that was both awkward and heavy and clean behind it. He charged us exactly what was quoted, and to be honest, we felt we underpaid him for the superb job he did. We would recommend him to anybody who wants their carpets to be made to look like new.

We have today used Nigel at Trueclean to professionally clean all the carpets in the house we moved into just yesterday. The quality of work and the level of detail and time spent by Nigel has far, far exceeded my expectations of what is possible! Nigel uses multiple stages and highly professional and powerful equipment to achieve truly outstanding results. Nigel took time and care and has real pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely use him again.

I would recommend Nigel to anyone, if they are looking for a really professional clean. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely charming. Nigel won't say no to tea if offered! Will rebook at Christmas.

We are so grateful to Nigel from Trueclean for his amazing work yesterday!! We just got the keys to our new home and we’re disappointed that the previous owners had left the carpets and downstairs laminate flooring in a very dirty, poor condition and had not cleaned up properly after their dogs; and this was especially concerning since we are due a new baby soon. However, Nigel has completely transformed the place with his very diligent, professional work and now the place is as good as new-the carpets and floors are smelling so fresh and are back to their original state (a few shades lighter than they were left!). He even stayed to work late on a Saturday night at no extra cost and we feel Nigel’s quote was so reasonable considering the hours and hours of care and attention he put into cleaning the flooring and carpets of our new home. Completely trustworthy, great timekeeper and so polite and tidy-can’t recommend TrueClean enough! Such a relief to have this all sorted now so we have peace of mind for when we bring our baby home-thank you Nigel! Very thorough and professional job done on office carpet tiles that had 6 years of dirt, wear and tear. Now look almost as good as new! Thank you.
