My old boiler had packed in and Adrian and the team came out to install a new one. Work was all completed on time and for a good price, including one or two extra challenges that were dealt with smoothly. I'd be very happy to use them again.

This is the first time I have used this company for my boiler service and I am very impressed with the work carried out. George, the engineer, was very polite and explained exactly what work he had carried out. He was a tidy worker and carried out the service in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for my next service.

Had a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Wasn't obvious (to me) where it originated from with pipes etc boarded and tiled in. I had to turn the water off and manage with an 8 year old that could have been tricky had it taken a while to fix. Adrian came round (in the middle of a beloved football team game) and identified the leak quickly (a drip from the manifold which could have been easily missed). He did a temporary fix so I could use the water until the required part arrived the next day and permanently fixed. He and his team were brilliant. Attended when they said,didn't let me down and did a brillaint job. He also changed some old taps for me with no issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I was really happy with the work Adrian did on my boiler. There was great communication about when work would take place and really clear explanation of the work that was needed. The team fitted my new boiler in a matter of hours and also repaired some botched work left by a previous installer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our boiler broke and as soon as I rang Adrian he was out to diagnose it. He ordered the part straight away and came round as soon as it came. He fixed it straight away and had a very happy customer! I highly recommend this company they are heroes!

We wanted to upgrade our old conventional boiler to a combi boiler and obtained a few quotes prior to making our decision to use Trust Boiler Care. Adrian initially came to quote and we were impressed with him right from the start. He is very friendly and has lots of experience in this field. The work carried out by his team has been exceptional and we are extremely happy with the new boiler (Baxi 800). The shower is so powerful now and it is great to have instant hot water from the kitchen tap. As this was a conversion there was a lot more work involved and the water tanks from the loft and cylinder tank from the airing cupboard were removed on day 1 and disposed off. We went out for the day and felt comfortable with leaving everyone in the house, and they locked up as we didn't return until 7 pm. Some laminate flooring needed taking up in the spare bedroom to get to the pipes and was re-laid satisfactorily. Most of the work was done by Adrian and David, although there was some assistance from another couple of guys (one is Adrian's son). A new flue was necessary to accommodate the new boiler and the hole from the original one was bricked up without there being any obvious signs. We also requested for the gas fire to be capped. The work was completed on day 2 and all the paperwork registering the boiler was completed. Adrian even arranged for the old boiler to be collected by the scrap merchant the next day. We highly recommend Adrian and his team.

Needed new syphon unit in toilet. Emailed Adrian Saturday morning and got a reply within 15 minutes. Tony the plumber phoned this morning (Monday) and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Work completed within 1 hour, new syphon unit, new stop valve and pipework, new sealant around waste pipe and toilet bowl secured to floor. Excellent work, superb service and very reasonable price.
