So we had a leak and I called them on a Friday, he wasted no time, he asked for a video and told me asap what the problem was and the cost. Loved that there was no beating around the bush straightforward so I could decide. On Saturday they came and he was so professional did an amazing clean job no mess was very quick. Highly recommend because they are so professional and have a smile on their face!

I contacted Adrian Dawson at Trusted Boiler Care to replace my Vaillant boiler with a later model as it had failed after only 18 years of faithful service! He visited and gave a very fair quotation for the work. We agreed a start date and Adrian and his team arrived on the dot on the agreed date and time. They were very tidy and went to a lot of trouble to protect our furnishings. He had estimated that it would take a little over a day and a half to complete the work and that is what happened. The task was more complicated because the boiler is situated in the middle of the property not on an outside wall and the route for the condensate pipework was difficult. The team went to a lot of trouble to route the condensate under the floor when other routes would have been much simpler. I was impressed particularly when others might have used that work as a reason to increase the price. I found them to be very pleasant people and committed to doing a first class job. We got quotes from various firms, and we found Adrian and his team to offer the most reasonable price and to be the friendliest and most experienced. It was a big job, but Adrian did his best to reassure us that it was all perfectly normal for them and that everything would be fine, which we needed, to be honest! It involved the total renewal of a 38-year-old system, which included the replacement of 8 radiators, removal of 4 water storage tanks (3 in the loft), open fire service and converting the whole water/heating system to run off the new combi boiler. Given how much mess this job could have caused (the radiators and tanks were full of black sludge/water), along with our light carpets throughout the house, we were amazed at how unobtrusive they managed to be. Carpets were fully covered, remedial touch-up work was undertaken, all waste was removed, and the old cabinet was refitted around the new boiler, we couldn’t ask for better! They turned up on time every day and genuinely grafted (people I’ve told have been amazed at how much they achieved in a day, versus the installers they’ve used) throughout, until the job was complete, none of the unreliability which many people seem to experience. They were more than trustworthy enough to leave the key with, so we could keep out from under their feet during the day. The system works a treat and we look forward to a nice cosy winter, I suspect it’ll make a huge difference to the house as a whole, thank you, Adrian and team!

We have just had a new Worcester boiler installed by Adrian and his team. They did a great job, it cost what they said it would, they came when they said they would, tidied up before they left and made sure we were happy with the installation and knew the new controls. Very happy to recommend.

Huge thanks to Adrian and team . When British Gas condemed my boiler and effectively walked away from it. Despite many calls made Trust Boiler Care went out of their way via Wattsap to understand the issues and provide a quote that was reasonable and more importantly when the house had no hot water or heating Adrian turns up with his merry men just a few days later and today we had heat ! Would have no problem in recommending the Company and welcome any contact . Top guy appreciate quality installation . Wish all fitters were like this .

I was in need of a replacement boiler and Trust Boiler Care gave a competitive quote for the make & size of the boiler I wanted, so we agreed on an installation date. On the day Adrian & his team arrived promptly and got on to get the work done, making good provision to cover up the kitchen to prevent building waste spreading. In the quote, I had asked to look at an existing radiator that was not performing well. Having identified it was blocked and couldn't be cleared, they were quick to source a replacement and were still able to get all the work done in the day. Very pleased overall with the work and the boiler is working fine.

I spoke to Adrian about my radiator valves which were beginning to fail after 18 years. He arrived on time and all the valves were replaced inside four hours including draining and refilling the system. He is friendly, knowledgeable and provides an excellent service for a fair price. Happy to recommend him.

I contacted Trust Boiler Care Limited team for a quick job to disconnect my old range cooker prior to AO delivery and collection of the old cooker. They were super flexible and happy to accomodate to my time-slot which was connected to AO delivery time. The work was done efficienly, the engineer not only that he completed the work quickly but also did relevant checks around the house to ensure all is working. We will definetely go back to them for any gas related work. Thank you guys!

Our boiler was over 15yrs old. Had a leak repaired early Jan 25 & didn’t want to get caught out come Autumn 2025. Trust Boiler Care were recommended by a work associate. Adrian turned up on time to view the job & quote. Very honest, friendly chap. Installation of a Worcester Greenstar 1000 combi boiler & replacement of a fuzzed up 25yr old double radiator all done the following week. They also flushed & balanced the system. The day before install Adrian rang to confirm the job & request email details for guarantee/paperwork. Even rang on the morning of install to say on their way and arrived bang on 8am. All work carried out with military precision. Family run business with his young sons, one of whom worked alongside Trust Boiler Cares gas safe registered boiler installer. Apparently they’ve worked together for over 20yrs. The older son carries out boiler servicing for the company and will contact us when our boiler is ready for its annual service. Very neat clean & tidy workers. Very polite too. The one thing that stood out was how reassured we felt that anything we didn’t understand, anything we weren’t sure about what to do, Adrian just said call us don’t worry that’s what we’re here for. The communication from Adrian was 1st class. On completion he’d already done all the registration of the boiler, sat with me, went through it and made sure we’d got the confirmation email from Worcester Bosch with his companies registration details. Very impressed

I was really happy with the work Adrian did on my boiler. There was great communication about when work would take place and really clear explanation of the work that was needed. The team fitted my new boiler in a matter of hours and also repaired some botched work left by a previous installer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service. We were given good advice as to which boiler to have. The team fitted the new boiler in a new location in 2 days. It was a very neat job and the team went out of their way to make sure pipes were unobtrusive. At a later date we had a leak on an old radiator valve. After a frantic call someone turned up the same afternoon to repair the leak, replacing the valve. It was good to know we could call on Adrian’s team in an emergency.

From initial call with Adrian to new boiler being installed, efficient, friendly and did exactly what was agreed and for the price. Excellent value and really amenable to fitting in with our hectic schedule as much as theirs. Fantastic... we're using them again for other plumbing work!

Trust Boiler Care Ltd was the only one of the 3 Which? Trusted Traders contacted to respond to my initial enquiry, and they did so within hours. The initial survey and consultation by Adrian Dawson a few days later was thorough, professional and detailed, with a recommendation for a new a system to match our slightly unusual arrangement (which includes a solar PV- heated hot water tank), with gas water heating to work quite independently of the central heating. A week later the new boiler and controls were installed by his team in 2 days, with efficiency, professionalism and skilled workmanship. I am delighted with the new system and would highly recommend Trust Boiler Care Ltd.

Contacted Adrian who immediately knew what the problem could be with our shower/cylinder. He arranged for Dave to contact us, which was done promptly. Dave came the next day and diagnosed the problem was with our cylinder but needed a certain part which had to be ordered. This was done and Dave kept us updated on delivery of this unusual part. The day he got delivery he came to fit it and it was done in no time. He also carried out a service on the water cylinder which was just about due. All at a very reasonable price and done by a super guy. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone - you will receive the best service, and we had their reassurance that they would come out promptly should there be any problems.

Adrian and his team are always superb, they've done a couple of services for me prior and I'll definitely be a returning customer. For this job it was a tricky boiler install which was a little bit out of the norm, Adrian was great at explaining the options, finding me a good deal and then with George and the team did a fantastic job on the install and even cleaning up afterwards. They take great pride in what they do, are very thorough and are also a good laugh, would highly recommend.

We wanted to upgrade our old conventional boiler to a combi boiler and obtained a few quotes prior to making our decision to use Trust Boiler Care. Adrian initially came to quote and we were impressed with him right from the start. He is very friendly and has lots of experience in this field. The work carried out by his team has been exceptional and we are extremely happy with the new boiler (Baxi 800). The shower is so powerful now and it is great to have instant hot water from the kitchen tap. As this was a conversion there was a lot more work involved and the water tanks from the loft and cylinder tank from the airing cupboard were removed on day 1 and disposed off. We went out for the day and felt comfortable with leaving everyone in the house, and they locked up as we didn't return until 7 pm. Some laminate flooring needed taking up in the spare bedroom to get to the pipes and was re-laid satisfactorily. Most of the work was done by Adrian and David, although there was some assistance from another couple of guys (one is Adrian's son). A new flue was necessary to accommodate the new boiler and the hole from the original one was bricked up without there being any obvious signs. We also requested for the gas fire to be capped. The work was completed on day 2 and all the paperwork registering the boiler was completed. Adrian even arranged for the old boiler to be collected by the scrap merchant the next day. We highly recommend Adrian and his team.

Our boiler broke and as soon as I rang Adrian he was out to diagnose it. He ordered the part straight away and came round as soon as it came. He fixed it straight away and had a very happy customer! I highly recommend this company they are heroes!
