He has also dealt with our numerous "emergencies ", speedily and professionally. And best of all, his prices are very reasonable. The Adrian's of the world are few and far between...

Was having problems with my Baxi Boiler needing re-pressurising at least once a day - they responded to my phone call within a couple of minutes and Phil came round next day.Identified the problem straightaway, explained to me what my what my options were and sorted the problem out. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced.

I have no hesitation in recommending Phil from Trust Boiler Care to anyone. He is 100% honest, reliable, trustworthy and willing to go out of his way to help. He has been out to us 3 times over the last couple of weeks, all being emergencies, and has not let us down on any occasion. The first call out was when our boiler broke down overnight and Phil arrived within hours of our call and was able to carry out the repairs and give us back heating the same day at a very reasonable price. The following weekend he had to come out twice again, due to problems left by other workmen. We called him late on Friday, just as he was about to finish for the day, to ask him to come out to a leaking radiator and he was here within 20 mins! He was quickly able to identify and correct the issue and restore heat to the room. On the coldest weekend of the year, we woke up on the Sunday to no heating or hot water. Phil gave up his time off to come and help us out of a very bad situation and arrived at 9.30am - less than an hour of us getting in touch! He quickly found an old joint that had failed in the pipes running under our property in the cellar, which was draining the boiler. He was able to put it right in less than an hour, working in very difficult conditions. Rescuing us once again! Not only is Phil an exceptional gas engineer, he really does care about his customers and we can't thank him or recommend him enough.

I was put in touch with Adrian's company 'Trust boiler care' by a neighbour and subsequently contacted by Phil who arrived on time and knew exactly what our issue was due to his wealth of experience in the field. I feel very lucky to have come across him (and judging from other reviews left here-so are many others!). It also transpired that previous services had left my boiler in a very poor condition with many corners having been cut which Phil quickly rectified. At the end of the job he even helped me balancing the entire house's radiators in order to get a new radiator running better. And all this for a very fair cost! Thank-you!

My usual boiler service engineer came to do boiler service. Pressure at 3.6 bar. Didn't sort anything and left saying a new boiler needed. Installed Jan 19. Got in touch with Trust Boiler Care and they were here the next day. Bled the system within an hour and sorted the pressure, heating working a treat. Honest work at a fair rate. Would definitely recommend. Saved me a fortune.

I have known Adrian for 5 years and would always use Trust Boiler Care for all work on my central heating. In the past they have changed radiators, fitted new valves and serviced my boiler always at a price I was happy with and always with a smile! Adrian and all of his team are very respectful of my house and work in a clean and tidy way. I have just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and couldn't be happier with the results, they just got on with the job with no disruption inside the house or out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our boiler broke just as the cold weather came back. Adrian and his crew came within a few days and had it sorted in two. They removed the old boiler and water tank, put in a new combi boiler and replaced a number of pipes around the house They did it with minimal disruption to us, working around our availability, with an understanding of the urgency of the request. They're a really friendly bunch too, and made sure they didn't mess up the rest of the house (they put plastic down on our stairs to avoid getting mess on them - something other traders haven't done). The boiler they put in is great.

I have used Adrian and Trust Boiler Care team for a few years now and have found them a real pleasure to deal with and also really pain free. They always offer an excellent service where they are able to respond quickly and and get the job done with no hassle at all. I have used the team for a variety of jobs big and small; from leaky radiators, Gas Safety Certificates, radiator replacements and boiler replacements. Something I particularly value is that they take the headache of my hands and deal with the problem quickly and efficiently! I really appreciate the hard work that they do.

Adrian is a really friendly bloke, a very tidy worker and had our heating back on in no time. Absolutely faultless. Would highly recommend.

Adrian and his team have been great. I had several problems. One with a Vokera boiler in a rented property. That was arranged. In my own house he serviced the Worcester Bosch boiler and found a gas leak which could have been fatal. He always responds to calls and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend the work of everyone in his team.

I don’t often leave reviews but decided to write something as I’ve had an excellent experience both times I’ve dealt with this company. This is how companies should be run! I used them after my British Gas annual cover were unable to send an engineer within a reasonable timescale after multiple breakdowns. They are efficient, v. knowledgeable, turn up on time and have good communication. They have managed to fix our boiler which had numerous call outs and still didn’t work. Adrian (either the manager or owner? ) is clearly the oracle of all things boiler related. ERaFAde fixed our 18 year Saunier Deval boiler (serviced every year) and I’m delighted. It’s not the season for a broken boiler!

Annual boiler service undertaken. Arrived at agreed time. Friendly and professional. Discussed findings from service. Pleased with work undertaken and the cost was very competitive. Will use again. Recommended.

Adrian is very friendly, professional and experienced. He turned up on time and replaced the old kitchen mixer tap. No mess left behind. The thermostat needed changing too. Again, Adrian sorted it in no time. He checked that all was in perfect order before leaving. An absolutely brilliant service! Highly recommended!

We were a bit worried about getting someone in to replace our boiler but Ade was a great find. A genuinely lovely person and he was great around my kids and the dog. Everything from the presales talking is through what boilers we might want to look at, to after the job cleaning up and not leaving a mess was appreciated. The pipework he left was immaculate and has made the area look a lot nicer than previously. Would definitely recommend.

Due to a problem with the boiler, my Mum couldn’t get any hot water so we needed someone to come out at short notice. The guy who came round was great - got straight on the job, talked through what the problem was so we understood and generally went over and above on all counts. We were really pleased with the overall service and cost to fix the issue and would definitely recommend his services.

I contacted this company on the Monday 24/03/25 and spoke to Adrian ( the owner) as I had a leaking radiator . Adrian arranged for George and Alfie to come and check it out on the same day. They did a full drain down of the system , replaced the leaking thermostat with a new one which solved the problem, and they also put an inhibitor in the system all at the agreed price prior to the work carried out. I had a number of questions that I needed to ask about the central heating system and George was very helpful and answered them in in such a way that I could understand. I was very pleased with the work that was carried out. After the work was completed I did appear to have an issue with one of the radiators not completely heating up and George said he would come back and rebalance the radiators at no additional cost. This after service really impressed me. I would recommend this company to others and I would definitely use them again.

New water tank install and reroute washing machine completed quickly and efficiently. Fantastic professional, friendly service would highly recommend.

While testing out radiators to prepare for the upcoming winter, we realised 4 of 8 were not heating up. We contacted our rental agency, which in turn contacted Trust Boiler Care Ltd. We were truly impressed by Adrian’s sincerity, knowledge, and cheerful demeanour. He promptly visited us soon after being contacted by our rental agency to understand the problem. Turns out our radiators are more than 20 years old, and two were even leaking. He fixed the date for the second visit and showed up on time. He went above and beyond the call of duty by not just fixing the non-working radiators but adding a thermostat to the kitchen radiator, especially for our cat (long story). We were really impressed by how patiently he worked (it took more than 3 hours in all), with sincerity, making multiple adjustments across till everything was done to the utmost standard. He also tidied up after the job, leaving no mess. Truly impressed and can vouch 100% that “trust boiler ltd” can be trusted completely. Saved their contact details for any future jobs.
