Needed new syphon unit in toilet. Emailed Adrian Saturday morning and got a reply within 15 minutes. Tony the plumber phoned this morning (Monday) and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Work completed within 1 hour, new syphon unit, new stop valve and pipework, new sealant around waste pipe and toilet bowl secured to floor. Excellent work, superb service and very reasonable price. Which? Trusted Traders came up trumps! Thank you Tony.

Adrian gave us a competitive price for fitting a new boiler. He was most pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. Adrian and his team arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They were polite, professional and clean tradesmen and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found his advise and helpfulness faultless - its so nice to deal with such a nice trustworthy guy!

I had a new boiler installed and five radiators moved/fitted and could be happier with the service I received from Phil and Adrian. They carried out all work in a professional friendly way and were exceptionally tidy. Existing pipe work was clipped under the floorboards which was above and beyond. The rates were competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I look forward to a long relationship of using them for boiler servicing and other central heating work.

If I could leave 6 stars I would! I had a major central heating problem which was looking increasing like I would have to commit to the huge expense and major upheaval of having new central heating pipe work installed in the upstairs of my house. The issue turned out to be a major blockage, not just an airlock, in my system which other plumbers had tried to solve but without success. I had already incurred significant costs and was becoming increasingly concerned when I found Trust Boiler Care on the Which Trusted Traders site. I contacted them and Adrian arranged for Phil to call over the very next day. When Phil arrived he exuded a quiet confidence and I immediately knew I was in good hands. As soon as he started I was aware that his knowledge was much greater than the previous plumbers I had tried. It was a very tough job but through Phil’s persistence and professionalism he eventually succeeded 100%. Throughout the work he kept me fully informed and the overall attitude to customer service by both Phil and Adrian is exemplary. I thought the eventual price was very fair and I remain extremely grateful to Adrian and Phil at Trust Boiler Care for the service they provided.

We wanted to replace two wall-hung boilers with a floor standing Worcester hi flo. This produced a series of problems, first the installation of a roof-mounted flue and the joining of two separate water service systems. The work was thoughtfully done, was exceptionally clean and the plumbing and associated work was very professional!

Very pleased with the service from Adrian and team. Professional client orientated approach. Both maintenance and emergencies are addressed with the thought of a client. Adrian has helped me establish a source of a gas leak when I could smell gas in the house (it was an external one). Also, was absolutely brilliant when the boiler just stopped working on a Friday evening before the long weekend - fixed it in no time, had all the spare parts needed in his van and gave us a chance to enjoy the longer break. And also, great chat always :)

My new Worcester boiler, installed by British Gas in summer 2020, completely lost pressure. I was unable to refill pressure myself. BG couldn't send anyone for a month! Trust Boiler Care (found here on Which? Trusted Traders) returned my call almost at once and was able to come next day. They analysed the reason for the problem, fixed the pressure quickly, and helped me to be more confident about doing it myself if needed. All Covid-Safe measures observed. Very pleasant person. Only charged me call-out fee, nothing more.

Our boiler broke just before Christmas. The original engineer I called out said it wasn't worth repairing and we needed a new one. I decided to ask for a second opinion and found Trust Boiler Care as a Which Trusted Trader. They came out on Christmas Eve for free, gave us two options of installing a new boiler (£1000 cheaper than British Gas) or trying the repair. They tried to get the part before Christmas, but couldn't, but came out on the 27th and repaired for the fraction of the price of a new boiler. Can't recommend them enough! Will definitely use again.

Adrian fitted a new boiler for my mother in law as hers had stopped working. He went above and beyond to ensure she had heating and hot water before Christmas. Adrian has great communication from first contacting him, through to completion and is extremely diligent in his work including cleaning and tidying away. Adrian, George and his team fitted a new combi boiler for me as my previous one had stopped working. They squeezed me into their busy schedule within a couple of days so we weren’t without heat and hot water for long. They were amazing - knowledgeable, professional, clean and tidy. Very reliable - turned up when they said they would, and the price was extremely reasonable too, especially for the amount of work involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Exceptional service all round. I am a vey happy and satisfied customer.

Adrian, Lee and George were excellent from the start of what was a big domestic job. They worked really well as a team and got my new boiler and extensive new piping installed on time and on budget. Adrian explained what would be happening each day and the team always arrived on time. I think the scale of the job would have put many people off but Trust Boiler Care, who had come to me via a recommendation, were more than up to it. All in all a very experienced, professional and trustworthy team.

Adrian and George fitted a condensing boiler to replace our old boiler and I am really pleased with the work. I would happily use them for maintenance/repairs in the future. I got quotes from a good few installers and chose Trust because the price was decent and Adrian was really helpful answering questions about which boiler to go for. On the day, the team were friendly and hard working. They all took real care in their work and it shows in some tidy new pipework. Carpets and surfaces covered to keep things neat and good clear up afterwards.

Used Trust Boiler Care a couple of times. Firstly for a boiler service late 2024 and today as we needed a gas fire capping off. Both jobs completed professionally and in a timely manner. Engineer arrived punctually and was very polite, happy to answer questions. Excellent work at a fair price

George recently worked on a leak in the central heating system, and serviced the boiler. Getting to the root of the problem was complicated and two visits were needed. Great customer service, always kept in touch to let you know the estimated time of arrival. After months of living in a house with heating problems I now have a fully working system. I would definitely recommend Trust Boiler Care.

Adrian and his trustworthy team came and added two extra radiators to the existing central heating system. Adrian’s expertise to advise on the best solution to meet our needs was invaluable. They worked quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption and cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell the floorboards and carpet had been taken up. We would not hesitate in recommending them for their professional approach and personable manner.

Adrian attended my restaurant early evening when my boiler failed and spent a hour trouble shooting to discover needed new circuit board. He returned the next day with new part and had me up and running with no effect on my business. He is a very friendly and courteous person and nothing is too much trouble. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a boiler/ central heating engineer.
