Phil went above and beyond to fix my old boiler, very efficient, friendly and helpful for a very reasonable rate. Even phoned the next day to check if all was still ok and it was. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again

After leaving a message for him Phil called me back on a Sunday and arranged an appointment for the following day. He arrived about five minutes early for the appointment and quickly diagnosed and repaired the fault on the central heating boiler. He then found a way to fix a faulty motorised valve which was much cheaper than replacing it. He was helpful and friendly throughout and all the work was done for the price of the standard call out charge. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We found both Adrian and Dave extremely helpful, pleasant & professional. They provided a first class service and kept us in the loop at all times concerning the works even during the weekend. The price for the service and repair was very reasonable and good value for money with no hidden extras. I contacted Trusted Boiler Care when the gas boiler of a lady for whom I am Power of Attorney failed its annual service. Adrian came on time and gave a prompt qoute which we agreed and the work to install a new boiler started the following week. Adrian and his team are very knowledgable,very polite and hard working. I had a new boiler fitted today by this company after having a terrible experience with another boiler repairer. Adrian, George and Phil arrived exactly on time with the friendliest customer experience one could ask for. Before I knew it my old boiler was removed and the new pipework in place for my new Worcester Bosch. The lads tidied up meticulously and talked me through the instructions. These guys are really efficient someone recommended them to me Called Adrian Dawson and I was in a pickle about a leeking toilet feed pipe, he told us turn the mains off and sent his plumber Tony who came within an hour to evaluate and sort the problem out .he took toilet system apart replace a seal and put it all back it was done like new before lunch very reasonable price as well , I would recommend these guys to anyone extremely professional job well done

We had our boiler moved from our bathroom to our kitchen. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. All the pipework is very neat and tidy and the work was done with minimal mess and they were friendly and helpful throughout.

Super friendly and efficient service. I was kept informed at each stage and they were polite, cheerful and got the boiler replaced and the new one installed quickly. They were very diligent in testing the new boiler and then making sure all the radiators were balanced and that there was no air in the system. The house is toasty, I couldn’t recommend anyone more! I had my boiler and gas fire serviced and a radiator repaired. Phil was punctual, polite and very friendly. I was given a fair quote and this was adhered to. Phil was very thorough and tidy and talked me through everything he was doing. I was impressed and would whole heartedly recommend the company.

So we had a leak and I called them on a Friday, he wasted no time, he asked for a video and told me asap what the problem was and the cost. Loved that there was no beating around the bush straightforward so I could decide. On Saturday they came and he was so professional did an amazing clean job no mess was very quick. Highly recommend because they are so professional and have a smile on their face!
