Corey and Finlay turned up at the agreed time, respectfully removing their shoes without being asked. Checked the height and positioning of both radiators , and proceeded to fit both without fuss. Cleared up after themselves and actually replaced a piece of trim with a tiny dent on it which we hadn't even noticed. A credit and great asset to the business.

We had 2 new heaters installed to replace the very old storage heaters we had in. Lewis and Treasure were the engineers they were very polite and worked very well, cleaning as they went along. Lewis explained everything as he worked and demonstrated how to operate the heaters after they were fitted. He showed me how they could be lifted forward to clean and decorate behind them which I didn't know about beforehand. I'm very happy with the heaters and the work done. I didn't have an electrician on the day as he didn't ring me back to arrange to do the work even though 3 separate times he was supposed to ring me. I understand they don't work for your company but it looks bad when they don't respond when they were asked to by you. Lewis did check the heater to show me it worked on the one we couldn't plug in because of no electrician on the day.

Toby and Lewis were punctual and very efficient in removing some old storage heaters and installing the new heaters for myself and Mrs Ballard (two instalations). They achieved both instalations with ease and fully explained what was happening as they progressed. Following both instalation they left everything neat and tidy replacing some heavy furntiture to their correct places. They both fully explained the workings of the units to us and what to do if we had any further questions or needed further details. It was a pleasure having them working in our properties.

Danny and Liam installed the radiators and towel rail efficiently. Were polite and friendly and cleaned up after them well. My one reservation on customer service is at the sales stage, the rep suggested the towel heater but it's positioning means I will need extra electrical work I wasn't warned about. The outlet was high up while the wiring at the bottom so they can't connect. Please ensure they keep this in mind in future when doing the survey.

Finlay and Corey contacted me the day before to confirm arrival time. They were very prompt on the day. They understood and listened to my requests. They worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners and made a neat and tidy job, cleaning up after themselves. They instructed me on the use of the radiators, gave me the booklet/warranty and left a copy of the completion of work form that I signed and understood. There were a couple of minor issues with the finish to 3 of the radiators but they were addressed and being remedied. Finlay and Corey were kind, courteous and professional throughout. They are a credit to your company.

The whole process, from initial enquiry, survey and estimate, placing the order and finally fitting was excellent. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and efficient. Communication throughout was also excellent. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone if you are thinking about installing electric radiators.

The lads did a great job, with a neat and tidy, no-fuss installation, and a very clear explanation of the instructions for use. The new radiators look great and are very well made. I'm sure they will keep us cosy this winter.

We had Finlay and Corey install our new heaters last week. They both were polite and helpful. They made sure that they checked with us on the exact locations and heater types as they went along. They were professional and tidy. Finlay made sure that we had the instructions and knew how to program the new heaters before leaving. I had previously used the Trust Neo heaters in a previous building and was pleased to see that they had continued to refine and improve them during the intervening time. Would certainly recommend them.

From when the rep first turned up to the guys doing the install, cleaning up after themselves, all involved are very friendly and helpful. Communication is obviously a key fixture for the company and they execute it superbly. A very professional group of people who I can't thank enough for making the options and choices so easy. It was a pleasure meeting Brice and Troy, who arrived on time and arranged to fit my radiator. Once fitted, the small amount of dust made was all cleaned away. Brice then explained the thermostat, which is very simple to use. Two very professional and friendly young men.

Our radiators were installed throughout the house on 13 August by Danny & Lewis on an extremely hot day; temperatures were in the 30s. Both of them were very efficient and helpful and worked solidly through the day. Appreciated the fact that we were consulted prior to the installation in each room and communication throughout was open and patient, taking our needs into account. We did discover that one radiator needs to be swapped over and once ready, we would like Danny & Lewis to complete. I cannot obviously comment on the efficiency of the system yet, that is, until we start using it in winter but the 100-day guarantee is reassuring. The whole process from initial meeting, to ordering and completion has been great, thank you.

Trust were commissioned to replace the old ineffective and expensive to run electric radiators that came with my new flat. Danny & Lewis (sent by Trust to install the new system) did a superb job of installing the new system. All four old radiators were efficiently replaced and an extra new one installed. My opinion was sort of they were unsure of my wishes. All rubbish was removed - you'd never know they'd been here! The installers were courteous, efficient, personable and very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the control system. It was fully tested before they left. Trust are a very consumer friendly company. All the staff I've dealt with were so patient and helpful. Schedule and budget were adhered to and there were no sudden hidden costs that so often appear these days. In fact, by mutual agreement, the installation date was brought forward! Whilst Trust radiators may not be the cheapest on the market they appear, from my research, to be one of the best in terms of build quality and efficiency. There is a lot of independent testing that supports this. I, so far, an very pleased with the company and its products.

We probably had your best engineers stripping out old rad's storage heaters. The young helper was offering good support. Tidy, happy, good conversation crew.

The guys called to say how far away they were. Got straight to work as I had an appointment and had to arrange the fitting with a short time slot. Fitting was efficient and clean. They tidied any mess. Gave me a very quick lesson on the controls and how to set up(quick due to my time). The were very polite and courteous during their appointment. No complaints.

Not been able to use due to waiting for new meter to be fitted. Total confidence in the work the fitters carried out & the confidence they have in the product.

Corey and Finlay fitted four new radiators for us. They worked quickly and methodically, tidied everything up afterwards, and demonstrated how to operate them. Everything, from first contact with Trust to final installation, was smooth and seamless. We chose Trust because they manufacture in this country, offer a long guarantee, and the radiators look aesthetically pleasing.

Lewis and Matty telephoned me to ask if it was possible too fit my heater a day early as they finished a job early , This suited me so we arranged a time that suited me , They telephoned me half an hour before arrival and on arrival promptly started work straight away , they fitted the new heater making a first class job, they explained how the heater works even though I already have one of their heaters , the two engineers Lewis and Matty are a credit to the company

Matty and Lewis came to fit three new heaters they were very efficient. They explained how the heaters work and set them up for us, ready for when we need to use them. They removed our old storage heaters and took all the rubbish away and left everything clean and tidy.

Lewis and Finlay fitted a new radiator and towel rail for me with very friendly and efficient service. Everything was cleaned up and rubbish taken away afterwards. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them. In view of the hot weather I haven’t needed to use these appliances yet but was advised by both these young men if I had any problems to get In touch with Trust electric and any problems would be resolved. Took a long time to set up the system, but Danny persevered and got it working in the end! The app is very easy to use and clear.

From making enquiries about a new radiator to the guy who came to demonstrate I have been pleasantly surprised at the service I was due to have the installation on the July 9th at 10 am Toby the installer rang to say they had a cancellation so could they come 6 o’clock the day before he was so polite and not at all pushy He came and was so polite and clean He explained everything in layman’s terms I would recommend Trust heating and when I purchase another would hope Toby installs Thank you again for a great service
