We are a British manufacturer and deliver in the UK. We launched the neos electric radiator heating system in 2018 a UK and International patented product. The neos is the only electric radiator with patented Cool wall and Quadvex technology. The neos is Made in Britain in Leeds and is inspired by German Electric Heating technology.
The neos has a soapstone core that retains the heat and due to its aluminium casing it conducts the heat 2.9 times more effectively than mild steel - thus warming your room quicker.
We offer a selection of thermostatic controls to fit with your lifestyle, an array of colours , finishes, styles and sizes and we have one of the longest guarantees of 25 years. Slimmest modern storage radiator on the market and the most attractive!

We saw the reviews for Trust, but still had other quotes. Trust was the most efficient, best price, and best looking radiators. The people I dealt with during the process were very friendly and efficient, and today’s fitters, Brice and Danny could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Corey arrived on time with Finlay. He removed the old radiators with no fuss and no mess and was careful when taking them down the stairway, as we are one up in a flat. He assisted Finlay in fitting the new radiators. He is a very pleasant person and explained how to operate the radiators. He also informed me about the Trust Care Package that I should have had an email about, but did not get. However, I have now signed up for that thanks to him.

Finlay and his colleague arrived on time in the morning at the agreed time. He offered to remove his shoes as we live in a flat with light coloured carpets. He started work straight away refusing a coffee or tea. The old radiators were removed with no fuss and no mess. The new radiators and brackets were carefully fitted and lined up using a spirit level. When it came to checking if they were working he ran into an electrical problem whereby some were not heating up. This was noted before leaving for another installation. The electrical issue was resolved before returning at a later date to complete final sign off. He is a very pleasant and conscientious person and the finished article looks great. A credit to the company.

Corey and Finlay turned up at the agreed time, respectfully removing their shoes without being asked. Checked the height and positioning of both radiators , and proceeded to fit both without fuss. Cleared up after themselves and actually replaced a piece of trim with a tiny dent on it which we hadn't even noticed. A credit and great asset to the business.

We had 2 new heaters installed to replace the very old storage heaters we had in. Lewis and Treasure were the engineers they were very polite and worked very well, cleaning as they went along. Lewis explained everything as he worked and demonstrated how to operate the heaters after they were fitted. He showed me how they could be lifted forward to clean and decorate behind them which I didn't know about beforehand. I'm very happy with the heaters and the work done. I didn't have an electrician on the day as he didn't ring me back to arrange to do the work even though 3 separate times he was supposed to ring me. I understand they don't work for your company but it looks bad when they don't respond when they were asked to by you. Lewis did check the heater to show me it worked on the one we couldn't plug in because of no electrician on the day.

A very polite and genuine guy, I would highly recommend Danny he done an excellent job, I can not fault the company and their heating system, I had 6 heaters installed just before last winter and to be honest I did question if I was doing the right thing, but we were warm and cosy and to my surprise it worked out cheaper than the coal central heating I used to have, so totally done the right move. Toby and Lewis were punctual and very efficient in removing some old storage heaters and installing the new heaters for myself and Mrs Ballard (two instalations). They achieved both instalations with ease and fully explained what was happening as they progressed. Following both instalation they left everything neat and tidy replacing some heavy furntiture to their correct places. They both fully explained the workings of the units to us and what to do if we had any further questions or needed further details. It was a pleasure having them working in our properties.

Danny and Liam installed the radiators and towel rail efficiently. Were polite and friendly and cleaned up after them well. My one reservation on customer service is at the sales stage, the rep suggested the towel heater but it's positioning means I will need extra electrical work I wasn't warned about. The outlet was high up while the wiring at the bottom so they can't connect. Please ensure they keep this in mind in future when doing the survey.

Finlay and Corey contacted me the day before to confirm arrival time. They were very prompt on the day. They understood and listened to my requests. They worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners and made a neat and tidy job, cleaning up after themselves. They instructed me on the use of the radiators, gave me the booklet/warranty and left a copy of the completion of work form that I signed and understood. There were a couple of minor issues with the finish to 3 of the radiators but they were addressed and being remedied. Finlay and Corey were kind, courteous and professional throughout. They are a credit to your company.

We had Finlay and Corey install our new heaters last week. They both were polite and helpful. They made sure that they checked with us on the exact locations and heater types as they went along. They were professional and tidy. Finlay made sure that we had the instructions and knew how to program the new heaters before leaving. I had previously used the Trust Neo heaters in a previous building and was pleased to see that they had continued to refine and improve them during the intervening time.
