Work was completed back in late 2017, it’s been a while but constant issues. We paid for two roofs to be changed, the main issue being our utility roof gushing with water. They replaced the entire roof on both parts of our property. Mid 2018, and our utility roof was gushing with water once again. 10-year guarentee on work so we contacted them. We were told we needed new flashing, flashing which we paid for in the first place but apparently, we just paid for main roof as we wanted to save money. Never had this conversation with the fella, we paid for fully fitted water tight roofs, we didn’t ask for discounts or bits knocked off to save us money. As I just needed the work sorting, I paid them further for flashing. Less than a year later 2019, I was having the same exact issue. Contacted again and I was advised it's my neighbouring property's fault but the trader said a bit of sealant will sort it. A month later I contacted again with the exact same issue. Since that time the trader refused to come out again advised it was my neighbouring property's fault. Since 2019 we have had to deal with a leaking utility roof, and I mean gushing with water not just a small drip. Our insurance wouldn’t cover us, so we’ve saved and this year got a brand new roof completed, to which they found massive holes in the roof felt, and not enough tiles were used for the slope of the roof. I would not recommend this company.

Complete roof replaced December 2022. Promised lead flashings front and rear but not fitted. Reason for not fitting, stone wall was too hard. Roof leaked. Eventually came out April 2023 and siliconed cracks in cement where lead flashings should have been fitted. Roof still leaked. Advised but never replied. November 2023 sent several emails and pictures. Promised to come out and fit lead flashings as originally promised. Eventually came out April 2023 after blaming bad weather. I offered to pay for scaffolding to help out. Last contact by telephone said not coming out as problem was with neighbouring property. Rainwater was soaking through 18 inch stone wall and coping stones into my loft. Paid another Company to fit lead flashings. Came out within 2 weeks, fitted lead flashings front and rear. Advised stone was extremely soft and water would not soak through 18 inch stone wall or coping stones. Roof does not leak anymore. Do not recommend Turners Roofing Services.

Tom and his team have just replaced the roof on my house and garage along with new guttering, facias and soffits. The work done was to the highest standard with all the team being friendly, considerate, tidy and very professional. The work was done on the dates originally agreed and completed within the specified time scale. The team took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and were impeccably tidy cleaning up after themselves every day. I received a number of quotes from various local companies but Tom stood out from them with his vast experience and a full comprehensive breakdown of costs and time scales. Turners replaced the lead valley on our main roof over two days. Every stage of the work was clearly explained beforehand, progress updated throughout each day and all work areas were kept clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Jon and his team were extremely professional and polite and clearly carried out the work as described, taking no shortcuts and finishing to a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Turners for your roofing work.

Turners replaced my main roof, including taking down the chimney. They also refurbished my fibreglass flat roof. I asked them to quote for replacing it, but they were very honest and said no, it just hadn't been finished correctly and they could put it right. Have no hesitation in recommending, very easy to deal with, clean everything up after themselves and really pleased with the job they have done. Also were very competitive on price.

Tom Turner, his son Jon and the crew have just completed a fantastic job for us. They’ve fixed our kitchen extension/part Conservatory roof. We negotiated a great price before the work began. They were extremely punctual, very friendly and polite. Always cleaned up, never left any mess. They kept us informed throughout how it was all going. Turners Roofing Services responded quickly in investigating. Tom ensured he had a full observation of the actual problem and took time to explain in detail. His advice and plan of action was thorough and in accordance with the reports I had obtained from two different structural engineers. Additionally he was able to back up what needed doing with how it would be done. A truly genuine experienced professional team that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Tom Turner and his son, John, and their workers, have just completed an excellent job in putting on a new roof on the front of my house. They went out of their way to be helpful and overcame any difficulties with speed and efficiency. They are fast workers; in my case, replacing rotting timbers with new ones and replacing old tiles with slates. They kept to the original budget despite extra work being needed. I fully intend to use Turners to replace the roof at the back of my house as soon as possible. I thoroughly recommend them.

What a great set of lads, I used them to replace the ridge tiles, felt and fit a dry verge gables on my bungalow plus also replacing my garage roof with a new fiberglass top. They also brushed the moss off the roof which had been gathering for years and treated it with a moss treatment.
