Tom and his team have just replaced the roof on my house and garage along with new guttering, facias and soffits. The work done was to the highest standard with all the team being friendly, considerate, tidy and very professional. The work was done on the dates originally agreed and completed within the specified time scale. The team took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and were impeccably tidy cleaning up after themselves every day. I received a number of quotes from various local companies but Tom stood out from them with his vast experience and a full comprehensive breakdown of costs and time scales. All the team have been working with Tom for a number of years and that is reflected in their efficiency and camaraderie and it is clear they all take pride in doing a great job. Turners replaced the lead valley on our main roof over two days. Every stage of the work was clearly explained beforehand, progress updated throughout each day and all work areas were kept clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Jon and his team were extremely professional and polite and clearly carried out the work as described, taking no shortcuts and finishing to a high standard. Turners replaced my main roof, including taking down the chimney. They also refurbished my fibreglass flat roof. I asked them to quote for replacing it, but they were very honest and said no, it just hadn't been finished correctly and they could put it right. Have no hesitation in recommending, very easy to deal with, clean everything up after themselves and really pleased with the job they have done. Also were very competitive on price.

Turners Roofing Services responded quickly in investigating. Tom ensured he had a full observation of the actual problem and took time to explain in detail. His advice and plan of action was thorough and in accordance with the reports I had obtained from two different structural engineers. Additionally he was able to back up what needed doing with how it would be done. A truly genuine experienced professional team that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Tom Turner and his son, John, and their workers, have just completed an excellent job in putting on a new roof on the front of my house. They went out of their way to be helpful and overcame any difficulties with speed and efficiency. They are fast workers; in my case, replacing rotting timbers with new ones and replacing old tiles with slates. They kept to the original budget despite extra work being needed. I fully intend to use Turners to replace the roof at the back of my house as soon as possible. I thoroughly recommend them.

What a great set of lads, I used them to replace the ridge tiles, felt and fit a dry verge gables on my bungalow plus also replacing my garage roof with a new fiberglass top. They also brushed the moss off the roof which had been gathering for years and treated it with a moss treatment. I used Turners Roofing for a small repair in the past and was pleased with the service. They have now completed a full roof replacement, not straight forward considering the tiles were asbestos and we are in the middle of a pandemic. They have done a great job, it looks really good. Because of the fear of further lockdown and the weather closing in he brought both teams on the job and it was done within a weather window of 3 days. He was in constant contact and informed me of all stages including getting the materials and storing them so he could still work if we were locked down. Tom was pleasant and communicative at all times. I would highly recommend them.
