This company has been absolutely, totally understanding and amazing; they spend time with you to get it right, unlike the old company I had to fit an unsuitable stairlift not even 8 months ago. They were very professional from the start; they actually listened and made the stair lift to fit my small legs. Someone can't help what they're born with. But the man from start to finish was amazing absolutely measured the chair to fit my needs, and I didn't realise that it's not a simple job but this company kept in touch and so helpful. I can't thank them both so much clean tidy and explained everything a few times as i was lost. I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again. So well done guys you are all doing a smashing job and fitted me in as soon as they got it.

From start to finish Ben was professional, caring, friendly and guided me through all that was involved in having my stairlift fitted and when it was being fitted. Mark came with Ben to fit the stairlift and again he was professional, caring, friendly and helped guide me in the use of it. Ben and Mark are a credit to the company. The work they both did was done respectfully, without any fuss, in fact it was done so quietly, very tidily and left as if they had not been here working. This was very much appreciated - thank you both. The stairlift itself is amazing - not at all what I expected and has fitted in perfectly, leaving room for able bodied visitors to use the stairs unhindered. Ben did an excellent job with the measuring and planning of it - my stairs is not the easiest to have to have worked with — very well done Ben 👍 The stairlift is upholstered beautifully and is a very strong, very well made mobility aid that I feel anyone, who needs one, would be extremely pleased to have in their home. The measurements that Ben took were followed by the manufacturer it seemed perfectly, allowing the stairlift to be fitted so neatly - not an easy job. It was scary the first time I used it - but - with the guidance and instructions Ben and Mark gave me on the day and left with me I am confident that it will be one of the best things that I have had to help me use my home to the full. Thank you all who had did their part in making my stairs easier and safer to use 😀

We have just had our Otolift Modul-Air Smart stairlift installed and are delighted with the stairlift and the service provided by TVM Cheltenham Ltd. After an initial visit by Kevin, when our requirements and concerns were fully addressed, the Otolift stairlift was recommended. A full survey of our hall and stairs was carried out on a follow up visit. Today our stair lift was installed by Leon and Amaan from TVM. They arrived at the agreed time and provided an excellent, friendly, informative and efficient service, leaving everything clean and tidy. We were given a full briefing and demonstration, emphasising the safety features, followed by a chance to use the stairlift under supervision. It will make a major contribution to my quality of life. We can fully recommend TVM Cheltenham Ltd to anyone requiring a stairlift or other mobility aid.

Ben gave excellent customer service throughout. He was friendly and approachable. He paid attention to detail and all my requests so that I had everything fitted exactly as I wanted it. He also said I could call any time to request any adjustments later on if I would like. Highly recommend TVM Cheltenham for their chair lift services.

Following install last September we felt we would like stairlift to be faster around corner and on second half of run for my dad . Having phoned the company Ben came to the house and made the stairlift quicker and supervised 3-4 test runs to ensure everything was optimised. Top service and very reassuring for my father to fine tune with Ben because he had also fitted the lift initially and gave dad a lot of confidence. Top service

Received a call on Monday to proceed with work on the Friday. Two tradesmen arrived on time as promised. Both were friendly and set about their work immediately. On inspecting their work afterward I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the installation. They worked well as a team. Would recommend them to all.

The company were lovely and caring, the work was done efficiently and cheerfully. They were a pleasure to have around. They worked with our budget. I would recommend them every time. Very pleased.

Ben from TVM Cheltenham Ltd, came out first to discuss and assess our needs and recommend which stairlift would be suitable, and also different options available. He did not try and pressure us at all and was very helpful. Once ordered it was fitted on time and Ben was polite and friendly throughout and showed us how to use the stairlift and also got my husband to use it before he left to make sure my husband was comfortable using it. He cleaned up any mess and said if we were not sure or any problems to phone them. Highly recommend TVM stairlifts.
