TVM Cheltenham Ltd. was established in 2000. We are a small family run business that specialises in Enabling People with Mobility Solutions.
We supply, install and maintain a carefully selected range of equipment and assistive technologies that allow people and their carers to maintain a good level of mobility and independence in and out of their homes.
Our industry trained engineers will be happy to visit and advise on any particular equipment that may be required.
We will issue a without obligation free quotation.

Ben from TVM Cheltenham Ltd, came out first to discuss and assess our needs and recommend which stairlift would be suitable, and also different options available. He did not try and pressure us at all and was very helpful. Once ordered it was fitted on time and Ben was polite and friendly throughout and showed us how to use the stairlift and also got my husband to use it before he left to make sure my husband was comfortable using it. He cleaned up any mess and said if we were not sure or any problems to phone them. Highly recommend TVM stairlifts.

We contacted TVM seeking an installation of a new or reconditioned stairlift at short notice. Thankfully they were able to so. Their all-round service was excellent from initial contact to completion, including speedy and polite responses. The installation team were excellent, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We're absolutely delighted with the lift that TVM installed for us. We live in an old crooked terraced house without any straight walls or right angles but the fitters went above and beyond to get it right for us . Despite having extra problems that we didn't know about like wood worm in the floor joists the fitters carried on working late at night to get the job done and always with a cheery smile and banter. We were kept informed about the progress of the job as we were away for some of the time of the installation. Thoroughly recommend this company for an excellent job done by a very professional team of fitters.

Tvm Ltd came and carried out a survey and appraisal for a choice of Stairlift’s, they were very clear in all aspects of the procedure and there was no pressure put on us at any stage to make a decision. We were extremely impressed in the installation, fitting a new double electrical socket with very little disruption and leaving everything very clean and tidy after the works were completed. On completion Ben showed us how everything worked and got me to do a test run making sure we were happy and confident with everything before they left.

TVM Cheltenham did an absolutely fantastic job for our company. The initial visit was very thorough with the man giving us advice both on the hoisting system we were looking at putting in and other areas he had expertise in, which was really helpful. The quotes were very competitive and we easily accepted them over the other companies that were more expensive far less helpful. The office staff helped us whenever we needed it and the chaps who fitted the hoist were brilliant. They got round a last minute problem really well, with little fuss and fitted the system perfectly making no mess. The attention to keeping our space clean was exceptional. They are a friendly company who seem able to help you in any way they can. I have now used them for two projects and they have been brilliant for both. The best customer service of any company I have ever experienced.
