Tom went out of his way to complete this repair. Having almost completed fitting a new kitchen tap, he discovered a leak. I was unable to get out of the house, but Tom returned the faulty purchase back to B&Q on our behalf and found a replacement, then fitted that. This was his last job on a Friday night so not only did he need to deal with busy traffic, the repair also took up some of his weekend. Very impressed.

Tom redid my entire family bathroom and downstairs WC. He gutted my bathroom, removed all tiles, re-did the plumbing, arranged for the room to be plastered, installed new wall and floor tiles, and installed new bathroom and lights. Amazing work, always turned up when he said he would, always cleaned up after himself, really friendly and professional. He also has the patience of a saint, as I had ordered the wrong-sized sink, and he helped me replace it. Met the agreed budget. I would recommend Tom to everyone.

I couldn’t recommend Tom’s plumbing services highly enough. He’s unfailingly diligent and thorough with excellent attention to detail. Best of all, I’ve, on occasion, called Tom at short notice, and he’s moved heaven and earth to get to me as quickly as possible. I’ve been using Tom's services for a few years now to fix various issues - taps, boiler, shower pump and more recently my toilet. Tom is brilliant with a quick response to initial contact through to inspection, identifying issue and prompt fix. Tom is always on time, explains what the issue is and what needs doing if he can’t fix it there and then.
