Tom attended within 24 hours of me posting a message on his website about my gas boiler not responding to controls. He identified the problem very quickly and made the minor repair within 40 minutes. His hourly rate is very reasonable. I am very pleased with his work and would use him again.

The pressure of my boiler was low, it wouldn’t start! Tom suggested to replace the thermostat, since then the house is even warmer than before. Happy days !!

Tom went out of his way to complete this repair. Having almost completed fitting a new kitchen tap, he discovered a leak. I was unable to get out of the house, but Tom returned the faulty purchase back to B&Q on our behalf and found a replacement, then fitted that. This was his last job on a Friday night so not only did he need to deal with busy traffic, the repair also took up some of his weekend. Very impressed.

Tom redid my entire family bathroom and downstairs WC. He gutted my bathroom, removed all tiles, re-did the plumbing, arranged for the room to be plastered, installed new wall and floor tiles, and installed new bathroom and lights. Amazing work, always turned up when he said he would, always cleaned up after himself, really friendly and professional. He also has the patience of a saint, as I had ordered the wrong-sized sink, and he helped me replace it. Met the agreed budget. I would recommend Tom to everyone.
