Request was responded to quickly and an appointment set up for an engineer to visit. Fees and charges explained in advance and an engineer turned up on time and quickly dealt with my boiler issue. The engineer was polite and resolved the issue quickly. Came in at price agreed and overall very happy with the service and price. Would highly recommend.

I have used TwinSun many times in the past and I would recommend them as an organisation. I have had to use them in emergency situations related to a broken boiler, and they came out promptly. Any company is judged by the first contact, and Jill was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, so almost immediately, any concerns I had disappeared. They fully understood my problem and explained the cause clearly and in layman's terms. They were able to send a plumber that afternoon. Reece was professional and friendly, and even a little earlier than planned, for which I received a text update. The price quoted was the price paid, and the plumbing problem was sorted! I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I certainly will use it again if I need the services of a plumber.

I have just had my third annual boiler service completed by Twin Sun and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Reece was courteous, pleasant and efficient even with a 15 month old Labrador running around. The work was completed quickly with no fuss and all covered on a very competitive service plan. I will continue to use Twin Sun and would recommend anyone in the Wigan area to do the same.

Had a leak for some time that we've struggled to get someone to fix. TwinSun arranged a visit on the same day I spoke to them, Reece found the issue and arranged to come back within a couple of days and get it fixed. I recently bought a new home and found my gas combination boiler wasn’t heating my radiators. After noticing a company local to me, Twinsun heating, was a Which! Trusted Trader, I made contact. My repair was booked in promptly, Reece came round on time and quickly had the boiler up and running. I agreed to have the system power flushed and have all the radiators removed to allow for plastering of the walls. I signed up for twinsun’s monthly subscription for ongoing annual service and maintenance because I was impressed by their customer service which can be hard to come by these days.

Boiler repair & service. Following a routine boiler service from a large, well-known gas company, my boiler broke hours later and I was unable to rebook a service for +4 weeks later. Left without heating or hot water over Christmas/New Year, I reached out to TwinSun - a local, independent company. They responded and diagnosed the fault same day. Parts were ordered next day and the fault fixed upon receipt of the spare parts. TwinSun were thorough in their work, knowledgeable and tidy. I was talked through options such as repair, new boiler and various service plans and allowed time to make my decision. No hard sell or push to install a new boiler. The advice was honest, realistic and appreciated. I'm really pleased to work with TwinSun - a local, independent company who put their customers at the forefront of their work.
