Nick and his partner did a fantastic job cutting back and pruning several trees in my 'overgrown' garden and also removed a tree stump. The overall result is amazing with so much more light and space. They were very professional and courteous and left all areas clean and tidy afterwards. I had two large and a small tree to cut down, these guys arrived on time carried out the job professionally with all the right gear to do the job safely. The branches were cut and carefully lowered to the ground, they removed all the branches and trunks leaving the site in a clean state. I would recommend these guys they did a brilliant job at a reasonable price.

I had a few companies round to look at some treasured old apple trees and hideous, hacked-at conifers in my new garden. Nick of Twisted Tree Surgery clearly knew his stuff and quoted a fair price. On the day, he and his team were punctual, friendly and really hard working - and they were very polite and accommodating to a neighbour who had some concerns. They also left the garden in better shape than when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Nick and his team provided a friendly and thoroughly professional and efficient service, felling a dead horse chestnut tree in our garden, at a competitive price. This also included notifying the council on our behalf, and Nick took photos of the tree on the day he came to view/quote, to send to them. The work was carried out safely and carefully and with regards to other plants near the tree, and also the close proximity of our neighbour's house and garden wall. Everything was cleared away and the tree stump was ground down as expected. Nick and his colleagues were polite and courteous at all times. Great job, and several other residents in our block of flats were impressed with Twisted Tree's professionalism too. I would have no hesitation in engaging again or recommending to anyone else.

We used Twisted Tree Surgery to reduce a large fir, six out of control beech trees, to round off a laburnum and cut back a yew hedge. It was all done in about five hours and the debris taken and the garden left impeccably tidy. A price was agreed, in advance, and they filled a 1 ton dumpy bag for us of the chippings for our compost, while taking away what we didn't want. Nick and his small team were really nice and courteous and kept checking to make sure what they were doing was what was wanted. We would thoroughly recommend Twisted Tree Surgery Ltd.

I contacted Nick from Twisted Tree Surgery as I had a fallen tree blocking the public road and my property during Storm Eunice. He responded quickly and was able to clear and remove the tree the next day. However I had a second tree which had fallen in my garden and asked for a quotation to remove that. Two weeks later I have not heard from Twisted Tree nor had any replies to my messages. They were quick to respond initially but not so good for any follow up work.
