UK Kitchens provided excellent service from start to finish. My wife and I were immediately impressed by the service in the showroom with staff being knowledgeable eager to help but refreshingly unpushy. The designer was able to accommodate our changes of mind and once the decision on the design was made the process of fitting could not have gone more smoothly. All of the tradesmen worked to the highest level and nothing was bodged. The finished kitchen is everything we could have wished for.

UK Kitchens have a fantastic approach to customer service . We had a perfect relationship with Rob who designed the perfect kitchen for us . Shaun who fitted our kitchen was outstanding in his attention to detail and did the most outstanding job , he could not do enough for us . All in all UK kitchens are the perfect team , providing fabulous customer service , outstanding quality and great value for money . Absolutely delighted with our kitchen, we used the tradesmen they recommended, absolute first class workmanship, from plasterer,to kitchen fitters and the electrician, any small snags were sorted very quickly, a great all round kitchen and service, I would highly recommend this company if you want it done properly the first time.

After going to 5 Kitchen companies, our friend recommended that we try UK Kitchens. From when we first walked in, through to completion of the kitchen, we were so impressed with the service. Our Kitchen is amazing and the price was well below what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble, the kitchen designs were so life like and shown on a big screen which really helped us. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends.

We have been thoroughly with every part of our experience with uk kitchens. Arron is a great designer and has a lovely personally. We have been so happy with our kitchen, the design is lovely and the layout suits us perfectly. We couldn't fault the service in anyway. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

If we only had to recommend one Company this year UK Kitchens would be it! From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Rob one of the designers we knew that, although we had been to other Companies this would be the one we would buy from. Not only had they got the right attitude towards their customers but we got a fantastic design, exceptional service and an outstanding quality kitchen that was fitted to perfection. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, buying from them was easy because they made it easy. Every time I walk into my kitchen I think Wow. I never ever thought I would get my dream kitchen but I would like to say a massive Thank you to Rob and all of the team at UK Kitchens that made that possible.

We had our kitchen re-designed and fitted (including minor building work) in May 2018. Our designer Lee was really helpful and Jo and the team were very professional. We love our new kitchen and are always getting complements on the quality and finish. A few small issues were dealt with by UK and we are very happy with the end result.

Our kitchen was completed a week ago and we are delighted with it. Our designer Shane came up with a great design for our little kitchen giving us plenty of storage space plus good advice and suggestions in the early stages of the process. Customer service was excellent, thank you to Jo and Sarah who always responded within hours to any query we made to the showroom. Thanks to our plasterer and electricians Matt and his colleague for their work and advice. A very special thank you to our fitter Paul who has built us a wonderful kitchen. It turned out to be far more time consuming than Paul originally estimated but he never rushed the work and everything is beautifully finished off. Everybody arrived promptly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We returned some materials that Paul recommended we didn’t use and UK Kitchens immediately refunded the cost without quibble. We have already received several compliments about how good the kitchen looks and the quality of workmanship. We are very very happy with the end result and highly recommend UK Kitchens.

We decided to invest in a new kitchen, and we considered a number of suppliers. We were recommended to UK Kitchens and we were very impressed with their very professional and friendly help and advice in arriving at a design to meet our requirements. The installation was trouble free and on time, in fact slightly early. We were very impressed with Paul our installer who was a pleasure to work with. He his a true craftsman with great command to detail. The finished product was excellent and we are delighted with our sparkling new kitchen. The project was delivered on time and on budget and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to all at UK Kitchens particularly Paul, Shane, Jo and Sarah for their help and support through the process. Friends recommended UK Kitchens to us and I’m so glad they did. Lee did an amazing job designing the kitchen with everything on our wish list and was really knowledgeable in how things would work. Found the quotation to be competitively priced and agreed a fitting date. They were so accommodating for us, as we had to push the date back, due to electrical things, but nothing was too much trouble. Boam Electrical did a fantastic job with the electrics and Glenn the fitter was nothing short of a magician! The whole team have transformed a dreary tired kitchen into a place that is just WOW. Big shout out to the admin folk who kept us updated every step of the way on the whole process and the delivery folk. I’ll definitely be recommending UK Kitchens – 5 stars.

We were lucky enough to be signposted to UK Kitchens when we needed to replace all the doors in our units. We managed to find a colour match with our existing carcasses and also chose new handles and a tap with their expert help. Customer service was second to none. Every query I had was answered and I was kept updated with delivery times etc. During subsequent visits to finalise details, I was immediately recognised on giving my name which made the whole process easy and meant I didn’t have to explain myself each time. The quality of the doors is top rate and I would thoroughly recommend UK Kitchens to anyone needing a new kitchen.

We wanted to replace the kitchen in our bungalow. We looked at Howdens, Wickes, Wren and a bespoke local company. A friend recommended UK kitchens and we went to their showroom in Giltbrook. Lee, the designer, went through the options, drew up a plan and gave us a very competitive quote. We wanted a company that offered a complete service along with quality units. (Stori). This is exactly what we received. Lee was very patient since we kept changing our minds what we wanted, but in the end we were very happy with our kitchen. Glenn, the fitter was a perfectionist and did a really superb job. UK kitchens also supplied all the appliances and were very helpful in which worktop was best for us. Jo, in the office was always on hand and her communication was spot on. From start to finish, it took 2 weeks. Glenn ripped out our old kitchen units and removed all the wall tiles on the Monday. He also took away everything and we didn't need a skip. Tuesday the electrician did his first fix. Thursday, the plasterer came. I was able to paint the walls ready for Glenn to return on the Monday. He fitted all the units,appliances and plumbing that week. Friday, the worktops were fitted superbly. Glenn came back the following Monday and finished everything off. The electrician finished his second fix the next day. If you want a quality kitchen at a decent cost, along with peace of mind and great customer service, UK kitchens cannot be beaten.

Lee designed our kitchen, he listened to our list of wants and then designed a kitchen to suit, came I. Surprisingly affordable in fact cheaper than big high street DIY stores. Graham fitted our kitchen although it took a little longer than we anticipated it was worth the wait, we love the kitchen. We had a few hiccups along the way and customer service could be marginally improved with a little better communication but it wouldn't stop me from using or recommending them at all. Very pleased with our final kitchen from a very good company- highly recommended.

We highly recommend UK Kitchens and the work they carried out. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Lee, from the design team, was patient, thorough, creative and honest. At no point did he try to up sell. He listened to our ideas, and made suggestions where things would not work and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Lee helped with all aspects of the work, including suggestions for the flooring and fitting. Mark Beale, the kitchen fitter, was fantastic and coordinated all of the work efficiently, professionally, with attention to detail and on time; he was worth the wait.
