Went in looking for a hot tub, knowing little to nothing about them. We were considering inflatable hot tubs but after pre-sales discussions and getting to trial some of the hot tubs I’m glad we decided on a Houston Power which was installed up and running shortly after it was manufactured. This has to be the best we have ever used anywhere, able to keep temperature and run all 5 seats at full power for over 4 hours straight into the night.

I'm over the moon that we popped into the showroom for some guidance on hot tubs. Sales were incredibly helpful, full of knowledge, and nothing seemed too much. After some chats and a very kind trial of some hot tubs in the showroom, which was closed down for a short while for us. What a brilliant service! The hot tub we chose was customised to our preferences and came with a starter kit to get us going. Delivery and set up were fantastic, explaining everything to us with tips on how to use the tub. The whole team are really nice and helpful, I can highly recommend UK Leisure Living. The hot tub is the best one I've ever been in.

Jon arrived this morning promptly to service my hot tub. He has done an incredible job! It's spotless, fully cleaned inside and out, checked over fully and reported as great condition. Whilst I didn't get to meet Jon due to being in work. My wife tells me he was incredible! Worked very hard, didn't stop, was polite, professional, and was also amazing with my 4-year-old daughter, who was apparently chatting his ear off! UK Leisure Living have never once let me down, from my initial inquiry to purchase, delivery, supplies, and after care, this company consistently goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I bought my Aspen Spa from UK Leisure living a while back. Today I needed a new filter and some supplies. Kirsty was ace, got me the correct filter immediately. Lots of stock available. Took the chance to have a look around the show room and it's really well presented. Was very impressed with the new sauna they had on show. Very friendly service as always. UK leisure living have never once let me down, from delivery and installation of my tub previously to supplies, they are always top notch!

Having purchased a new hot tub last year with the supplying company now in administration, I had a problem and couldn't get this resolved, until I called UK Leisure. My call to their office was very well handled by a polite and friendly lady, Kirsty. An appointment to suit us was made for today and James arrived to take a look. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even with restricted access, James was happy to explore the problem and quickly fixed it within 30 minutes. A great service from people who care and have the right knowledge and skills, thank you so much, I will certainly return for future servicing or repairs.

As a holiday let owner with a hot tub it's vitally important that in the unlikely event of an unexpected breakdown, the hot tub supplier can support any work required with speed and efficiency. The UK leisure opps manager Rob Jones and fitter James provided the type of service that holiday guests would expect when the guest's holiday enjoyment is threatened by a hot tub breakdown. The service provided was Speedy, efficient, and polite professional and I can recommend this company to any holiday let owner or manager

I own a holiday let and the guests called with a fault on the hot tub. Rob was quick to think what it could be and booked a call out, with a little stress from me moved it forward 3 days. James attended and was very knowledgeable and polite, quick to identify the issue. When I called the office first thing in the Monday Kirsty was fully aware and within the hour had a quote for the part with next day delivery and James booked in to fit on the Wednesday who stayed till tub was refilled and tested. The team at UK Leisure North Wales are brilliant, so helpful, knowledgeable and will do their best to help as quickly as they can. Would recommend all day long.

Our experience with UK Leisure Living consisted of the purchase of a hydro pool AX trainer 17ft swim spa and the ground preparation which included the concrete base. Our experience of the sales team Rob and Kirsty was a positive one in which they specified the swim spa to our needs including all the necessary equipment. Garth and his team were excellent in their knowledge and support. Paul and James who installed the swim spa provided great support during and after the installation. Paul came and serviced my tub on October 8th. The tub had been left with cold water in for two years so it was dirty and the water smelt. By the time Paul had finished it looked like new. I paid for the more expensive service so the tub could be set up correctly and whilst this was happening Paul talked me through what chemicals I needed and how to use them leaving me feeling very confident that I would be capable of maintaining my tub. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul.
