Rob carried out an excellent job on our windows, putting privacy window film on and he was very tidy and clean - We agreed schedule and budget which was affordable. What made the trader stand out? Rob answered all my questions and if there were any problems or queries, all I have to do was pick up the phone or e-mail. The Window film works very well and we are very happy with the finished result.

I can’t recommend Rob highly enough. Prompt communication and very knowledgable. We ordered some SL50 for our upstairs windows and then asked Rob to come and install it after our attempt wasn’t up to scratch. Rob was very personable and completed the job very professionally and quickly. Very impressed 😊

Rob was very helpful from the start, he explained me what film he recommends for my needs (minimal tinting, laminate glass), sent over photos. He was responsive to all my emailed questions after the initial chat, he could even get me the fire safety records of the external film (for the freeholder). The installation was quick, he even managed to install it on a small window pane that I thought would be impossible (non opening window-pane with tricky access from above). I'm looking forward testing the window films in real sunshine!

We had Robert install solar film to our conservatory roof to reduce the overheating we experienced on sunny days. He quoted a competitive price promptly and provided samples so that we could select a suitable film. His approach was very professional throughout and the work was excellent with attention to detail. After contacting three window film company's UK Window Films provided the most comprehensive samples and technical information with a choice of different films. Although not the cheapest the information that Rob provided gave us confidence in purchasing from this company. Within a few days he arrived, on time, providing protective covers for our property. The film was installed with little disruption on both our conservatory and lounge windows and he explained various procedures as he went along. On completion all rubbish was removed and left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Rob and his company for their procedures and efficiency.

I am very pleased with the installation of True Vue 15 film on my conservatory roof. On arrival, Robert took time to explain the differences between available films and helped me in my decision. The difference in glare reduction was visible immediately and I like the finished effect. Overall I found them a very helpful and pleasant company run by Robert and Julie.

With the sun shining, the temperature in our lean-to conservatory was getting very high. We therefore got UK Window Films (i.e. Robert) to apply heat-reflecting film to the polycarbonate roof panels as well as the glass windows. The entire operation went very well and to plan in every respect. Throughout, we found Robert to be competent, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have not had any really hot days since the film was applied but the initial indications are that the treatment has reduced the temperature in our lean-to considerably. A job well done. Recommended!

Unfortunately we are in dispute with UK Window Films who installed a privacy film to our sash windows. We contacted Rob after installation highlighting hair particles, dirt debris, uneven film edges and air bubbles caught in the film. We sent photographs as requested and politely asked him to come back to inspect the job. We waited 30 days as per instruction yet all the problems above still remain. We did hear back from Rob following our email correspondence and to our surprise almost 12 months later we have received a letter of demand for payment.
