Rob was very helpful from the start, he explained me what film he recommends for my needs (minimal tinting, laminate glass), sent over photos. He was responsive to all my emailed questions after the initial chat, he could even get me the fire safety records of the external film (for the freeholder). The installation was quick, he even managed to install it on a small window pane that I thought would be impossible (non opening window-pane with tricky access from above). I'm looking forward testing the window films in real sunshine!

I made the initial enquiry to have window film installed on the conservatory on a Monday morning. Rob sent me the quotes promptly and then arranged to visit my home the next day. He brought a few different window films to choose from and then installed the one I liked straight away. Job done by Tuesday lunchtime. Thank you for this excellent service.

I suffer from MS so stuck inside the house a lot. We have an east-facing front and west-facing back, making summers a real challenge and very uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. Rob installed Silver 20 film to our 6 x 4 conservatory glass roof. Hopefully we will get some sun this summer and I can comment further on how effective this film is. What I can say is, I am so glad I contracted UK WF to supply and install on my behalf. Rob did a great job and is thoroughly professional in his approach. He is also a top bloke and was a pleasure to chat to during the day of installation. We will definitely get him back to do our new windows when we get them installed next year.

Privacy Film to downstairs windows. We were new to window films and did quite a bit of research. During that process Rob and his office team members answered questions clearly and efficiently. He listened well and recommended stainless steel film but sent three different samples for us to 'try out' - which we found very helpful. His pricing was extremely competitive and his professionalism won him the contract. Rob arrived on time, showed flexibility, and did an excellent job. It was a delight to meet him. He also pointed out a fault in the new double glazing - which meant that his work had to pause while we spoke to original manufacturer. Rob took the delay in his stride and returned promptly when the job could be completed.

Unfortunately we are in dispute with UK Window Films who installed a privacy film to our sash windows. We contacted Rob after installation highlighting hair particles, dirt debris, uneven film edges and air bubbles caught in the film. We sent photographs as requested and politely asked him to come back to inspect the job. We waited 30 days as per instruction yet all the problems above still remain. We did hear back from Rob following our email correspondence and to our surprise almost 12 months later we have received a letter of demand for payment.

I can't recommend UK Window Films enough. Rob is an absolute professional and a really nice guy. He fitted Stainless Steel 20 film to our porch, lounge and workshop windows. After my initial enquiry he sent me samples and provided a quotation to my measurements for several different films which he thought would be suitable. As I was undecided he brought two along on the day of the installation so that I could see the difference between them before making a decision. The installation was carried out very quickly and professionally. Delighted with the results and would definitely use them again.

Rob asked me to take measurements, etc; rather than visiting, in order to provide a quote. Whilst a little apprehensive, there were no problems about my measurements on the day of his visit. Having had some windows previously fitted with window films (using another contractor), I had some idea of what to expect from the films he offered. Multi purpose films were good for my requirements - anti-glare and security. Rob was a consummate professional, and had a pleasant manner.

Robert put solar film or privacy glass across most of the windows in our house. We'd agreed the price beforehand and had also taken time to choose the solar glass with his help. We'd used Robert c13 years ago and were delighted with the work and we were really pleased again. His advice and care on the type of film to use and how to install it was really helpful. Quality of the finish is excellent - he's focused, professional and knows what he's doing. Really worthwhile getting this stuff fitted properly or else it looks terrible. We find that solar film makes a huge difference in the summer and that it lasts a long time. Overall delighted. Lsdstly he's a really nice guy.

Five stars all round for the great job Rob did of installing roof film tinting on our conservatory, which now makes this a very pleasant usable room which it wasn't before, due to the stifling heat of the sun coming through the polycarbonate roof. Robert arrived on time so no waiting about. Got on with the job in hand. Window in question is a very tall ornamental window on a curved stair case. So not an easy task getting the ladder in the right and safe position. Job took about and hour so very impressed as I did think it was going to take all morning. Delighted with the result. I needed some privacy going up and down stairs and it has certainly done that. The window film hasn't taken away the beauty of the window, in fact has enhanced it. We have an outbuilding which gets the sun in the afternoon and is unbearably hot in summer. Rob recommended an external film for our type of glass, and was able to fit us in at an earlier date than originally scheduled. Quick, neat, and professional installation on a door and two windows, and Rob is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's too soon to say if there's any heat reduction (due to the weather), but the film looks fantastic. The invoice arrived promptly and was as quoted, along with care instructions. With the sun shining, the temperature in our lean-to conservatory was getting very high. We therefore got UK Window Films (i.e. Robert) to apply heat-reflecting film to the polycarbonate roof panels as well as the glass windows. The entire operation went very well and to plan in every respect. Throughout, we found Robert to be competent, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have not had any really hot days since the film was applied but the initial indications are that the treatment has reduced the temperature in our lean-to considerably. A job well done. We enjoyed our veranda being tinted by Robert. Installation was promptly organised and Robert arrived on time with all equipment and tools. He set our expectations on the install taking approx. 2 hours which happened as he promised. The quality of the product is very high and it has really enhanced our enjoyment of the garden space. We are south facing and in summer it got too hot to sit in and with having a glass roof the glare from the sun was awful. Having removed worn-out pleated roof blinds from our south-facing conservatory, we needed to find a new way of keeping back the heat. I was pretty reluctant to install film - having seen what badly installed film can look like - but couldn’t see any other cost-effective option. Rob was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions, but I never felt pressured at any point - quite the opposite! He sent samples of the actual films - which was very helpful - together with a quote for each. We were able to make our final choice on the actual day of installation. Rob was friendly, polite, and very professional at all times - punctual, keeping us informed and leaving the conservatory spotless. We ultimately chose TrueVue15. Although DC15 slightly outdoes it on heat reduction, we preferred the colour and it doesn't hold back quite as much light. The film itself was very carefully and competently installed - no gaps, no bubbles, no creases, no nothing - you wouldn’t even know it was there except for the slight darkening of the roof glass. Having finally had some sunny days this week(!) we can confirm that it has made a marked difference to the temperature reduction in the conservatory - we are delighted. It is only the end of March, but we are confident it will continue to make a big difference throughout the year. Rob is clearly committed to ensuring that his customers are fully satisfied from start to finish - it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Having just moved house into a new build property it became apparent that elements of my home audio visual set up were just not going to work with new decor, namely AV Unit and 3 large speakers. After spending all weekend trawling the internet for solutions to replace, which (1) don’t come cheap and (2) in the current climate have horrendously long lead times I was resigned to having to put up with for the foreseeable. Then I came across Rob’s website. Furniture wrapping, was that even a thing! So I sent Rob an email with requirements and hoped for the best!. A couple of exchanges later and Rob was able to collect my stuff and whisked back to his workshop. A couple of days later I got phone call from Rob to say work complete and he could drop off the same day. Not sure what to expect I was blown away when Rob unboxed my speakers and unit. The transformation was incredible and at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Needless to say I now know wrapping is a thing! Rob installed the SS25 film outdoors on 10th August 2020, in the middle of a heat wave. It was the perfect solution for my flat and Rob was the perfect guy. Punctual, efficient, tidy and a genuinely nice guy who really cared about his work. All work was conducted within budget, even though i ended up getting more than i asked for, Rob was kind enough to charge a nominal fee for the extra work. The invoice for the work was sent within 24 hours, along with the care instructions for the films. For me and my family, it's been one of the best investments we've made in a long time.

I sourced this company online when searching for information about conservatory roof film. After contacting the company the service was excellent. I was sent a sample of the film to be used and a full quotation, which I accepted. A date for installation was fixed, but Robert called me prior to that date and explained he had had a delay to one of his jobs, and asked if he could install the next day. I was more than happy to oblige and he arrived punctually the next day and installed the film efficiently and without any problems, and left the conservatory in a clean and tidy condition. I would certainly use the company again.

I cannot rate UK Window Films UK highly enough. I sent a very basic sketch to Robert and he was able to create the design exactly as I wanted it. This was done quickly and with very good communications. I was able to review the finished design and then it was produced quickly to a very high standard. Costs were extremely competitive. Contact with Rob via web site discussed what I wanted to do and suggested several alternatives and sent samples for us to try, liked the fact he was not pushy. Samples arrived within a few days with information sheets on their effectiveness and a price. As Rob suggested tried samples against the glass and decided on the one we wanted to ring him to confirm a date he could carry out the work and he was very apologetic he could not do the job until the 16th and was it ok to start at 0730 to minimise heat from the sun whilst fitting. He arrived on time taking all precautions fo social distancing and commenced work promptly, on completion room left very clean and gave advice on care to take whilst the product dried out. and said invoice would include further details on care for the future. We found Rob very pleasant to deal with and would use him again and recommend him to others.

Rob came over to fit some silver 20 window films onto our conservatory. He is an incredibly friendly and polite gentleman, and did the job in a good time. The films were fitted in a professional manner, and they really have made a difference – prior to the films is being fitted, the conservatory was incredibly warm. Now, it’s already much cooler, and we are only a day in - needed when it’s so warm right now! This is the third time I have used Rob Moyce to apply UV resistant film to parts of our conservatory. After replacing the 2 gable ends which had rotted and installing new glazing, Rob came and applied the film to each window. The job is not a straightforward one as the windows are graduated in size and shaped into the arch at both ends. Rob does a brilliant job; he is fastidious and tidy in his work, prompt, polite. The budget and schedule were adhered to. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

After contacting three window film company's UK Window Films provided the most comprehensive samples and technical information with a choice of different films. Although not the cheapest the information that Rob provided gave us confidence in purchasing from this company. Within a few days he arrived, on time, providing protective covers for our property. The film was installed with little disruption on both our conservatory and lounge windows and he explained various procedures as he went along. On completion all rubbish was removed and left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Rob and his company for their procedures and efficiency.
