After an initial inspection by John, who diagnosed the problem, the necessary work to repair a broken pipe and redirect the soak away was carried out a few days later. John, Ollie, Joe and Alex worked in excessive heat to get the job finished and we are grateful to them for their hard graft and returning the following day (which was even hotter!) to finish the job. Many thanks guys!

We had a small external leak which we reported to Underground Service Engineering. Neil Skipper came and found that there was a hole in the water main which he repaired. The work was done very quickly and Neil is a great person to deal with, always courteous and professional. I am already recommending U.S.E to all my friends. I try to find ways to drop it into conversation to others - teaching colleagues, hospital staff etc. - a furniture job! They laid 40 metres of moling on very difficult terrain. My husband & I found the workers we had were polite, hard working & skilled. They have treated out property (& us) with respect & have indeed cleared up/cleaned up as they have gone along. Really outstanding & brilliant.
