Highly recommend this company. From start to finish provided greater customer service and the process was made easy by superb staff and completed very quickly. There was no mess and everything was fully explained on how to operate. Thank you to everyone involved.

My Mum unfortunately required a stair lift. Having looked around on-line, I came across Unicorn, who were the only company to give an actual price rather than a large price range or none at all. There were certain criteria to meet for the price, including maximum length and 1 maximum curve and they stuck to the price. They offered reconditioned stair lifts and had an informative description including video of what's involved I'm the reconditioning. One of the staff came out to measure up and assess the stairs, they were friendly and very informative and thorough, not pushy at all. The stair lift was fitted within a few days and the fitter was also friendly, knew what he was doing and made a fantastic job of fitting it, tge was no mess and no damage caused. The lift was fully explained and demonstrated to my Mum and he name sure she could use it before he would leave. The reconditioned lift is like new and the price far better than new and cheaper than other places. I highly recommend Unicorn

My aunty has used this company for work at her property in the BD3 area for a starlight run staircase and the work from start to finish was fanatic. I use the same company for my my mother’s house in the BD2 area and even through the stair case was curved they company had no issues and did the job very quickly and left the site clean. Straightforward, very good customer service and very well priced … thank you to the whole team.

Contacted the company by email on Saturday evening, not expecting a response until Monday. We were contacted the next day (Sunday) by Lynn, who arranged to visit us the following afternoon. She was friendly, professional and explained all the options very well and nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to the company. She knew we were wanting the installation as soon as possible and hoped to arrange it for the Friday, but explained it could be early the delivery week after. We were delighted to get a call on Wednesday, offering the installation the next day. The engineers arrived when promised and completed a very tidy, quick and efficient job. A full demonstration was provided. Again, they are a credit to the company. We cannot recommend Unicorn highly enough. They are truly outstanding

We called Unicorn due to the health of my father. We were told that getting a stair lift for our "curved" configuration would take months. A clear hire option for 6 months was given to us- clear pricing. They came out on the same day (Justin) to take measurements and were able to offer installation within 2 days responding to our needs. No hard sell; no pressure. Unfortunately the health of my father deteriorated rapidly to the point of not being able to use a stair lift - they were equally responsive to our needs. I cannot recommend them enough. If you find yourself in a difficult situation on needing rapid and caring response...do consider contacting them- it was one less thing to worry about especially for non straight stairs.
