From the initial quote, right through to the final installation, we were dealt with courteously and helpfully at every stage. We had Uniglaze to replace 3 very old back windows. From start to finish the process and service was exceptional with John coming out to measure up and provide a quote. Tom & Zak fitted our windows and worked none stop from start to finish - we are so pleased with the quality and finish of them and couldn't recommend Uniglaze more highly. Uniglaze had previously fitted a composite front door for us and we were extremely happy to have them back to replace and upgrade all the windows in our home. Very reasonable quote and high quality work from the fitters. Very clean and tidy and cleared up after each days work. No complicated sales jargon, no pressure sales, no silly sales or offers. We have had 8 windows and 1 composite door fitted over the last few days. We had a quote in November which was very competitive and we straight away took up the quotation. We had also had a recommendation from a neighbour. The fitters arrived on time, covered floors and stairs with cloths and made an excellent job of fitting our windows and door. I had obtained other quotes within the locality and this one was very competitive. All queries were answered promptly and the work carried out when agreed. We have had complete honesty from John as to what he could do for us to get what we actually wanted and the timescale to be taken. We decided to go with the company and we were given a price that we considered very reasonable. We had a little wait but we were prepared for that. On the day of the fitting the guys arrived and got to work immediately. They were friendly but also very professional. The job was completed to our satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves and left the premises very clean and tidy. We were really pleased with the outcome and would have hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Uniglaze in replacement of all doors & windows to our bungalow. The French Doors and our main door were fitted as phase one in February, and the remaining windows were fitted and completed today. This is the first time I have used Uniglaze and I would definitely use them again. John, who came to measure up was so helpful but didn't push like a lot of salesmen. Whenever he said he would phone or visit he did and was always reliable and on time. The two workmen who did the installation were really good and friendly. They have made a lovely job of it and were clean and tidy. Everyone, including us, love the door and window.

The work is of a brilliant standard and carried out by a family firm who pride themselves on a providing an excellent product and fitting service. They do not contract the work out it is all done by family members who take a pride in their workmanship. They are professional and polite at all times and take a pride in the work that they do. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also had nothing but praise for this firm. I have had windows and doors on two properties from Uniglaze and both times the work was completed on time to the price agreed. An excellent choice.

Responded very quickly to initial enquiry, absolutely no hard selling. Very courteous fitters, left the area spotless. The door appears to be perfect, but nice to know they have a shop in town as an extra option if any problems do occur.
