I am very pleased from start to finish with my Unique windows. They installed two double glazed laminated bedroom windows at the front and back of my house. From walking into their showroom in Carshalton and being greeted by Neil, one of the owners and his partner Rebecca, they were both, very pleasant and most helpful. He gave me an estimate that same evening. I had obtained 3 estimates and he was very reasonable. From ordering the windows, they were fitted within 6 weeks. Darren the fitter who installed the windows made a lovely job, and they look great. I would certainly use them again in the future.

The whole process of it all was brilliant from the start of the consultation to the windows being fitted. Chris was such a nice guy who explained everything clearly of the whole process even though I kept being indecisive he was still patient with me. The communication was good. Rebecca who works at the office was updating me what is happening now and again which good too. The fitters came it was such a quick process as well. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were both nice guys too . The end result were we are delighted with the fabulous windows and overall will I recommend this company to my friends I sure will do.

Brilliant service, brilliant door, very pleased. We discussed our options, Neil and Nick were both very helpful in helping us decide what to go for. Installation was quick, seamless and they left the area in good clean condition. I would highly recommend them.

We had Dave and team in to fit new windows as part of a wider refurb. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the outset to completion. They were very quick, clean and courteous, working around the rest of the team working on the refurb. The windows themselves were of the highest quality, competitively priced, and have completely transformed the house. I can't recommend Dave and team highly enough.

We had 14 windows and a front door and all installed expertly and the lads were super. Any tweaks were immediately made/rectified within a day. Neil and Rebecca were super helpful. I recently had a lantern light, window and bi-fold doors installed by Unique Windows. From my initial approach and receipt of a verbal costing to a firm quotation, the price remained the same. I was advised of a delivery 2-3 weeks , this was achieved and within two days of delivery all units were installed. From my first approach I found the staff at Unique Windows to be extremely helpful , their fixer was on time , polite and extremely good, providing me with a perfect product and installation. At no time did Unique push their product on me or continually chase for an order, this particularly impressed me.

Unique installed my new french doors to a balcony. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of their staff. On top of that they went out of their way to get the job done within a week of me asking for a quote.

We had all new windows fitted in the house. They look very smart and elegant. So much that I had only praises from my neighbours and friends. Unique Windows did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. Very tidy, quick and efficient. Overall, an excellent customer service. I would recommend Unique to anyone looking to replace their residential double glazing. We had all new windows fitted in our London flat. Our requirements were slightly out of the ordinary (we wanted higher quality aluminium sash frames and we wanted them fitted to a particular size to maximise the light). We contacted two London based independent firms and one national firm for quotes. Unique was the best price from the independents and the most knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our requirements. The national firm came to our flat and left without giving a quote when they realised we didn't want their standard uPVC frames (despite us asking for, and them advertising, aluminium on their website). Unique were very accommodating in all of their appointments made with us. They sourced the windows quickly, and fitted them in a day, despite a difficult installation due to quirks of the building. The fitters were highly knowledgeable and courteous. The windows themselves are extremely high quality. There were one or two minor adjustments that were required post-fitting and Unique came out quickly on two further occasions to sort this. Their contracts, paperwork and payment process were professional. They also provide a full guarantee scheme that is third party-insured. Having conversations with others left me concerned that we would not get quite what we were after, but the finished product is exactly what we had hoped for. I would not hesitate to use again.

Nick our agent was very personable and professional. We found the service from start to finish very easy. We are happy with the quality of the windows we have received.

We had a existing conservatory removed & new one installed by the company. We found the quality of work excellent completed for a reasonable price. High quality customer service with staff going the extra mile to get the job completed within timescales. Would recommend the company & use again.

Excellent experience throughout the process. Fast response to initial email enquiry. Really thorough, helpful and non-pressurised quotation process. Really fast time between agreeing contract and starting of work. Work done in a professional, timely and courteous manner. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending Unique Windows.

Great price no hard sell nonsense (Chris didn't have to phone his manager once!!!) 70%-100% cheaper than the 'known Brands'. Punctual, Professional, Clean &Tidy. Good job! Happy Customer.

Really impressive, from the first meeting with the surveyor through to the installation together they are a great team and the finished product is fabulous. I will highly recommend Unique Windows to anyone and everyone!
