Friendly team, told us their plans and updated us each visit so we felt reassured and less stressed about the mice problem. Also knew we could contact them between visits. They kept coming back to work on the problem until resolved. Always prompt at the arranged times so didn’t cause any disruption or delays. They checked for all possible entrance places and then filled these in. Excellent service!

Paul and Rodger were quick to survey the area and provide advice on next steps and options available. Paul was able to use his skills as a carpenter to access under the floors and decking to check for problems and returning it to its previous state! Happy to recommend, very helpful, good communication and know their stuff!

We called Rodger to investigate suspected bed bugs. He and Paul managed to fit us in on the same day of us calling. Once on site they did a thorough inspection of the house including taking one bed apart and checking carpets , skirting boards and bedding. They found nothing, so gave us the 'all clear'. Excellent, knowledgable and fast service and we weren't charged as no remedial work was carried out. Thoroughly recommended.

I have contacted Rodger and his son Paul previously and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Due to a neighbouring property, I had a rat in my loft. Rodger paid a third and final visit to my house this morning and gave me the all clear. Now I can sleep at night. Rodger is thorough, professional, always on time and certainly knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roger and he certainly deserves five stars. I'd give him ten if I could. Thank you Rodger for doing a great job.

Rodger and Paul are two of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet. We had a terrible bee issue in our building and had been fobbed off by two other pest control companies when we found United Dorset Pest Control. I can not recommend Rodger and Paul enough. They are extremely knowledgeable in all things pest related. From the first visit there was a clear plan in tackling the issue and they did so in a quick and efficient manner, for a very reasonable price... and to top it off they have the best sense of humour, I almost want another pest issue now so that they can come back!

I emailed Rodger in the early hours of the morning, having heard mice in my loft. Rodger called first thing in the morning and arranged an inspection the same day. He was super flexible, reasonable and really helpful. I had no further issues after Rodgers's first visit, in which he then put the prevention in place to stop mice from returning in the future. I would 100% recommend and will use again in the future if needed! Thanks again! 🐁

We were recommended United Dorset Pest Control by a good friend of ours. We got in touch with Rodger regarding our issues of seagulls causing damage mess & blocking our drains on the roof, which caused water ingress through our ceiling! They came around the next day to assess the situation. Roger and Paul were extremely knowledgeable about the whole process of deterrents for this. They put in place special seagull spikes around the chimney pots where needed & did a very professional job. They are prompt, very friendly, & efficient & always there to answer the phone if any problems. Also very reasonably priced if you make a good cup of coffee with three sugars and chocolate biscuits 👍😁 Thank you Roger & Paul

We called Roger as we had mice ! What a friendly lovely chap . He came very quickly and set some traps Came back 3 times . He rang to make sure all was ok and our mouse problem was over . Rodger and his son Paul came to spray my garage rafters with woodworm treatment. I cannot praise them highly enough, they helped me to move things (that should have been moved before they arrived!) and they worked quickly and efficiently. They were both very lovely people, chatty, friendly.....and hilarious! Would highly recommend their services.
