Gezim and his team have done work for us twice before, to the kitchen, bathroom and hallway, each time to a high standard. This time they tiled our kitchen, a challenging job due to the use of hand made, crackle glazed tiles. As usual, communication concerning the job was excellent, and the standard of work was first class. The tiler took great care at each stage of the job, sealing, fitting and grouting, and the result is truly beautiful. Recommend them unreservedly.

I previously used Universal Plasterers for significant replastering, insulation, redecorating and carpeting and was very impressed with the service from contact, detailed quotation, prompt work, professional, tidy workmanship and general attitude of all the people who did work at my home. I had a few smaller jobs, which I wondered if UP would do, some small redecoration and fixing a toilet cistern. Gezim came round to look and then they did them promptly to their usual high standard - most companies cant be bothered with 'little jobs' that mean a few short visits, but it was all done with the same professional standard and attitude. Clearly all the staff take pride in their work and I felt cared for, something that is rare and precious. This is a company you can trust every time.

We were recommended Universal Plastering by my gas engineer and I'm so glad we took his advice. Courteous and punctual, Gezim and his team did en excellent job renovating bathroom and bedroom upstairs as well as fitting cupboards. Special mention to Johnny his excellent attention to detail. I have used Gezim Bjarami of Universal Plastering, including the team, consisting of Freddy, Bekim and Riland for the last 10 years. They are first and foremost entirely reliable and honest. We needed walls and ceiling of a long hallway and stairs up to the first landing prepared and replastered. Wallpaper had to be removed from one side and sound insulation installed on the other side. From start to finish Gazim and his team were excellent. Good timely communication throughout, with a clear start and end date which were met. All the workers were personable and willing, and they took great care of our property while the work was ongoing, clearing up and cleaning each day. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the finish of the plastering is superb. Would thoroughly recommend.

Gezim and his team did a fab job refurbishing our bedroom. New ceiling, plastering, skirts/picture rails etc, electrics, plumbing for resiting of new radiator and all painting. They arrived when they said they would and on time.. Lovely guys, very courteous and tidy and get the job done. So happy with their work, wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Universal Plastering refurbished and decorated my bathroom earlier this year and have since done some plastering and redecorating of the landing and hall. From first contacting them they have been a pleasure to deal with. Gezim visited very soon after I requested a quote, then provided a detailed quote. We agreed a start date and they kept me informed and started on time. They always arrived on time and I was especially impressed with how clean and tidy they left everything each day (special thanks to Miguel). A lot of time and care was spent in preparation and showed in the final standard of the decoration (special thanks to Freddie). Gezim dropped in regularly to check everything was going to plan. I will be using them for any further work.

This is the second time I work with Gezim and team. Once again we are very happy with the results and partnership. Gezim and team fully refurbished our kitchen (they did the bathroom and plastering before). They removed and installed all new cupboards, retiled, installed all appliances, changed all electrics, installed a new island in the kitchen, fixed our separate cupboards with bespoke mdf. I really enjoy working with Gezim, he is extremely responsive. Has never taken him more than a couple of hours to reply. He understands urgencies and is very flexible to attend our schedule. The guys that work with him are all great, super polite, accommodating and clean. I’m a woman working a lot from home so a lot of the time I was working and they were here sometimes 4 of them with no issues at all. They pay attention to details and if something is not right they have no issues in fixing it. Our kitchen was a very big job and we are very happy with final outcome. Overall took 3 weeks to fully complete it. I would strongly recommend him and his team. We will be certainly work with them again in the future.

Gezim and his team came through a family recommendation and I’m so pleased I went with them. I asked them to remove a shower room, replace tiling, repair a damp wall, install shelving and cabinets and paint a double reception and hallway. Gezim was super quick in his responses, clear and prompt with quotes and invoices. The team were very hard working and efficient whilst never compromising on standard. They were all very polite and personable and went above and beyond, I’m very happy with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
