Install of a shower.

The work was to assess the problem with an Aqualisa power shower. The work was carried out and I was advised that I need to get new parts to fix the issue. As we had another shower in our property that wasn't being used we decided to get it moved to replace the broken one. The work was all carried out to a good standard and the engineer was very helpful and informative. We were very pleased with the work.

We had an ongoing issue with a leak from a Aqualisa shower module unit in the eaves of our home. Upsher did everything in their power to try and diagnose and fix the issue (across several visits) in a hope to not have to tell us we need to purchase a complete new module unit which would be very expensive. They were honest, reliable, utterly professional and the communication was second to none, always updating us and giving us plenty of time to make decisions and agree to the next course of action in order to fix the problem. Ultimately after exhausting all possible options, we did have to buy a whole new unit, which Upsher then fitted very promptly and it has completely fixed the issue. Their rates were also very reasonable considering the amount of work they put into fixing our issue. Upsher have been amazing and we won't be using anyone else for any plumbing requirements we may have in the future. A very friendly and approachable company you can completely trust to undertake work in your home.

Work completed satisfactorily, on time and to the price quoted. The plumber was clean and tidy, and respectful of my house. He turned up on time & communicated about the job done, checking I was happy. He made friends with the dog which is always a good start!

When we had our boiler serviced recently, as part of a service plan we have with a well known company. They advised us that we needed a new pump and, although this was covered by the plan, we would need a power flush, which was not covered, before it was fitted. As such I asked Scott from Upsher for his help. I would like to thank Upsher and in particular Bryn for the fantastic service they provided. Bryn had a look at our system, and after some kind of plumbing wizadry established, not only did we not need a new pump, but we didn't need a power flush either. We now have a warm house and Bryn saved us over £500. Thank you Upsher and Bryn, excellent service.

Upsher are amazing, we had a problem with a water pump in our house leaking, I called Upsher, and they came round the same day to inspect and the. Came back to resolve but did leave me with a quick and easy fix in the meantime.
