Our free detailed quotations have everything you need; all the details about what we are supplying for the work, timeframe, guarantee details etc.
Your house always will be cleaned perfectly before we leave at 5pm.
There are no hidden extras in our quotations if there is any unexpected situation it will be discussed with you before we take any step and if there is extra works to be carried out we will provide you a price before we do the work.

Substantial kitchen, dinning room and garage extension in Tottenham Issues: Wiring on all lighting circuits is improperly rated cable necessitating a total rewire at our further expense. In less than 6 months from installation. 2 out of 3 sky lights leaking so badly that the plaster in the light-well and ceiling is detaching from the joists. The utility room tiles laid improperly leading to a weak and easily broken tile surface. Kitchen fitter a very nice guy, but fitted feet on the wrong end of kitchen units. After the first couple of months on the project, Koray became very reluctant to take responsibility for correcting errors and mistakes. On the plus side though he was quite friendly and tidy.

3 years ago extension/garden room/patio April 2015 loft extension. solid, well-finished, stylish, went far beyond my expectations: to be honest I could not envisage it, even though my good friend with an identical house had one done 5 years ago, by a different builder. Its been completed so well, it feels as if the house was built like this (an Edwardian terrace) rather than it being added later. Good advice re: layout, windows, built-in cupboards, bathroom size & fittings. All worked out beautifully.

Rear ground floor extension and renovations. Very happy with the standard of work. Stayed on budget and schedule. If I felt something wasn't quite right for me, Koray was happy to change it. Koray was on site every day and always available if not and his team where always pleasant to have around.
