Chris and his team did a complete overhaul of our garden, taking out rotten timber decking and replacing with paving, a pergola and new turf. The team arrived on time each day and got on with the job. As the job progressed and unforeseen issues emerged, Chris and his team came up with ideas to problem solve on the fly, which were based on their vast years of experience and were always better than any ideas we came up with ourselves. They were flexible, good mannered and friendly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job and look forward to many years of enjoyment from our 'inside outside'. Chris and his team have just finished doing all the hard landscaping of our garden. The build took 12 days, and everyone arrived on site promptly every day. I had given Chris the drawing of my vision for our garden, and he was able to bring this to life. Each morning, there was a discussion on what was to be done, and any marking out was then agreed. If small changes were necessary, they were talked through and the suggestions that the team made all made sense and enhanced the design. All the staff were very polite and a pleasure to have on site. They all worked very hard and were exceedingly well managed. The transformation was fantastic and we could not be more pleased and there were no nasty surprises with the final bill. I would have no hesitation in recommending the whole team, they were all great!

Chris and his team completed a much needed overhaul of our back garden and transformed it from an unused, unpractical and unfriendly place particularly for our 3 year old into a wonderful, safe, modern and contemporary space that we can all enjoy as a family. Arthur is now loving life on his bespoke slide fitted to enable him to go from a high tier down onto the patio. New Steps, gate, handrail all made bespoke and with such care and expertise. Patio is perfect and the cladding, paint work and raised beds all finished off to an excellent standard. Part of garden re turfed and levelled off to make the space more usable and the care taken to put the fence back as it was found due to the access was first class. Urban Jungle completed a full re-vamp of our garden and turned it into a beautiful and child friendly space which was exactly what we wanted. This is the second project Chris and his team have completed in our garden. We found 'Urban Jungle' to be very professional and courteous. Given the inclement weather the job was completed in the best time possible. Once the work was finished, the garden was left tidy and the final bill was as expected. Chris and his team are all very approachable and helpful. Old, rotten decking was removed and disposed of. A patio with brick retaining wall and brick raised beds was built to replace it. Oh, and a new side gate too! Overall we are once again delighted with the work and transformation of our garden. We hope to have them back for more work in the future.

We had Chris and the team in earlier this year to resolve some issues that we had experienced with a "cheap landscaper". Chris provided great advice around what works were needed, explained how everything would be done and was trustworthy! The quality of the work that was undertaken on our patio, artificial lawn, path and raised flowerbeds was transformational. Chris and Andy were so friendly, courteous, clean and tidy. Chris came promptly to size up the job, listened to what we wanted, and produced a swift and reasonable quote. He and his team were here bang on time on the appointed day and cleared out a lot of old stuff, built a nice new deck and fencing, and found sensible solutions to problems that cropped up as they went. An outstanding job from Chris and his team. They totally transform my garden. The whole garden needed a complete overhaul and they did a marvelous job. A new patio and path to the new back gate, new base for a shed, new back fence and re-turfed the lawn. It took 5 days as quoted and they arrived on time every day and at the end of the day left it all neat and tidy before they leave. Chris was very helpful and happy to accommodate when I asked for additional small things to be added that were not discussed during the initial quotation. My project itself wasn’t easy as there was no rear access & all materials had to be lugged-in-and-out through my home but Chris & his team were exceptional & my garden has been completely transformed from a dull & depressing area into a bright feature rich pleasant area to be in. Chris and his team removed and replaced a garden fence over two days. They were well organised with their tools and materials, did a good job despite access being difficult and were pleased to make a small change in the work they expected to do without fuss. Neighbours who have seen their work have been impressed and asked for their contact details. I am glad to have found Chris and his team and will ask them to carryout more work in the future. Also, I was impressed by Chris's knowledge of the plants in the garden and made note of what he told me.

We moved into our property one year ago and inherited two small areas of lawn at the front of the property and a larger lawn to the rear. I am a keen amateur gardener and have little interest in lawn, hence we engaged Urban Jungle Solutions to completely landscape the rear garden and replace the front two lawns with raised beds. We are delighted with the work undertaken. The entire team of workers were genuinely friendly, made helpful suggestions whilst sticking to their brief, cleaned up after themselves, were punctual, hard working, and completed the work in the estimated time frame. The Urban Jungle Solutions team removed an old and dying hedge and very old wooden fence that badly needed replacing and replaced them with a new wooden fence. The team were prompt, efficient, friendly and hard-working. A pleasure to have them for the time it took to complete the work. The resulting fence is first class and does much to improve the garden. Have already booked for more work this summer. Highly recommended!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job of taking up our “death trap” decking and replacing it with natural slate. His knowledge and attention to detail can’t be faulted and his team were great – tidy, hard-working, friendly and polite. The work was completed on time and on price. A very good job carried out efficiently. Chris's team came quite early in the morning and worked hard throughout the day. The finished patio looks just as it did when first laid, if not better, and the rebuilt wall is now stronger and so should not collapse again!
