UKE handled our kitchen sale and arranged the dismantle and removal from end to end. The whole process was straight forward and went very smoothly. The kitchen was sold within 2 weeks, the dismantle happened on the day arranged and the team were quick, courteous and took everything away as agreed. Overall very happy, took the hassle out of a private sale and saved us having to have the kitchen dismantled ourselves. So pleased the kitchen has a new home and isn’t laying in landfill somewhere!

The three guys Serg, Nigel and Martin arrived at specified time. They were polite, estimated the time that the dismantle would take and got to work immediatley. They were efficient, worked continuously and were completed and ready to go at the time they had estimated. Minimal fuss and cleared up after themselves. Efficient and effective courier service. The delivery was delayed by one day as they had a tyre blow-out but we were kept informed and van arrived the next day before 8am. Kitchen stacked carefully in our chosen location

Using this service we were able to plan for the delivery and installation of our new kitchen. The listing of the old kitchen was straight forward and it sold very quickly meaning that the backstop date for deinstallation was guaranteed. The dismantle service was excellent and professionally handled throughout. Altogether using UKE meant we could find a good home for a kitchen still in great condition whilst getting a return to put towards our new kitchen. The real added value for me was the dismantle service which takes away a lot of hassle. Would highly recommend.

Big fan of Used Kitchen Exchange. Whilst we didn't get the top level price we had limited time to market so 'c'est la vie' Service worked as advertised and very happy with the result. Would recommend using the removal service, as 3 lorries and 10 people turned up to take away the kitchen in 2.5 hours with over 600 photos to prove everything was alright. Recommend - though of course commission is the price you pay for such service!

Kitchen sold in short period to meet our deadline - hassle free and everything worked as promised. Net price achieved not great (once removal cost and electric and plumbing disconnection included) but to be expected and considerably better than the alternatives as kitchen will have gone to a nice home rather than the tip. A satisfied customer. Have already recommended to others.

What a fabulous team! They arrived on time and were super helpful and good natured. They flew through the job energetically and with good humour. They also left the place immaculate! Pricey, but worth it. Very impressive.

The experience of having our kitchen removed by professionals was a good experience and the skill of the team was exceptional. removing granite tops is not the easiest of tasks but these guys made everything look easy, I was most impressed by their skills. It took no time at all to remove everything without any issues.

I was recommended UKE by the architect who has designed our new kitchen and they did not disappoint. As soon as I made an enquiry with them, they got back to me swiftly and were helpful and knowledgable on the telephone. They sent a polite, efficient gentleman to take the photographs of my kitchen and, in fact, he was here within a few days of my initial enquiry. My kitchen was on their website for sale within two weeks of first contacting UKE which was excellent service. Then I was contacted about offers and the process explained to me carefully. Within a month an offer had been made and I had accepted it. The process was smooth, easy and hassle-free. I would recommend it to anyone who has a second hand kitchen they wish to sell. Moreover, by doing this, my carbon footprint for this year is ZERO! Nothing has gone into landfill which is brilliant. We fixed a date for the UKE dismantling team to come to my home and take away the old kitchen. They did a super job. They were careful of the rest of the house. The were polite and friendly. And they were efficient - it only took them a few hours to dismantle the lot and load it onto their van. I would recommend UKE to anyone wishing to sell their second-hand kitchen. First rate service.

I used the UKE Co to sell my kitchen. They called me instantly once my photos had been uploaded and asked for more. Upon receipt of these they were extremely interested in my kitchen. However they gave me a price that I wasn't entirely happy with and explained to me that they were the experts. I did stick out for my price however and the kitchen was viewed within days and the sale was agreed at my asking price. Prior to viewing by my purchaser the kitchen was professionally measured and photographed for UKE's website. A date for removal was decided and agreed and their removal workforce team came along and removed without any breakage or damage to the kitchen. Everything went smoothly. All staff were friendly and professional. I'd recommend UKE without hesitation to sell a kitchen.

Very professional and nice to deal with, from Siobahn in the office to the photographer and the removals team. Found us a buyer for a 10 year old kitchen I hadn't considered being able to sell until I heard about their service. Genuinely felt like they were negotiating on our behalf and not just trying to conclude a quick sale. My one gripe would be that after you've paid the commission, dismantling fees, plus plumber/electrician to disconnect services and VAT on all that, the amount to the customer gets a big bite out of it. But they were still better value than the alternatives I looked into.

Abbie was very helpful at all stages of the process and we secured a sale very quickly. The dismantle process also went smoothly so we were very pleased with the service overall.

Shaun, Darren & Danny did a great job of dismantling our kitchen. They kept us updated regarding arrival and were very speedy at taking everything down and into the vans. They did the job with a smile on their faces and worked well together. A happy bunch who didn’t even require much in the way of refreshments! 😜 Would recommend!

The dismantling team did a great job. They were well-briefed and listened carefully to my concerns and explained themselves very well. The kitchen was dismantled and removed within three hours including sweeping up. The buyer was collecting as they dismantled and the UKE dismantling team worked well with them to ensure things went smoothly.

The Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE) was recommended to me by the company I was purchasing a new kitchen from as I had no idea how to sell or remove my old kitchen. From the first call they were fantastic! I had the proposed idea emailed to me, which broke down how it would be photographed, appliances logged and sold via their website. They offered a complete schedule down to the photographer arriving, approval of all photos, a date for the kitchen removal company to arrive and when the money from the sale would hit my bank account. I decided to go ahead as the thought of my old (but still extremely lovely) kitchen going to the dump was a tragedy! It was sold within 3 weeks and the dismantling team arrived on the arranged date. Four men arrived, two removed the cabinets, one wrapped everything in bubble wrap and the other placed the items on the vans, it was honestly one of the best teams I've had the pleasure to have in my home. My kitchen was completely empty in a number of hours. One downside is that you have to get an independent electrician and plumber round before the team arrive to 'make safe' and disconnect all the items (cooker, sink, undercabinet lights etc). I wish the dismantle team would have had someone with them who was qualified to do it on the day as it was a bit of a faff but we still got it done without a problem. Within ten working days the money was in my bank account and we were super happy. I can't recommend UKE enough. Thanks team!

The day before our kitchen dismantle I received a polite text message from Serg stating their anticipated time that the team would arrive. On time, the team of 4, Serg, Rob, Nigel and Martin removed our kitchen with the utmost respect and efficiency.

2 crews arrived. Made short work of removing a huge kitchen in less than 6 hours! Very clean efficient service. Even vacuumed up when finished! Really great guys and very polite. We are very pleased with the job.

The whole process of enabling the kitchen in our new home to be reused and enjoyed by someone else was achieved very successfully. We were very concerned that all the materials could be recycled instead of wasted in a skip, the kitchen was only 2 years old and in very good condition, we felt guilty about replacing it, but it wasn't to our personal taste at all. The process was very straightforward, the removal team worked with care at all times and appointments were kept. The survey and photography was professional. An excellent use of the internet to save waste, provide a good kitchen for someone else's enjoyment and gain a little help towards the cost of a replacement.

They arrived early and were very helpful and worked quickly and efficiently to dismantle the kitchen. They carried out the work professionally without damaging the kitchen units and worktop. Very pleased.

When I initially made contact about selling the kitchen. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave a comprehensive summary of the whole sales process. They sent forms to be completed, which were simple to follow and submit. The photographer arrived as expected and the sale details were quickly provided to us to approve. These were then published without requiring any changes. After the sale was made, which happened soon after the publication, the schedule of the dismantle was agreed. We had to delay it a couple of times due to delays in our building work, but these were handled without issue via email. There were no issues with the kitchen removal. It was done as scheduled, the workforce let me know the time they would be arriving. After the removal they did extra work to make the washing machine work. The kitchen area was cleared of rubbish before they left. A professional, efficient service we are very pleased to recommend.
