Shaun and his dismantle team were extremely efficient and professional. They took my entire kitchen out in 2 hours with minimum disruption and I would highly recommend their service.

UKE managed to sell my kitchen before the deadline and made the removal process easy. The team kept in touch so that we always knew where things stood.

What a fantastic team! Shaun, Darren, Josh and Colin together provided a first class dismantle and removal service for our kitchen. Communication the day before to confirm arrival, on time on the day, a smile on arrival and a constant can do attitude throughout the whole day. It was a huge task, a large kitchen, many extremely heavy items, and some serious graft, but they were positive throughout. Extremely knowledgeable team who made the dismantling seamless. They worked great as a team, and also allowed me to get involved and learn a bit more DIY! Thank you Shaun for your advice! The kitchen units all came out in one piece, everything was transported to the vans professionally and wrapped and secured into the vans ready for the new owner. The dismantle was completed by mid afternoon, much quicker than I’d expected. All four gentlemen were extremely polite and I could tell they work really well as a team. Fantastic experience, one which I was slightly nervous about before hand but I can now highly recommend this service and this team. Thanks again

The dismantle service - a team of 5 men, (Serg, Nigel, Andrew, Martin & Rob) - was efficient, professional and fast. I appreciated their communications confirming arrival several days before, putting my mind at rest. On the allotted morning they arrived on time, dealt with our awkward location, some way away from where their vans could park, without any fuss. The kitchen was dismantled in an astonishingly fast 4 hours. They were polite, friendly, neat and helpful and I could not recommend them enough.

Dismantling kitchen that we have sold through Rehome. The guys were very professional and took great care in removing appliances, work surfaces and units. They were respectful of my home and very considerate. Cleaned up when work was completed and everything was left tidy. Communication prior to work commencing was good, they arrived on time and explained what was going on throughout. Very pleased.

We had a large kitchen to disassemble as we had sold. The team arrived on time and carefully took the kitchen apart and removed without any damage. This included some very large, heavy and awkward granite worktops. All this was completed without any drama and the team were off by early afternoon with the now empty kitchen left in good condition. Serge and his team arrived on time and were efficient in the work they had to do. They clearly knew what they were doing. Very pleased.

Serge and his work partner are friendly, helpful, polite, and really understanding. They arrived on time and began dismantling swiftly. They made sure the floor was protected. Dismantled items were lifted and carried to the spare room for storage i.e. not dragged across the floor which is very appreciated. Also, items that were put into the spare room for storage were left not leaning or touching the walls. Serge helpfully pointed out where the plaster in the kitchen was unavoidable ripped on the wall and advised me on whether it might affect putting in the new kitchen (it won't). All in all a very good service and I felt reassured.

Bought a very large used kitchen via Rehome & they arranged delivery. Serg & the team who delivered the kitchen provided exemplary service, they communicated well ie delivery date/time. The team worked very efficiently & extremely courteous explaining what parts went where & manoeuvred the large units & heavy granite with professional knowledge. Would highly recommend them for their customer service going above and beyond, very refreshing to deal with professionals & personal thank you to them all.

The lovely team arrived on time at 8 am and had let me know the night before their likely ETA. Efficient and professional, and super friendly. We decided to replace our kitchen because the 20 year old one was looking a bit tired though fully functional. I want to recycle the kitchen and found UKE online. They sold the kitchen, dismantled it in a morning with no mess, and I was left with a nice little sum. Excellent firm, very professional, good customer service. If you are replacing your kitchen, give them a call.

From setting up the appointment to view the kitchen, to purchase, dismantling and delivery the service as been fantastic. The team uninstalling the kitchen were superb. Truly cared about getting the kitchen out undamaged. We are 100% delighted and would recommend the Used kitchen Exchange without hesitation.

Shaun, Darren, Josh and Colin from UKE came to dismantle my kitchen and I was told they would be with my by lunchtime and done in the afternoon....none of which I thought possible! They turned up on time, ready to start with all the necessary tools and were done in around four hours! They were professional, courteous and tidy and also helped me move my fridge/freezer in to my hallway ready for work as I couldn't get it through the door - something not on their work list and done as a favour to help me out. They really were a lovely team, would highly recommend them for any dismantle job!

Under the quiet but authoritative direction of Serge, a team of 4 turned up to dismantle and tidily store a large Martin Moore kitchen within my house. They were part of the service provided by ReHome, who had sold my kitchen on my behalf. The team (Serge, Nigel, Hadrian and Martin) worked quietly and efficiently for 3 hours and, having listened to my requirements, ensured the kitchen was left in the most unobtrusive position to ensure easy access to other parts of the house. It was very neatly stacked ready for the buyers to pick up after the weekend. I would highly recommend their service again. To make things even better, 3 of them were Arsenal fans (the other wasn't interested in football) - I very much doubt that Chelsea fans, far less those who support Man Utd, could have delivered such world class service!

This company carried out everything to the letter.The staff were a pleasure to deal with,made everything easy,were on hand to ensure every stage was accomplished on time and left property in good state.It could not be faulted throughout whole procedure.

The removal team were fantastic - tidy, quick, efficient and friendly. I’m hoping we won’t have to change our kitchen for again but if we do I’d definitely use them for the dismantle.

The team from UKE did a fantastic job in terms of time, craftsmanship, flexibility, attitude, helpfulness, and interaction with other specialists I had on-site. All in all a great job well done to all involved.

They were polite and courteous and cleaned up all the mess before leaving. It’s very refreshing to receive a service that does exactly what they said they were going to do without any drama. You get lots of reminders, but key to avoiding any delay is ensuring that all appliances and utilities are disconnected beforehand. My contractors actually physically removed all of them which I’m sure helped speed the disassembly process up.

Rob and his team arrived on time after informing me the night before what time they would be arriving. They completed the large job quickly and efficiently and did a great job!
