The initial contact with UKE was positive and the subsequent quotations and arrangement of works were all handled very professionally. Communications were spot on and what I appreciated most was their open honesty with managing our expectations on value and time frames. They met every deadline. On removal, the guys turned up at the agreed time and set out the order of the day and addressed any queries and concerns which we had before commencing work. We found all the crew to be totally professional and courteous throughout the work period. They were tidy and respectful of our property at all times and ensured we were satisfied with the removal before they left. They managed to remove and load their vehicles well within the allotted time. Subsequent communications from the Head Office were great, clearly setting out the schedule of events over the next 14 days which allows the purchaser to receive and inspect the goods before confirming their satisfaction. Payment was deposited into my account for the agreed amount on the agreed day. It's quite rare in this day and age to find a company who actually strive to fulfil their commitments wholly, so I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending the services of Used Kitchen Exchange Ltd. The removal team were fantastic - tidy, quick, efficient and friendly. I’m hoping we won’t have to change our kitchen for again but if we do I’d definitely use them for the dismantle.

The team of 3 were in and out in 2 hours when dismantling the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen included refrigerator and dishwasher drawers and a huge LaCanche cooker. They were friendly and just did what they were here to do.

The kitchen dismantle team informed us in the morning when they were arriving and worked independently the whole day. They took great care with the units and we felt whoever had bought them should be very happy with their new kitchen.

Good friendly service from the team. Arrived promptly and tidied up after they’d dismantled the kitchen. But a note of caution - they took some of the appliance fixings in error which we still needed. The company reimbursed for the cost of the replacement but a hassle not needed. And, despite all the pre-visit info, not one mask worn.

I can highly recommend the team who took out our kitchen. They arrived on time, wore masks and brought all their own refreshments. We literally just left them to it. The kitchen was dismantled quickly and carefully with the team taking photos as they went to document that there was no damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The Used Kitchen Exchange dismantle team were fast, professional and efficient. Even though the team were unable to attend on the Friday originally booked because of Covid19 issues they kept me completely in the picture and were able to come on the following Monday. The team worked well together and dismantled our old kitchen in no time at all, they were very careful with the furniture and indeed with the room itself and left it tidy. A great team.

The dismantling team did a great job. They were well-briefed and listened carefully to my concerns and explained themselves very well. The kitchen was dismantled and removed within three hours including sweeping up. The buyer was collecting as they dismantled and the UKE dismantling team worked well with them to ensure things went smoothly.

The kitchen dismantle team arrived when they said they would and removed our kitchen quickly. I hadn't completed the checklist before they arrived but they showed great customer service and managed it themselves, which I was incredibly grateful for. The experience of having our kitchen removed by professionals was a good experience and the skill of the team was exceptional. removing granite tops is not the easiest of tasks but these guys made everything look easy, I was most impressed by their skills. It took no time at all to remove everything without any issues.

We received plenty of information in advance including confirmation of time, dismantlers' mobile number, etc. The two guys turned up at 9.30 as scheduled (having already driven up from London) and worked solidly to remove our hand-made wooden kitchen and appliances - including a stone worktop, fridge freezer, cooker, etc. They were so efficient, tidy and pleasant (and very Covid-safe). They finished by 1.30 and the place was left spotless. Highly recommended!

From setting up the appointment to view the kitchen, to purchase, dismantling and delivery the service as been fantastic. The team uninstalling the kitchen were superb. UKE made the removal and sale of my kitchen a straightforward and easy process. The arrived on time with plenty of staff to remove what was a large and heavy kitchen. Very peasant and efficient team removed and safely packed kitchen in about three hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We decided to replace our kitchen because the 20 year old one was looking a bit tired though fully functional. I want to recycle the kitchen and found UKE online. They sold the kitchen, dismantled it in a morning with no mess, and I was left with a nice little sum. Excellent firm, very professional, good customer service. Having sold my kitchen privately, the buyer and I tried between us to find someone to dismantle and transport it. We had various quotes at many different prices, but most of them expected to take around 3 days to dismantle. We used UKE in the end. They were very professional and completed the dismantle in 4 hours, with no breakages and no mess left. The team worked well together and had all the necessary tools and equipment to do a very professional job. They began their dismantle at 1pm, having driven down from Manchester to near London, and the buyer had her kitchen delivered and unpacked by 11.30am the next day! I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone planning on selling their kitchen.

From start to finish I was kept informed and told exactly what to expect. The office staff, Mark and then Siobhan kept me informed every step of the way. The professional photographer took photos then my kitchen was advertised. Much to my surprise, it was sold very quickly at an excellent price. My kitchen had been very expensive and was still in good condition, so the thought of dumping it seemed wrong. I was so pleased to be told about Used Kitchen Exchange. The team who dismantled my kitchen did so carefully and professionally. I received a phone call from them the evening before and when they were close by. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the kitchen was out and they were on their way back. They took photos throughout, that they explained to me, were going to be available to the buyer so she could see how the kitchen was dismantled. Yes, Used Kitchen Exchange take quite a large percentage as fees, but it was well worth it and we ended up with quite a sum that would have otherwise been in the skip.
