We were recommended UKE by our new kitchen installer, having never even considered this option. From the initial contact, the estimate, photography and sale of the Kitchen within 48 hours of listing the service has been great. They arrived today and the team did an excellent job with the removal and replacement he hand over to the purchaser. No hassle, no fuss just a great service. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using again in the future.

They text me the day before with a clear agenda and timeframe so I knew what to expect. Before they came in, they asked if they should take their shoes off. I asked if they wouldn't mind and without hesitation they did it. They were polite, quiet, speedy, and incredibly efficient. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you very much - super grateful! They even cleaned up after themselves!

Can't overstate just how great the delivery team was: Andy, Rob, Martin, Nigel, Sergey, and last but by no mean least, Kevin. They worked tirelessly to get our kitchen to us and were the most accommodating chaps, taking great care as they went. Having viewed the kitchen in the vendor's property and seeing the difficulty in access, I can only imagine how challenging the dismantle was. And it was the hottest day of the year, to boot. Can't fault them. Would recommend them with knobs on!

We were grateful to receive two calls advising arrival times, the team were punctual, smart, friendly and had taken care to carefully wrap the kitchen for transit. We had Serg, Artem, Den and James dismantle and deliver a kitchen for us and could not have asked for more. Communication was spot on, they were extremely careful and diligent and explained everything throughout the process. I wanted to watch the dismantle so I knew how to reassemble everything. Serg and his team took the time to explain and give me advice for reassemble along the way. They had a huge range of protective blankets, cling film, edge protection and equipment to safely protect, move and store all the items. Professional, careful, polite, quick and friendly. Thanks!

The team of 3 arrived on time (giving us notice of ETA earlier by text) and were friendly, relaxed and thoroughly professional. They stripped out the entire kitchen and moved our retained appliances to another room. They took care not to cause any damage to either units or the property. The whole job was done in less than 3 hours, and they left to deliver the kitchen to its new owner. I would highly recommend this service.

RE Home kept me advised of what time the team arrived, I noticed they actually arrived early, but didn’t knock until the advised time. I was amazed at how quickly they worked. Before I knew it the kitchen was removed, they were sweeping up, asking for my signature and on there way to deliver what they had removed.

Simple easy process, Used Kitchen Exchange came and photographed my kitchen, found a buyer within 2 weeks. Then they came and removed my old kitchen ready for the buyer to collect the next day. All sorted to tie in with my new kitchen installation, impressive. Made some money towards my new kitchen and stopped a perfectly good kitchen with appliances going to land fill. Happy days

Had a kitchen to sell but left it to the last minute as the new kitchen was being installed the following week. Called UKE on the Thursday, they had found a potential purchaser on the Friday. Photographer/Survey was carried out on the Monday, sale confirmed on the Tuesday at the full proposed price, and their team came to dismantle the kitchen on the Wednesday ! We couldn’t believe it ! Money arrived when agreed. All the team were very helpful and everything went smoothly. A big thanks to them all.

I am an avid recycler and we're so pleased to discover this website which provides the perfect way to recycle and sell on your kitchen. The service from the team throughout was excellent and very appropriate. When the right buyer was found, it was swift, well organised and quick. They used their own team to remove and transport the kitchen - which was no mean feat! Communication about timeline of events was brilliant and payment was made as promised. I would highly recommend this company and would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The team dismantled and took away our old kitchen. They arrive at the time stipulated as a team of 3 and they were all very courteous. The work was carried out speedily and with due care. They kept us up to date with how things were going and timescale and they cleaned up after themselves. An excellent team and happy to have them in the house.

On the 25th of May 2021, I contacted Used Kitchen Exchange to see if I could sell on my still loved beautiful Clive Christian Kitchen. Immediately on the telephone I could tell that they were very experienced and confident that they could sell my used kitchen. My new kitchen wasn’t being put in until September so UKE talked with me all through the process, they got a buyer for me before I’d had time to upload the Fotos of the kitchen. The day finally came to dismantle the kitchen, I used UKE own team of guys - so glad I did. They arrived bang on 9 am on the 13th of September, just exactly the time they said they would. Worked carefully and respectfully all day until 5 pm when both their lorry doors were closed and off they went. I can not honestly believe they managed to remove our 40ft by 40ft kitchen in one working day. They were so careful and precise and even took care not to let my dogs and cats out of the house. I would highly recommend using UKE (used kitchen exchange) and their own team of kitchen removal experts. I hear that the purchaser of my old kitchen is over the moon with their new kitchen. I’m not easily pleased. The kitchen removal guys were polite, communicative, highly competent and effective. It wasn’t a straight-forward job but they took it in their stride, got on with the job, kept me informed and cleaned up after themselves. Other than an entertaining song and dance routine we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you.

UKE made the removal and sale of my kitchen a straightforward and easy process. The arrived on time with plenty of staff to remove what was a large and heavy kitchen. Very peasant and efficient team removed and safely packed kitchen in about three hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
