Everything was exactly as described would highly recommend. Customer service team were very helpful and never felt like a problem at all.

The kitchen dismantle team arrived when they said they would and removed our kitchen quickly. I hadn't completed the checklist before they arrived but they showed great customer service and managed it themselves, which I was incredibly grateful for. They were friendly and just got on with the job with no fuss and minimal disruption. We are very glad we used this service for our old kitchen and would recommend it.

The team that removed the kitchen arrived on time and were friendly and courteous at all times. They performed the dismantle within the time expected and no damage occurred either to the kitchen units, appliances or the house. When they left the room and hallway were left clean and tidy. The service provided by UKE throughout the sale process from initial survey to payment of the proceeds was very efficient. This is the second time we have used UKE I would strongly recommend them to others.

Although we live in Liverpool, we are having ahouse renovated in Chichester. We alerted a contact there to let them into the house. They turned up on time and carefully took to pieces and removed the existing kitchen, leaving no mess and causing no damage to the surrounding areas. All communications were completed by e-mail and telephone calls. Every exchange of these was helpful. Quieries were answered promptly and to the point.

The team showed up on time were very courteous. Did a very good job in a very quick period of time without damaging any of the paint work in our hallway. Very impressive.

Rehome were great from start to finish. The photographer was very thorough and Kyle’s communications whilst our kitchen was being marketed were excellent even though our kitchen was of low value. Serg and his team turned up to dismantle and were super helpful and very polite. They worked so hard on what was a very hot day - thank you!

Serg, Artem, Den and Alex spent this morning dismantling our kitchen as part of the rehome service. We couldn’t have had a nicer team. They worked hard and efficiently, laughing and chatting as they did so. Leaving the kitchen tidy and as clean as it was possible. I was amazing how quickly they managed to do it, considering it was quite a complicated layout with various features to work around. We were really impressed. Thank you guys.
