Onsite & in store repairs are carried out from our 2 retail outlets by highly experienced engineers. We are Microsoft Partners & Certified Refurbishers to ensure you of the best possible products & service whilst our custom build PC's use only the best quality parts. For time critical repairs, our "Fast Track" option ensures you of same day service either in store or on site. Meanwhile, business customers can take advantage of our FREE onsite appraisal for those thinking of an IT upgrade or support contract.

I have used this trader on many occasions, explaining my problems and requirements as best I can as an elderly computer illiterate person. They have explained what was required and did it almost overnight
