Onsite & in store repairs are carried out from our 2 retail outlets by highly experienced engineers. We are Microsoft Partners & Certified Refurbishers to ensure you of the best possible products & service whilst our custom build PC's use only the best quality parts. For time critical repairs, our "Fast Track" option ensures you of same day service either in store or on site. Meanwhile, business customers can take advantage of our FREE onsite appraisal for those thinking of an IT upgrade or support contract.

I had a problem with my HP 3520 printer, it was not working at all. User2 Computers did an excellent job in restoring the printer and also gave me full feedback on the diagnosis.

Fantastic advice on how to link my computer (digital) to an old analogue monitor. Purchased the correct wires at a quarter of the cost of a new super cheap monitor. Really helpful and informative.
