Recently used Van Man Removals for a large move in Exeter. We had the team help pack up our house and then come back a few days later to do the actual move. One of the hotter days this summer for the move and the team did a great job of keeping the pace moving forward. We have moved a number of times over the last 6 years and this was the most pleasant and professional experience we have had with a variety of moving companies. We were due to be moved just as lockdown started so Mike at Van Man e-mailed to explain the situation. As soon as he was able to give us a date he did, they came on time both workers were excellent , new there job very well, excellent comunication the whole way through. Would highly recomend

Absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much for them and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Everything went into the room I needed and they made sure it was a clean process by putting mats on the floors. Will definitely use again if/when I move again. Thank you to you all!

Leading up to our move was very stressful with our buyers putting pressure on us but on the day of our move Leon, Matt and Dean took all of that stress away and were so lovely with us and so quick with getting us out of our home and into our rental that we are having for six months while the sale of our new home goes through. They were very quick and professional and covered our mattresses in plastic etc and cared for our belongings. If I emailed any query at all leading up to the move then Mike answered everything quickly and put my mind at rest. We have even got them storing our settees until we can move them into our new home, as they would not fit into our temporary place. Hoping to use them again when we move into our future home. I have already recommended them to some friends who are moving soon.

If you are looking for a wholly reliable, professional, efficient, courteous and friendly company to move your stuff then look no further. Mike and the team are quite simply exceptional. All of our removal requests were taken on board and carried out without issue. Carrying out the customer’s wishes and keeping them happy is the overriding ethos here, everything was moved exactly as requested. Mike took on board the fact that the timescales were tight, quickly turned around the quote and was able to accommodate all of our requirements. We were contacted by phone with an ETA at both ends, the team arrived on time, loaded the vans within an hour and a half, paying particular attention to numerous boxes labelled ‘fragile’ and handled them with due care and attention, and then they were away. The following day the vans arrived, again with a phone call in advance and plenty of notice, exercised the same efficiency and care when unloading everything and within a further short period of time the team were away and we were in. All of the team were friendly, polite, with a great sense of humour and worked tirelessly to alleviate all the stress and concern that moving home invariably entails. What a great team of guys! From the initial enquiry to the completion of my sister's house move I cannot fault Mike and his team. From the first telephone call and with very short notice, we experienced a very slick and professional quote/booking system, and regular contact up until the day of move, when 3 vans arrived on site and seamlessly loaded the furniture, making what we expected to be a very emotional day a lot less stressful.
