What a great firm! - we used them to move my 94 year old dad from Tiverton to Swindon a couple of weeks earlier, then had our own move completed. From start to finish they were superb - really helpful in sorting (and holding) a date, then friendly, helpful and hard-working on the day of the move. Would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone looking for a professional move at a very competitive price.

I first contacted Mike when we 'thought' we were moving. We unfortunately through no fault of our own had a protracted time before we exchanged contracts and had a defined moving date. At all times Mike was incredibly patient and accommodating and did his best to pin down a constantly moving date. Once the move was on we had a prompt delivery of boxes and we got packing. A 2 day removal went like clockwork. The lads were polite, incredibly helpful and really enjoyable to have around during what was a major event for us. The amount they moved was stunning, so quick and all with a smile on their faces. I cannot recommend these people enough, they were just so good.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by this team for our move. The admin before hand was excellent with boxes, bubble wrap and paper in plentiful supply. The guys moved us on the hottest day in June and worked tireless despite the heat. Thank you for helping to make what could be a stressful day actually quite enjoyable!

I recently used Vanmanexeter to move some pieces of furniture from a flat to a self-storage facility. The firm was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very competitive quote. I needed a piano moving at short notice from its location in Devon to my place near Oxford. This necessitated meeting them at the location, loading the instrument and then driving to Oxford to receive it. Sounds simple but! I was delayed by a major traffic hold-up on the way there. Mike contacted me proactively to suggest a delay to the meeting time which we agreed. His team were there on the dot, picked up the piano with professional expertise (not to say strength!), loaded the van and were on their way in twenty minutes. We met as arranged at the destination and the unloading and emplacement was done in similar time. Excellent response to my original enquiry offering date options and flexibility, clear communication, first class execution and the price was 20% less than the nearest quote.

Just wanted to say a very belated thank you! I was anxious about my move and having used Mike and the team before, knowing it was them coming to move my things was one less thing to worry about. To say they lightened the metaphorical load would be an understatement. They were quick, efficient and friendly as ever. There was even the same joke about the number of boxes of shoes - I can’t promise this will have reduced when I move again in two years, but I do know I will be contacting Mike again!

Van man removls were superb! We had just moved in to a place and were needing to get things from all over the south of England shipped to London. Mike was really flexible, updating the quote when we added items in to be collected. The guys were excellent, took real care with the items, including a snooker table that weighed a ton and moved everything around until they were just where we wanted them. Couldn't be happier with the service and the value for money!

Matt & Dean arrived on time. They looked really smart in their work clothes and both were very friendly and happy. I had just had new wood flooring and decorating so was probably overly worried about things being moved. I need not have been...they were very careful. They put up with my fussing with good humor, nothing was too much trouble for them. A huge thanks to Matt & Dean and thanks also to Mike for being so efficient in arranging everything.

My daughter was moving to a new house and we needed to transport some furniture we had in storage in Exeter to Cambridge. From the moment I got in touch with Mike his response was excellent. Although we needed the move done within a few days he managed to fit us in. On the day of the pick up, the guys arrived on time and were extremely professional. Likewise, the next day Matt & Dean did a great job taking the stuff to Cambridge, again arriving spot on time and making short work of unloading everything. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to other people.

Moving house can be stressful at the best of times, but when you're emptying your deceased parents place it's a whole new level. I can't thank Van Man removals enough for their service. From booking to loading, everything was so much easier than I was expecting. Mike and his team were constant professionals yet friendly in their approach. They were careful but efficient and respected the situation. I can't rate them highly enough.
