I had new windows fitted on April 2016 a bedroom and patio door unit broke down this year 2025 i phoned Vantage windows and left a message, they called next day and said they would order replacement units as they had the size on record but it would take a couple of weeks and sure enough they have just replaced both units. I would highly recommend Vantage to anyone as I only had a few months of a 10yr warranty left and they honoured that warranty without question. I will recommend Vantage to anyone and if i am ever needing new windows i will go to Vantage

Our experience with Vantage Window and Doors, right at the beginning, Came across this amazing company at the Ideal house show Glasgow. From the first contact with Ernie the service & attention to detail was seamless and so professional. Visited the showroom and met Abbie who was so friendly & welcoming, Installers David & David arrived as arranged on date of fitting they are an asset to the company so professional, friendly and took care and attention to detail on fitting our doors,on completion off the fitting they left everything clean g tidy, Absolutely delighted with our rock doors, Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I have used Vantage Windows and Doors on various occasions, for windows, front door and most recently I got a glass room installed. Ernie kept me up to date on what was happening and when. I have always found the installers to be hard working, courteous and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

From initially meeting Ernie to completion of the works (New windows and doors), they couldn’t have been any better. No pressure from the original meeting with Ernie, which was a breath of fresh air in the way some other companies work, and the quote was supplied that day. Fitters arrived to measure and discuss any questions we had, then windows and doors were replaced to a very high standard over 2 days, as discussed. No mess and fitters (Davy Snr and Davy Jr) were a credit to the company. All in all, a great experience, which I initially thought was going to be a stressful experience. 5 stars all the way.

We approached Vantage Windows for a quote after receiving 2 from other companies. We were immediately impressed with their process and their team. From accepting the quote, they kept in contact with install dates, etc. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, laid protective sheeting, and worked tirelessly for the 2 days of installation. Both fitters (David and Davie) were absolutely fantastic. On completion, they ensured we were happy with everything and knew how to operate the sash windows. Early June, I contacted Vantage Windows and Doors for a Quote for 6 Windows and 1 Door. Ernie, the owner, came out and I discussed with him what I was looking for. At no time did I feel pressured. That same day, I received my Quote ( very competitive one at that). Once I had decided to go ahead with the work, Danny and Scott (The Fitters) came out to take the measurements, and the Appointment was made for July 1st to have the Windows and Door Installed. The process could not have been easier. The Professionalism, Workmanship, and Friendliness of all the Staff were special. Thank you so much for the 1st class service I received.

We had all our windows, and two doors replaced. Throughout the whole process Ernie and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to make arrangements and respond to our queries. The price was competitive, and all work was completed on time and to a very high standard. We had three new dormer windows installed last week and the service from start to finish was exceptional! Communication since initial contact with Ernie was great, including updates and comms with Abbie and the office team. Both David’s were very professional during installation and they even cleaned and hovered the room once the work was complete which I wasn’t expecting. From the outset this company was a pleasure to deal with. They responded quickly to my enquiry about upgrading our windows and we were invited to see their products at their site office. The team who measured up for the windows were the window fitters, so they knew exactly what the job would entail. It is an old Victorian terraced house with some arched windows on the ground floor. We were kept informed from the office of what we had to do and a date was fixed promptly. We felt that the price was very competitive and the price in the initial quote was what we paid. No hidden costs. Whilst in our home the fitters were courteous, friendly and exceptionally hard working trying to keep disruption to a minimum. We are delighted with the high quality of the windows and particularly the arched top to some of them which were a perfect fit. I would have no hesitation recommending Vantage Windows and Doors / Double glazing Scotland.

So glad we decided on Vantage for our glass room. No sales pressure whatsoever! From conception to completion the client is very much in control. Ours wasn’t a text book install, a Victorian house built in 1895, external waste pipes and rough sandstone walls. Ernie’s team took it all in their stride, adapting and creating ‘work arounds’ where necessary. A few teething problems with water ingress after install but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ernie isn’t happy until you are! So pleased are we with the install we have trusted Vantage to encapsulate a much loved stained glass window.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say how impressed we’ve been by you and your installation team, both from a customer service and product delivery perspective. I’m a project manager myself so deal with 3rd party providers all the time and can honestly say I’ve not seen any that provide as seamless as service as you do. From the initial visit to the house, it’s just been such a straightforward and easy process, no time wasting and completely professional. This was hugely appreciated by us as we both work full time in busy jobs, as well as trying to manage a complete house renovation so anything to make life easy makes such a difference. The installation guys were amazing - so dedicated and their experience made the process even easier for us, making recommendations on how to do things and taking the burden off of us. They pretty much did 3 12 hour shifts to get the job done, longer on the last night being here til 9.30! It’s not often you can get tradesmen so committed. Great guys and felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house to crack on with stuff, knowing they would get on with the job without us having to make sure they were. Met Ernie, Vantage Windows and Doors, late October; survey completed that month. We were provided with drawings of the design, specification and look of windows. This allowed us to visualize each window and make amendments before confirming/placing order. The whole process from start to finish was within 6 weeks. Danny and Scott, the fitters, arrived as agreed and completed the job in 2 days. They were prompt, polite, professional and diligent, and completed the job to a very high standard. In summary, Vantage Windows and Doors provided an excellent service, beautiful windows and their staff were extremely capable and helpful.

Vantage have just replaced the windows in our top-floor tenement in Glasgow. We were really impressed. The work is of a really high standard and was completed ahead of schedule. They even managed to repair some damage to tiles in the bathroom (damage which was not their fault). Our flat is already much warmer and quieter. I recommend Vantage strongly.

The owner came to discuss what was needed. showroom available to view. stunning and classy-looking windows. chrome finishing. don't look plastic which was my concern. good price. no pressure to buy. workmen arrived on the agreed date and time. very helpful and explained any questions I has asked. 6 windows were completed in one day. The replacement of 8 windows and my front door was completed yesterday by the “two Davids and Gary” fitters from Vantage. The new windows and door are excellent quality and look lovely. The care taken by the fitters to make sure everything was just right, restored my faith in professional tradesmen. They were a pleasure to have in the flat; clearly skilled at what they do, professional, polite, keen to explain what they would be doing and what they had done. I’m just getting my flat back together (I moved as much as I could to give them space to work) and I can already notice the difference in outside noise, especially from the door. With -3 temperatures over the two days, I’m still thawing out but I’m sure I will feel the heat benefit in the flat. The whole experience of dealing with Ernie, the owner, and his team has been excellent and the “two Davids and Gary” team are a credit to the company. From the first visit by Ernie, no hard sell, the quote the same day as promised, my visit to the new showroom where all my questions were answered, to arranging and confirming the fit date and then the two days of work and payment process, everything was slick and efficient. From our first meeting, Ernie filled my Husband and I with confidence, due to his knowledge and understanding of the products he was selling. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, we were told we would receive the quote via email and the rest was up to us, we would not be badgered, and we weren't. After researching a few companies, I decided to go with Vantage. I am very glad I did, as they were excellent from start to finish. Ernie arrived on time, and took about 15 minutes to discuss my needs and do rough measurements. Later that evening I was emailed a quote and was very happy to go ahead. No payment or deposit was required, and payment was taken only after the job was completed. David arrived a few days later to take accurate measurements and my windows and patio doors were ordered. Communications were excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. I visited the showroom which helped me decide on handles and type of privacy glass. About two weeks later, David and David arrived on time and began installation. They were very polite and worked non stop…I basically had to force them to stop for a cup of coffee! All windows were fitted in two days. My internal window sills were replaced with upvc and look amazing. They tidied up afterwards and removed all the old windows and doors. David explained how my windows worked, and we were given a 10 year guarantee. Payment was made on completion, and was exactly the same as the original quote. I would highly recommend Vantage Windows .

Was a pleasure to do business with your Company- Very Professional.... from start to finish - Ernie very pleasant who listened to.. what I wanted - quick measure up to enable a very detailed Quote to be sent - which did not even take 24 hours - No hard selling or pressure to make a quick decision before he left - { I did have another 3 companies visit to quote for the work - one was a Company that does a " big sale " advert on TV - That visit was most unprofessional and nothing in writing as for the price that was just a joke. }- The fitting team David , David, Gary were such cheery people - turned up on time both days - one of the hardest working teams I have came across - Easy to talk to and explained every step - nothing was to much bother and cleaned up as they went along - The Stair landing window had me worried as it a very big heavy window and on twist of the stair - they planned how they were going to do it and with great effort they got it fitted - it looks lovely... We did go to visit the showroom to see the windows before we made our choice so we knew what to expect - We would not hesitate to recommend... a good choice if you want a very good service.... a good team from owner - admin - and well deserved praise for the fitting team - (p.s.) they should be paid extra for fitting that stair window....

We were very pleased with our front door from Vantage 4 years ago, so had no hesitation in using them to supply and fit windows. Ordering to fitting, Ernie provided a seamless service, even providing same fitters that had fitted our door. We were also able to get windows to suit our cottage style house. We were kept informed about date and time of fitting. Fitters arrived on time, worked all day without stopping to ensure job completed the same day. They were friendly, their workmanship was excellent and they tidied up when they were finished. The windows and patio door are of excellent quality and have greatly reduced traffic noise. After reading reviews and viewing the website for Vantage Windows & Doors I decided to get a quote. Ernie was out to visit a few days later and was very helpful and gave me great ideas and advice on which windows to go for. He was very helpful and honest and didn't feel any pressure into buying. I had already got a rough quote on their website so had an idea of the cost before the final quote arrived. We also got upvc window sills and frames fitted inside around each window which look amazing. I visted the show room to see the black window frames in real life which are lovely and is what we went for. David, David and Gary fitted our windows in a day and were absolutely fantastic. We went to look at different types of windows at the showroom where Ernie took the time to explain all the options.
