Ernie came over for a quote and it took him about 15 minutes including some chatting to get an initial measurement. Afterwards I got sent a quote at a mid-of-the-range price. No up selling, no sales tricks. Just that. 3 or 4 months later I decided I was ready to go ahead with the work and chose Vantage out the 4 companies that gave me quotes. I chose them because of this extremely relaxed experience even though the weren't the cheapest . I had the work booked in and three fitters did the work (1 day for 8 windows). The double glazing windows have so far been amazing and very nice to look at. The 10 year guarantee is a nice addition for peace of mind. Can only recommend Vantage.

From beginning to end, the guys at Vantage where incredible, the initial measure up from Ernie, then John the Surveyor attended on time and got straight to it, then a little wait for the big day. On the morning of the installation we awoke to 2°C and light snow fall in March. The guys started in difficult wet and windy conditions and never stopped until the job was complete, they were polite, efficient, very thorough and completed a fabulous installation, cleaned up, gave a demo and left. Our neighbours have all commented on how good the windows and doors look and it's given us a real pride back in the building that was looking a little tired. The Anthracite colourway and quality of finish looks very high quality and matches perfectly with the exterior stonework. I cannot recommend the Vantage team highly enough and a special mention to the Installers the two David's and Gary.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with the Vantage team. From the initial meeting with Ernie, dealing with both Abbie and Stephanie in the office, the surveyor (sorry I forgot his name) and then David & David who completed the installation – every single one of them were so polite, professional and friendly. Ernie talked me through, and provide quotes for, the various options available to me and ensured I was content with my choices when I visited the showroom. At no point were there any pushy sales tactics which I really appreciated. The fitters, David & David, talked me through their process and then worked straight through to complete the installation. When they were done, they tidied everything up before talking me through the new window mechanisms and ensuring I was completely happy before I paid. I was so impressed with the whole team – from their friendly attitudes and great communication to the quality of their work - they also happened to be the cheapest of the quotes I got too! I would highly recommend Vantage.

My wife and I have been thinking of getting new windows for years, the problem has always been the sales approach. Time & time again you get a person who, makes themselves comfortable, comes up with a price on the spot and then claims they can't leave until you agree the deal. We then got a recommendation from a neighbour, Vantage.... turned out to be a brilliant tip. A charming but not pushy sales person, who left after taking measurements to then send us an accurate price a day later. The sales person also insisted we pop by their showroom in Bellshill so all the details of fixtures & fittings were ironed out. Fitting was then arranged, we got a father & son duo, who both work for Vantage (no 3rd party). They were friendly and professional, giving us a great finish and hoovered before they left. The best bit of all, they were half the price of all those stereotypical Double-Glazing sales people. We are truly chuffed with every element. Thank you Vantage.

Id sent over an enquiry via the website on a Sun over a holiday weekend, had the quote for both options of french doors by the Tues. We accepted the quote and a survey was promptly arranged to suit us. The fitter measured up and answered all my questions regarding render and plaster finish inside and out (Window being converted to french doors) Doors were ordered and installation dates agreed. The office communicated every step of the way and reminders sent the week before. David & David turned up promptly at 08:00, really friendly guys, checked everything was cut out to the spec and the doors were installed in no time. Everything was swept up, windows & PVC cleaned and made sure I was 100% happy before we paid. This is how all trades should be. Absolutely perfect and effortless to work with. Id highly recommend Vantage Windows.

We were dreading approaching firms about window replacement as we had heard such horror stories from our friends. We extensively researched and came up with a short list. Vantage was number one on that list and, after the initial visit, we looked no further. There was none of the slick, hard sell we had feared, simply straight forward professionalism. We received a supersonic quick, detailed, very reasonable, quote then made a visit to the showroom, Two days later John the surveyor came and a short time after, our beautiful windows and back door were in place. Danny and Scott worked so hard and with much consideration. Without being asked they even removed moss and weeds from the stone window ledge and cleaned the street! We thank the whole team for their super efficiency. They were absolutely exemplary, making the thing we dreaded, a pleasure from start to finish. We love our new windows and door have already highly recommended Vantage to others. This firm is quite exceptional.

We had two doors and several downstairs windows replaced. We had been putting it off for a while as was expecting it to be hard work to get this job done. But I need not have worried as from the moment I made the first enquiry to the completion the whole process was so easy. They made suggestions on what doors and windows to have and they really worked well, everything was explained well and the installation was excellent. Could not recommend enough.

Cannot believe how simple, straight forward and easy dealing with Vantage Windows, Scotland Best Window & Door Company has been. Whilst Ernie was unavailable, Manager Stephanie attended our home and proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in providing the information we wanted. On return to office Ernie was quick to contact and invite us to the showroom where he personally talked us through all windows and doors on show. A last minute change of mind on door was no problem to Vantage, so showroom visit essential to fully appreciate the quality and choices available. Speedy installation was done over 1 & 1/2 days by 1st Class Fitters Danny & Scott who were professional, courteous, helpful and a credit to Vantage windows. Tidy workers with no mess left. A really professional job from a really professional company worthy of their many deserved accolades and awards. Absolutely delighted with our Top Quality Windows and the Crowning Glory Composite Door and will not hesitate to recommend Ernie and his dedicated Team to all. Vantage are a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. I contacted them on a Sunday morning when they were closed, and the owner Ernie contacted me with 3 hours the same day, set up an initial visit for the Tuesday morning and I had a detailed written quote about 3 hours later. They don't want you to accept a quote without seeing the quality products in their showroom first and there is no hard sell. Having decided to go ahead, the surveyor came out to remeasure everything, and I had an installation date set up. I received a reminder e.Mail the week beforehand and a call from one of the fitters the night before. The two fitters turned up at 07:45 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They covered the whole house in dust sheets and mats and were totally respectful of the house. They tidied and hoovered everything up, took away all the debris including my old blinds at my request. At the end of the installation the fitters talk you through everything, give you some tips on dos and don'ts; for example in the first 24 hours don't wipe any dust settling on the new sills as the sealant is still setting so if you disturb the dust it can stick to the sealant and make it dirty - I would not have thought of that! They also went into my downstairs neighbours back yard and swept up the small amount of inevitable debris created. You pay on completion and the bill was exactly as quoted. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I had a relatively small job of a kitchen door and window replacement. I had had multiple companies come out to give quotes and I was getting nowhere with each sales rep outdoing the previous one in terms of the time it took to deal with them and the ever exceeding quotes. Most of the quotes were all over the place and some did not even take my needs, wants or budget into consideration whilst still trying to upsell. I then had Vantage recommended to me by a family member who dealt with them a couple of years ago and has been left impressed. Ernie is definitely the face and the backbone of this operation. He has such a big personality and definitely knows how to close a deal. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, very patient to show different door and window styles, designs and colours etc and answered all the questions, regardless how small or seemingly stupid. The doors and window were fitted perfectly without any issues and didn't even take the two fitters half a day to do it. They were in and out in about 4 hours! They left the place as clean as possible considering the size of the job. I am amazed at how big a difference a nice new door and window makes to the kitchen and will be looking to update some of the rest of the house in the near future! I will definitely be coming back to Vantage Windows and Doors for my future windows and doors needs, as I know that just like me they place a huge value on time and quality!

We replaced a window with French doors and I am one hundred percent happy with the work. At every stage they were helpful, honest, and polite. Ernie helped guide me through the early stages, even suggesting I might be able to get a local tradesmen cheaper ( I couldn't), and the boys that actually did the work were polite, hard working, and did a great job. Very happy and would highly recommend.

We had 10 windows and two doors replaced in two days. From our initial contact with Ernie we were delighted at how committed each member of his support team were. No question was too much, changes made to final choices with no quibble and no upselling or pressure of any kind throughout. From the friendly staff in the showroom to Jed the surveyor we got great guidance and assurance, we came away from every interaction feeling supported and confident that we were making the right choices. A special mention goes out to the fitters David and David who made the whole installation process look easy. Their friendly approach ensured they kept us informed and went above and beyond, fixing any issue that arose which didn’t necessitate them doing. They were the cleanest tradesmen we have had (just make sure you give them coffee :) ). Everyone who passes the house admires the new windows and doors and have even commented on how good David & David were at fitting the windows and doors and we have given out Vantages number already to neighbours. The service from every area of the business is fantastic. The girls in the office are lovely and really helpful, the surveyor was efficient and knowledgeable and the fitters went over and above.

I spent a good deal of time thoroughly researching the companies before I even had anyone out to quote for my new windows and doors. I had 5 quotes in total. Vantage price wise were in the middle however, in every other measurable way they were absolutely miles ahead of all the other companies we had out. On reading their reviews, the company almost sounded too good to be true. However, after experiencing the whole process firsthand, I have to say this company is excellent in every way! The quality of the materials, the product and workmanship were easily better than the other companies I had out and value for money was first class. The guys cleared up and left the job extremely neat and tidy which was great as well. I have high standards so I’m not easy to please. I give this company top marks in every area. Would highly recommend.

Vantage supplied and fitted a couple of windows and doors at our office. So from the very start with Ernie both my wife and I knew that we would use Vantage Windows and Doors to install and fit our windows at our home. I was aware of Vantage windows, but first thought was they would probably be more than I hoped to spend, as the social media was on point and I was aware of the multiple awards…so certainly aiming to be a premium brand. Finally at a family gathering, windows came up and 2 friends said that the would never use anyone other than “Vantage” and I should stop wasting my time. So appointment made, Ernie arrives measures up, talks me through options and promises a simple no hassle quote, no pressure sales, no discount if I sign today nonsense…. Exactly how it should be, advised if I am happy with quote, visit showroom and we can view some of our choices before accepting. As promised quote comes across leaving it very much in my hands, no pressure sales…. And to my surprise, smashed the usual big brands on cost, in fact was on par with some sole trader recommendations I had, yet I had a reputable company, showroom and product I could review, and have confidence I would have someone to talk to should an issue arise. Dave and Dave done our fitting, great team, worked hard and looked after the place and left the place tidy, we changed our mind on sill option on 2 windows mid fit and it was no hassle at all to vantage or the fitters. 2 days completed the house and only after final walkthrough and inspection did I have to part with a single penny. No deposit shows confidence in product and service. I now have a door arranged for my Mums house.

This is the second time we have used Vantage Windows (once in the old flat and now that we have moved into our new home). On both occasions, Ernie and his team took care of everything from advice, measurements and fitting. On initial visit I asked Ernie to price me for windows for the full home and a front and back door. He informed me that the back door we had was fairly new and that, if he was to fit a new door, it would be of no real value to me. This gives you an idea of the character of the company you are dealing with, they are all about doing what is right for the customer. After giving me a quote, we then visited the show room to see the windows and door first hand, this allowed us to make some adjustments to colour and style. We then had the fitting date arranged, where the team turned up on time, worked in a clean and friendly manner (we were working from the house at the time) and complete the work ahead of schedule and to a very height standard. I would recommend the company to anyone who was considering getting new windows or doors. They are honest, reliable and good value and from previous experience the products last. Thanks again

Following on from great service in having a patio door and windows installed by Vantage Windows and Doors we have just had a new front door installed.Yet again great service, workmanship and quality.Would highly recommend this company.

I had windows installed to the back of my house last year. The whole process from the original quote to the installation was pretty straightforward. The installation itself was completed by early afternoon. The manufacturer had supplied the wrong glass for my bathroom window but once I pointed this out, the correct glass was requested and glass replaced in a timely manner. The windows are of a high quality and I am very pleased with them. The team at Vantage are very friendly and on the day of installation once the work was complete, some of the team even took time to keep my dog entertained while I was inspecting the finished installation.

The experience with Vantage started on their website and went through to completion. Looking for a ballpark figure, unlike the nationals, Vantage has a quick cost estimator. That was all i needed to call. The consultation process, being in a Conservation area, was thorough and had the options I needed for the planning application. Once the delivery date was set, then was a reminder and then work started as planned. The fitting crew of 2 were polite but sociable and took an interest in the property too. They carried out the replacement of 16 unit whilst we were working from home, working around our requirement and completing a fantastic job in 2 1/2 days. During that time there were extremely heave rain and hail showers, but the team just got on with it! We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Vantage across all aspects of the job. Well done to the Team!

I am very glad we found Ernie and Vantage Windows & Doors. My previous experience of trying to find quality sash and case windows was infuriating. The quotes were never accurate and the final prices would be astronomical. I was really impressed with the estimation tool on the website and how accurate it was when we got the final price from Ernie. Ernie was great at providing us advice and different options we could choose from. He was always super quick in getting back in contact and no question went unanswered. After placing the order we were given and installation date which was 100% accurate. On installation day Davie & Davie arrived promptly at the stated time and went to work. I cannot be more complimentary about their work ethic and the quality of craftsmanship. They managed to remove 6 old sash and case windows and a door and replace all with new in one day and tidied up as they went along. The job they left was exceptional. The final product is fantastic. Our neighbours were all impressed with the work and the quality. We have ranted and raved so much to them all two of our neighbours have now had Ernie round for a quote and have placed their orders. Job: Twenty six Victorian style sash and case UPVC windows. Two security double glazing doors. One plane UPVC window. All individual custom sizes. I'm a pedantic, skeptical, perfectionist and couldn't be happier with the job. The product, installation, customer service and communication have all been fantastic. Ernie was transparent and informative the whole way through the process with no pushy sales nonsense and gave us an indicative quote, after discussing all our options. The surveyor Brian explained the job in more detail and we then received a detailed fixed price quotation. The installation team were incredible, talked us through parts of the job we didn't understand and their workmanship was second to none. I highly recommend Vantage windows.

Absolutely delighted with my new front and side door fitted by Vantage Windows. The end result is better than I could have imagined. Honestly I can't fault the team at Vantage, from start to finish the service has been amazing. Ernie came out & measured up a couple of days after I called, no messing about or drawn out sales pitch, just a straight forward very competitive price, he even gave really good advice on some of my initial choices which resulted in the job costing less. Some last minute changes by me & a revised quote was with me an hour later which I accepted & was informed lead time was around 8-9 weeks (I was sceptical but the windows & doors at the showroom looked great). A week later I had a fit date & it was exactly 8 weeks away, the team got in touch in the lead up to confirm everything was still on schedule. A week before fitting, my son got chicken pox, some of the fitters had never had it so it meant the job wouldn't be able to go ahead, Ernie called & a new date for the following week was given which was amazing. On fitting day the team were very polite, happy to answer all my questions & had dust sheets or rubber mats everywhere. Jobs like this are messy it can't be avoided but they cleaned up everything, literally a couple of hours dusting by me & the house was spotless. Fitters even showed me some other changes they could make to provide a better look (they were right). Small damage to roughcast as it was over old windows so couldn't be avoided, Ernie had warned me it was a possibility but was minimal. Windows look great as does the door. Would use Vantage again 100%

Contract was to supply and fit 12 windows and 3 doors, one of which was a bi-fold door. Communications pre-installation were excellent, including a very useful visit to the showroom where we were able to inspect the windows and doors were were getting. During the visit we were given advice about the types of options available - particularly useful when it came to choosing the type of finish for the glass in the bathroom window. Installation was over 2 days, with the work being carried out very methodically and efficiently by a very courteous team. Installing the bi-fold doors proved to be a challenge, but the team managed to do so successfully. unfortunately there was a manufacturing error with one of the panels - a mark on the inside - which will need to be replaced. When contacted about this problem, Ernie responded almost immediately and has arranged for a replacement. I have every confidence this will carried out satisfactorily. I am happy to recommend Vantage windows to any future customers.

We had 7 large windows fitted to our first floor apartment. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently. The job was first class and done in a day,they even hoovered up after. They were very pleasant & friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We used Vantage to replace the front door and windows in our bungalow and are very glad we did. We received a preliminary estimate based on photos of the job which was amended by their surveyor (not salesman) a week or so later. That was the final price. We placed the order and got a fairly quick installation date very shortly afterward. Vantage kept in touch throughout. The fitters turned up on time and did the job fully in one day. The quality of the work was first class and they left the place absolutely clean. Only at the end of the fitting were we asked for payment which we did by card. We are delighted we used Vantage. The door and windows are exactly what we wanted and perfectly installed. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Vantage windows after reading the reviews of the company as I was arranging the work for my mothers property. Ernie initially visited the property to survey and speak to my mother to explain the options available, Ernie was polite, courteous and not at all pushy, no hard sell. Ernie sent the quotes to me via email and to my mother via post. The quotes were very reasonable and timescale given for install date good. We were kept up to speed with the process and a reminder email and text sent a week before the fitting date. On the day of the install the two fitters (father and son) who attended could not have been better, they looked after my mothers property, kept her informed of how the job was going to be done and worked hard to get it done same day. My mother could not have been more pleased with service and the final outcome. Vantage windows reviews were the reason we opted for using them, the reviews are correct. Highly recommended.

We had nine windows and three exterior doors fitted over two days. One of which, was a bay window. Prior to this we were able to go to their excellent showroom where Ernie was able to teach us so much, which helped us to make the right choices. We could see that the products are top quality. The installation went very well. David and David were on time and very courteous. They worked like trojans and kept us up to date with what was happening and consulted us on what we would like where there were different options. After much debate about which company to ask to fit our new door, my husband and chose Vantage. Ernie came to explain the process and looked at what type of door would best suit us. He was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. We were then invited by Ernie to visit the showroom to discuss finer details and ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Again we did not feel under any sales pressure. The door was duly measured and we were ready for action as soon as all the materials were in stock. The big day arrived. Obviously, we were a bit apprehensive as to how this would go. We need not have worried. Davy, Gary and David arrived at 9.00 as arranged. They introduced themselves and befriended our over-eager dogs and put them (the dogs) at ease. The work was carried out efficiently and with the least possible interruption to us. They also fitted a chain at our request and suggested new doorbell choices. Everything was explained as necessary. When the job was completed everything was cleared up and we were given advice as how to open and close the door efficiently and the correct way to use the keys - this was more helpful than one might imagine! Last but not least, throughout this whole process, I had several calls to Abbie in the office with any questions or doubts I had. She was always friendly and helpful and my worries were always resolved. Thank you. we love our new front door, both inside and outside. The difference it has made to the heat in our hall is amazing!

Vantage Windows has done a fantastic job installing our new double glazed windows. The team was really great and cheerful – and so quick and tidy! The glass doesn’t have a single imperfection. In our previous experience with another company, we had to argue with the fitters and manufacturers over long scratches and major imperfections in the glass panes and overall shoddy work, and we ended up getting more than half of the panes replaced! This has been such a stress-free and easy experience in comparison. Big thank you to Vantage Windows for such a good job.

It’s hard where to start. 10 sash windows put in an old property. We’ve done a lot of renovation so we can compare service. Vantage don’t compare, they exceed in every respect. No pressure selling just honest and great advice. They were still half the price of one “traditional” gazing company. Patience and help to ensure we got we wanted was amazing. Installation could only be described as faultless, guys were friendly professional helpful diligent and didn’t leave a spec of dust behind them. Work rate was something to behold. I wouldn’t so much recommend VANTAGE as question why anyone would ever wish to consider someone else We will be getting a door done soon. We won’t look at any alternatives.

I used Vantage to replace all my windows in a Glasgow tenement flat and couldn't recommend them highly enough. I discovered them on the Which? site. Not only was their quote the most competitive, the customer service was fantastic from the beginning to the end of my experience with them. The windows are fabulous and it has made such a difference to the look of my property, and to my sleep. It was so much quieter, I spent the first few days wondering where the rest of the world had gone! Ernie and Abbie were a delight to deal with and so professional. The fitter was also a joy to deal with and was courteous and thoughtful. As I'd had a bad experience previously with another company, it made such a difference to find Vantage. As I said, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Needed to get 11 wooden framed windows and 3 doors replaced. Shopped around and obtained 4 separate quotes. I don’t particularly like haggling over price, and asked each supplier to visit, measure up and provide the best estimate. Vantage replied quickly and submitted one of the best quotes (around half the price of the most expensive one) and didn’t require an upfront deposit (the others wanted 10-30% of the final price before commencing work). I was also invited to view their range of products in their small showroom to ensure I’d be happy with my final selection. This whole process was surprisingly straightforward with excellent communication and absolutely no pressure selling. The installation of the doors and windows was equally impressive. Three of Vantage’s tradesmen arrived on time and worked efficiently, carrying out the complete installation over 2 days, with little fuss and no mess. I made payment only after a final inspection of each door and window to ensure the fit and finish was to a high standard. In summary, it was a pleasure to deal with Vantage. No sales pitch. Vantage fitted five sound proved windows in my flat at an extremely competitive price. The communication was easy and straightforward, and the installation team was efficient, polite, and left the site clean and tidy. I appreciated particularly the aftercare – four weeks after installation an engineer came out and did minor adjustments to the windows which further improved their performance. With a 10 year guarantee I am greatly confident, that any queries in the future will be dealt with effectively.

Ernie the director came out to see us to measure up our windows and provide a quote. We had done a bit of shopping around and we were dead set on replacing our old, rotting sash&case windows with new vertical sliding sash windows. Most other people were trying to push us towards casement windows but Ernie was the only tradesperson who understood the importance of why we wanted Veritcal Sliders. Ernie measured up, spoke us through all the ins and outs of the windows they supply - insurance backed, argon filled and A+ Energy rated etc. Ernie also assured us that our windows would conform to safety standard as the windows are below waist height and must be reinforced for safety purposes- something most others missed. There was absolutely no pushy sales tactics and no taking up 3/4 hours of our time unlike other companies who had visited previously. We visited the showroom a few days later to have a look at the Vertical Sliders and the profile of them (we didn’t want anything big or bulky that would take away lots of light from our windows) The fitters arrived in a timely manner, completed the work to the highest standard, left our home clean and no mess behind them. They also took us around every single window to make sure we understood how to work them, let us try opening/ closing them and any questions we may have. 5 days later we received our 10 year insurance backed guarantee in the post. 10/10 would recommend. We had a door fitted early 2020 by vantage which had an issue, which Ernie resolved at his own cost. Because of that, we decided (although we didn’t need) to get new windows and a back door fitted. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Ernie at Vantage is top class. His service and customer care is excellent. We have just replaced over 20 sash windows in our recently purchased house in Perthshire - an expensive prospect that was softened by the efficient, professional, helpful and very friendly team at Vantage Windows. There was no hard sell to buy from them, just a straightforward and easy-to-understand explanation of the options available and what would happen, and all at a very reasonable price. Emails and phone calls were answered and replied to extremely quickly and with all the information we needed. The fitting team that did the work were a whirlwind of activity, taking out the old windows and fitting the new ones in an impressively short space of time. It's very clear that they knew exactly what they were doing: they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the result. Old and inefficient wooden single glazed windows have been replaced with modern double glazed units that match almost exactly what they replaced, so the look and character of the house has been maintained at the same time as making a considerable difference to its comfort and efficiency. A slight issue was found when one of the supplied windows was too small due to a manufacturing error/misunderstanding. It was fitted temporarily, and the team had to come back to fit the correctly sized unit once it had been made. But the issue was resolved 100% for us, albeit as extra work for the company - a pain considering the house is 2 hours away from the showroom. Highly recommended.

On my initial email to Vantage, the director replied timeously with a date and time to visit, offer us options re the windows and provide a quote. Both the cost, which was very competitive in comparison to the other contractors and the product details met our expectation so we were happy to proceed. We were also offered a visit to their showroom to ensure we knew the standard of the product we would receive. The surveyor followed and took and confirmed the exact measurements and we were then given an installation date. I am very pleased to say the job was duly delivered by two excellent operatives who were more than professional, they were helpful, polite and unobtrusive and they cleared up. All in all this was one excellent professional service. I would certainly recommend Vantage to anyone needing new windows fitted for competitive pricing, quality and professionalism.

We found Vantage Windows by chance and checked out reviews before asking for a quote. Ernie (the owner) came out very quickly and went through what we wanted and made a few recommendations. The detailed quote arrived by e mail within 24 hours and we were surprised as to how reasonable it was. We replied that we would like to go ahead and then a surveyor came out to accurately measure and talk us through the design and make sure we were happy to go ahead. We agreed and next we had a phone call to fix a fitting date about 10 weeks away. An email was received about one week prior to the fitting date to check how we wanted to pay (cheque, card etc) . On the fitting day we had a call from the fitters to explain what time they would arrive and they appeared on time. They worked as a team firstly applying plastic sheeting to protect our floors, completing and cleaning one room at a time. Throughout the process when there were options on how facings could be positioned they asked for our input and made sure we were clear room by room. On completion we were then taken to every window to check we were happy and the locking mechanism was demonstrated. Only when every window was checked were we asked to pay and given a receipt. The next day we received an e mail with our invoice attached showing that we had paid and explaining their insurance backed 10 year warranty. What a perfect process and the results are amazing. The design suggestions that Ernie made are brilliant. Thank you!

Ernie and his team did a fantastic job replacing our 1870's wooden sash and case windows with new wooden framed double glazed windows. The results look stunning and it is wonderful to have functioning windows again. The team were efficient, tidy and friendly and worked sensibly within Covid restrictions. Problems with refitting working shutters effectively were a little slow to be resolved but ultimately sorted to everyone's satisfaction. We are delighted with the results and would thoroughly recommend the company for any out of the ordinary projects.

Very happy with the work and service from Vantage Windows & Doors. We arranged for four companies to quote for replacing four windows, patio doors and our front door. Out of the four, only three turned up, with Vantage Windows & Doors being the only company to present us a formal quote, which was emailed the same day. As well as being the most professional their quote was very competitive. Before any orders were placed we were invited into the showroom to see the quality of products and a demonstration in regards to security and heat efficiencies. We didn't have to wait too long for initial fitting dates however these were delayed due to Covid-19. I feel this is where the company excelled. Our original fitting date was the first day of lockdown however we agreed to postpone. The company were very accommodating during this time and we did not feel pressured into any particular decision. In the days prior to and during the lockdown, they kept us fully updated. A new date was rearranged for when it was safe to carry out the work and with social distancing measures in place. The tradesmen were friendly, arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. The service has been fantastic all the way through and we would definitely recommend.

They are an absolute joy to deal with and really take customer service seriously. I'm involved in the construction industry and see issues with contractors on a daily basis. Our job was for nine windows and a set of French doors for our kitchen. The job has been completely finished in a day and a half to a fantastic standard. We've only sustained minor damage to one of the surrounds which is fantastic for replacement windows. The fitters who were in our house were courteous, clean and great to deal with. Ernie arrived to measure up, got no hard sales patter all measurements done in about 15 mins and had a detailed quote the same night. Very happy with the work done.
