Vears Decorating have just completed work on my living room, staircase and landing and I could not be more pleased. I knew they would do a good job from my very first meeting with Richard Vear. Vears Decorating Ltd have just completely redecorated my large Victorian house. Richard was a pleasure to work with, and was extremely friendly and approachable. He took time to discuss the project with us, provide us with a timely quote and breakdown for each room, and recommend suitable paints and materials for the work. He was very clear about each stage of the work and the costs involved. He gave us a time frame for the completion of the work, and stuck to it. He and his team worked extremely hard, always turned up for work when they said they would and were tidy and methodical. The standard of finish was very high. I trusted them implicitly. I would definitely use the company again and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you so much Richard.

At every stage, a variety of options were presented to us, along with the pros for each paint choice. The attention to detail is brilliant. The team are professional, friendly and punctual. We have used Richard Vears a number of times over the years for both interior and exterior work. Our latest encounter was last week and they have done another excellent job. The team is very professional and cheerful. They do an excellent job and leave the site tidy at the end of the day. I have no hesitation in trusting them in our house. Book early to avoid disappointment as they are always busy.

Vears have just completed painting the woodwork on the front of our house and our garage door. Mr Vear gave us a detailed description of the work which would be done and this was carried out as described. The workmen were very pleasant to deal with and did a careful job. We had to wait a little while for the job to start because of the poor weather earlier in the year but we are very pleased with the finished work.

Vears did our front sitting room- a big room. They stripped all the woodwork down, repainted all the ceilings, took all the wallpaper off, prepared the walls and decorated all the wood panelling. They are the best tradespeople I have ever encountered.
