Graham and his team laid a new driveway and path at my property as well as landscaping my rear garden and erecting a fence with a gate. Graham provided a detailed quote and was always easily contactable, his team were always on site punctually and Graham project managed every detail which we were more than happy with, he helped with useful suggestions and is very knowledgable and approachable. Every evening our property was left clean and tidy. The finished job was excellent and we could not be happier with the results as it has enhanced our property, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Driveways & Landscapes.

Graham and his team have excelled in producing a quality job in supplying a new nono block path. From start to finish we were provided with information on how the work would progress and were supplied with instal dates. The new path has transformed the look of the garden and more importantly now provides mobility access straight to the front door. It looks good and it's a 5 star performance !

The men turned up when advised and worked efficiently with all the equipment required to completed the job in one go. I liked the wash they kept me informed about when they were going to start work.

Excellent communicator on and off the job. All work was checked and my opinion taken at every point. It was made apparent that costing were a variable due to Brexit and other supply issues. The job was completed as scheduled and poor weather was not an obstacle to completion. We were very happy with the design and finished job.

I was kept fully informed about the progress and plans for the work. The start of the work was delayed because of a spell of very wet weather but again there was good communication with Graham. Graham and his team were a pleasure to deal with. The work was completed to a good standard and I was consulted about any minor changes which were required. The team took great care to tidy up after each part of the job was completed. When the whole job was completed no rubbish or surplus materials were left behind. When I received the invoice for the job I noted that a discount for an early finish had been applied to the original quote. This was a nice touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Driveways to friends and would certainly use them again in the future.

Two years ago we contacted three companies to quote on renewing our driveway. Victoria Driveways were not the cheapest but Graham was by far the most knowledgeable. After following up some references decided to offer Graham the job. The Victoria Driveway team were punctual, polite and cleaned up at the end of every day. Work was carried out on schedule with enthusiasm and to Graham’s high standard. So much so I contacted Graham again to correct a small drainage issue that the builder created. Graham visited initially and advised the best way to proceed and after seeing the completed job I was so glad we took his advice. The work carried out was the removal of my existing Patio and installation of a new slabbed Patio. It was completed on schedule and within the quotation budget. 5 Star service. Great Team on site. Always on-time, prompt timekeeping. Always cleaned up each day. Always made sure everything was secure. While the gate was dismounted for work access, always made sure it was secured at end of the day for the dog. Work and workmanship quality was excellent. Graham was a straight arrow and advised on the most appropriate products and materials, that he considered worked best for what we wanted. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest materials, but the final outcome is far superior to the materials we had seen elsewhere in our research. Glad we followed Graham's impartial advice and experience. We had done our own research and had our outline drawings. Really glad we finally left the design, dimensions, areas and layouts to Graham, way better than what we had drawn. Neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but these days, you get what you pay for and we are very happy with the final product and the materials used. We made contact with Graham who was very helpful and responded quickly to provide an initial consultation. At this contact, Graham was knowledgeable on his products, gave advice surrounding what would work best for the finished outcome we wished to achieve but overall was approachable and made the decision easy for ourselves to choose them to carry out the work. Graham kept in contact regarding costing and time frames for starting the project. Once started graham and his team were very professional, knew what work was to be done and carried this out efficiently. The team worked hard and although a few bumps along the way, mainly due to previous groundwork issues, this was easily resolved by the team showing the level of their expertise and kept us in the loop about what was happening throughout. Used Victoria Driveways for the 3 time Always tidy, worked well and kept me informed when weather snow meant they couldn't work. Always mindful that gates needed always closed and boundary safe at night due to dog. Would be happy to use them again.

Absolutely delighted with our new brick driveway. Graham and his team battled through awful Scottish weather to complete the work! Excellent standard of workmanship with great attention to detail. Transformation of an unusable bog area into a driveway to match existing driveway. Installation of a shed base using old slabs from the site. Installation of a red gravel path with country cobble border and decorative step. We are delighted with the finished project. From the first meeting Graham I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the job in hand. I had asked for a quote to replace my slabbed driveway with granite chips and Tegula paving blocks, I also had several drain covers to be replaced. Graham spent time explaining all the options and provided a quote a short time later. Whilst the quote was not the cheapest, I was struck by his attitude and felt the extra money would be worth it. I was not disappointed. The team arrived at the appointed time and set to work straight away clearing the site. At all times they were tidy, clearing up after each day's work and were respectful of property. I was delighted with the finished job and would have no hesitation whatsoever on recommending Graham and Victoria Driveways and Landscapes.

My neighbour and I both had our driveways widened and upgraded from slabs and stone chips to Tobermore monobloc. Graham had quoted for the work many months before but Covid19 lockdown delayed work until August 2020. He invited us to view other local jobs he had completed some years ago, in order that we could see both the type of blockwork used, the standard of installation and how things would look after a few years of use. I doubt many contractors would have this level of confidence in their work. Despite the Covid delay and some supply chain issues, the price quoted remained static and, thanks to Graham's perseverance, the original materials were also obtained. Each stage was discussed beforehand, including any potential pitfalls and options to overcome them. Prep work was thorough with digging to a significant depth and several tons of Type 1 Aggregate spread and compacted into place with heavy duty diesel whackers. Levelling was accurate, with all drainage, drain cover positions and final levels / fall lines for run off carefully planned before fine aggregate was added and levelled. Blockwork was neat, including cutting, drains and borders. Final job was sanding / whacking to lock the blocs in place. All staff were punctual and worked hard throughout. Despite some inclement weather, the work was completed promptly and to a very high standard. The entire area around both driveways was cleaned up on completion. All in all, a great job.

Victoria Driveways competed my driveway, parking and patio a couple of years ago and it looks as good now as it did when new. I want to ensure it is well maintained and asked the guys to resand and seal it. I knew for have to wait a while because they have great reputation and get a lot of work, but they fitted me in sooner than I expected. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and many have remarked on it. I have recommended them to many others and those who got work done are also delighted with them. They are not the cheapest and you may have to wait until they can fit you in, but it is well worth it.

We had our front and back gardens landscaped by Graham and his team. Visit by Graham prior to contract to discuss option, he was able to advise what was possible, and what was not and came up with a design that we were happy with. Removed all existing grass, patio and paths. Renewed and extended patio, relaid paths, including drainage, and re- turfed back and front. Work completed on schedule to a very high standard and on budget. The work ethic of the team is second to none, they are a credit to him. Would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone.

The work started on the date agreed and it was obvious that the team were experienced workmen as they get about the job with vigour. Our new front steps, driveway and retaining wall were completed in one working week. The area outside our driveway was cleaned up after the work was completed. The standard of work and attention to detail is exceptional. A great job which we are very happy with and feel we have had value for money. Graham the owner is polite, approachable and professional. Engaged Victoria to create a driveway from my front garden and ended up getting the rest done as well. Punctual, professional and hardworking. Gave good advice on what would work and in honesty could have sold me something more expensive which I asked about. There is always a degree of inconvenience for neighbours etc but the guys kept that to a minimum in terms of removal of rubble and delivery of materials. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had my old gravel driveway scraped up, a new weed suppressing membrane laid down and 7 tonnes of new stones laid and dressed. Graham and his team turned up very early at 8am and did a brilliant job. Whole driveway was re-laid in 1 day and looks absolutely immaculate. Graham was super helpful and responsive to texts and e-mails the whole time. All questions answered and all work completed quickly to a high standard. Highly recommended. You have 4 weeks to pay and the work is guaranteed for 5 years.
