Videtta Heating and Plumbing

I contacted Jordan at JV Plumbing as I was having a problem with the boiler pump which was not switching off in response to the heating programme. Jordan kept his appointment as agreed and was very courteous explaining the problem was likely to be in the pump itself rather than the heating programmer. He gave me the option of either trying to repair the pump or install a new pump. I opted for the latter as the pump was very old and likely to break down again. Jordan gave me a quote for the work including the cost of the new pump. He did not have the type of pump available in his van and after obtaining a new pump, came back to complete the job on the same day. Overall I had very good customer experience dealing with Jordan and will be arranging an appointment later for him to do the annual service on the my gas boiler.

Jordan and his team came to fit thermostatic valves on 11 radiators around the house, and the work was undertaken with care, courtesy and attention to detail. Jordan also fitted a new kitchen tap mixer and even helped with a dimmer switch, all at a very reasonable price. As always with Videtta, the team were punctual and work carried out with minimum of mess or disturbance. Have now also booked Videtta to service our boiler, as we know they can be 100% relied upon. Couldn't be happier with their services!
