Viking Electrical supplied and installed 12 solar panels. From the start communications from them were clear and helpful. Any query we had was promptly responded to and nothing seemed too much bother. Installation was completed in one day under very hot, trying conditions. Installer answered every question and made sure we understood everything before they left. Further communication has been equally informative. The quality of service and work gives us confidence in fully recommending them.

A 16 panel solar array was installed. We had an in-depth discussion about placement to achieve maximum electricity generation. Viking were able to explain the quality of one app over another (of a competitor) and also explained how inverter and battery have an impact on the collection of electricity from the panels. So they were very informative and knowledgeable. Viking were great at bookings and timely. The work was very neat and tidy; they cleaned up after themselves and the installation itself is very tidy. They took time to help me to understand the app to use. The cost of this installation was competitive. I am very satisfied!

I contacted Viking to quote for installation of solar panels, battery & inverter system on my property after being referred to them by Octopus, my electricity supplier, as they are an octopus trusted installer in Scotland. Initially I sent a quote request then received a call shortly after to discuss options and costs. They were knowledgable, friendly and very open and honest. I had a visit from Chris to survey the property & discuss options in more detail, again professional, friendly and knowledgable. I received an in-depth quote with options we discussed for a 10kwhr vs a 20kwhr battery which laid out way more detail than I expected, including forecasts for return on investment over time, and estimated yield of the installation. The price was right so I booked my installation with them soon after, and within a few weeks it was all up and running. The installation itself only took one day, and the two electricians who did most of the installation were very hard working and did a fantastic job of working around challenges with access for cabling and existing wiring - they were here from dawn till dusk to get it done. As soon as it was online it was performing as advertised and we've had zero issues since. All in all I had a great experience with them - all very friendly, professional and helpful, and were happy to answer all my geeky questions about how it all works. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a solar install.
