This has to be the easiest review I have ever done, 5 star all day long. I contacted Kristian on behalf of my Grandmother as she’s 94 years old. I also live in Australia to make things even harder. I got in touch with Kristian about a replacing the old back burner boiler and modernising the heating system. He answered my call from a different country, was very punctual with all WhatsApp and email correspondence. I asked multiple questions and he was happy to answer anything I asked. He turned up when he said he would to do a quote. We agreed to move forward and he turned up when he said he would and completed the job within his estimated time frame. Kristian and his team installed a new Worcester boiler with vertical flue through a tile roof, heat exchanger /pump on the central heating system. Installed TRV and Lockshield on exisiting radiators and did a system flush. My grandmother has a care team which help her at home multiple times through the day. Kristian was always very polite and all the carers made comment of this. He put down protective floor coverings and everything was left clean and tidy. The workmanship is to a very high standard, he even sent Me pictures of the completed installation. I have peace of mind that my grandmother now has a reliable boiler and heating system. I would not hesitate to use Kristian again. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Viking plumbing are the best in the business. Thanks guys for everything. All the best

Thankyou so much to Kristian and Tyler at Viking plumbing services. We were really struggling with poor water pressure. Kristian recommended a Megaflow invented cylinder, and I'm so glad he did. If you have a conventional heating and hot water system I can't recommend these enough. The installation is incredible, the pipework is incredibly neat and tidy. A truly professional finish, I can't recommend these guys enough. So so happy with all they've done. 👍🏼

My entire experience from the house visit to the end was a pleasure. The boiler recommended for my property was perfect, and there was no unnecessary up-selling which I received from another “HUGE” very well-known British Company that wanted to add extra charges for bits that should be included as standard. Kristian and his co-worker Tyler were very polite and respectful of my property and tidied up after every day. I had everything explained on how the boiler controls worked and the entire job was done brilliantly. I had a new additional radiator added and I’m sure was a touch more complicated than a standard as it had to be run inside the loft and down, the size was a perfect addition to the room. This was done with very little disruption to the room and additional lagging was done to protect the pipes with a lot of thought to it regarding positioning of the pipes to not pose a tripping hazard in the loft. This is my second time I have had Viking Plumbing work at my property, as they fitted my Range Cooker in 2017 as part of a job from Mulberry Kitchens. Hence when my boiler broke I contacted for a quote which took about 30 minutes. I definitely would recommend Viking Plumbing to anyone that wants a professional job done at very competitive rates.

My vulnerable relative was left without heating and hot water when the boiler packed up bank holiday weekend. You have to take a huge gamble when looking for tradesmen from afar as we do not live locally. Kristian went round and got it up and running and returned with parts to repair and to service the boiler two days later. Can't thank him enough but will Highly recommend him.

Kristian of Viking plumbing takes pride in his work. He got us out of trouble when we were let down very badly by another company. I have no hesitation in recommending him top man for a top job ten out of ten. Glad he will be looking after our heating in the future and any other plumbing we may need to have done

Despite a couple of set-backs to the installation date, Viking installed the boiler as scheduled, finished on time and on budget. They took a lot of trouble to get everything right and even helped with a couple of other problems with the heating system.

We are very pleased with the work Kristian has done when replacing our back boiler with a combi boiler. He turned up on time and stayed late when needed to and the quality of workmanship was excellent. And he cleaned up after himself, I would highly recommend Viking heating plumbing and heating.

Had this company replace our old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch one. Would recommend to anyone as Kristian worked hard all day, stayed late to clear up and took all the rubbish etc. away with him. He placed floor protector over the tiled floors, took his shoes off when going upstairs. Looked after the property as if it was his own. Communication was great. No problems with this installation. I would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing and heating work to be carried out.

Kristian, with Tyler and Stuart, did a very professional job replacing my oil boiler, making sure that they left all the plumbing work in far better condition than they found it. It was evident that they all had a really good understanding of the whole system. They worked so hard to get all the work done leaving me with every confidence that it was an excellent job and that the amount charged was very fair.

Viking Plumbing Services Ltd came highly recommended, after I being let down by other contractors. Text message sent to Kristian which he responded to that day to discuss further, appointment made for him to call round the following evening to look at the job. I was impressed following our initial meeting, Kristian came across as very confident, giving me a full description of what the job entailed and how long he expected it to take. I required the new boiler to be installed ASAP, Kristian was able to support this and gave me a proposed start date pending the availability of Worcester to supply the required boiler and my acceptance of his detailed quote. On Thursday 2nd September Cameron and Tyler arrived as scheduled, to remove the old boiler and flush out the existing system. They were friendly, polite and very professional in all that they did. I was very impressed with the floor protection they immediately laid down, which went from the front door, down the hall, up the stairs and along the landing. All work went ahead as planned and with no issues, they also got the new boiler mounted on the wall and helped me out by undertaking a couple of small plumbing jobs that I needed doing. The following day Kristian, Cameron and Tyler arrived to complete the install and commission the new system. Once completed I received a thorough explanation of how the new system is operated and controlled, along with all the certification. Great job great company.

Kristian was very good at answering calls, came out to inspect when he said he would and quoted us within a day very fast and on the ball and very detailed on the invoice. Arranged the boiler to be replaced at a time when we would be home. It was completed the days we agreed. Very neat and tidy replacement with using quality parts. And made sure we were connected to hive to control temperature of our new boiler. Also had taps replaced which are high quality. Very happy with everything Kristian,Cameron and Tyler on the work they did to replace our boiler. Highly recommended. Very good on price and extremely honest.

We had a pressurised cylinder installed which was quite a big job taking 2 days. Our plumber recommended Viking Plumbing Services to us and Kristian came out to assess the job and give us the run down on what it would entail. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt confident for him to carry out the job for us. They turned up at the time agreed and worked very efficiently to complete the job. They gave good instructions for the functioning of the cylinder and Kristian came back a couple of days later to check the system. Everything was working well and we were told if we ever had any queries to contact them. All in all we have been very pleased with the installation and the service given by them.

Kristian was clear, friendly and professional in all his dealings with me. More importantly, the standard of work that he and his team carried out over the week-long project, was superb. In short, I would recommend this contractor without reservation.

Viking came recommended by my son who works in the building trade where they have a good reputation. We were not disappointed. The team were clean and tidy, putting floor covering in all relevant rooms and cleaning up at the end of the day. The team of three were polite and friendly at all times and we were comfortable having them in the house even when we were at work. They fitted a new gas boiler and pressurized tank in the airing cupboard. The quality of the work is clearly excellent with good after sales service, returning on consecutive days as planned to ensure the pressurized tank temperature is correct. I am amazed by the power of my shower with this tank. They stuck rigidly to the quote even though they were here half a day longer than anticipated. For future work, I will stick with this company and not seek quotes elsewhere.

Kristian and his team arrived on Monday morning and proceeded to carry out a boiler replacement, firstly they laid coverings over the flooring to avoid dirtying our carpets then checked exactly what they were required to achieve. They removed the old boiler quickly and installed the new boiler and by the end of the first day, we had heating and hot water, brilliant! The second day they installed an additional radiator at my request and also offered to do a couple of small jobs voluntarily. They finished the installation on the Tuesday afternoon having cleared up and removed all rubbish. Kristian and his team were very friendly and efficient, we are very pleased with our choice of heating contractor.

All the paperwork it was clear and prompt and accurate we had a new boiler installed and the work was thorough and efficiently done and all the rubbish push removed and the bungalow was left clean and tidy we met three 3 workman including the owner of the business and they were friendly and helpful

Viking heating and plumbing put a new Worcester boiler in for my mother in law, they were very quick and efficient putting the boiler in, and left her house all clean and tidy, and importantly toastie warm.

Kristian Lay ( Viking Plumbing) when requested, gave a very prompt and detailed estimate for the work I requested to be carried out, and I thought the cost to be very reasonable, compared with some other estimates I received from other installers. He estimated the work would take two days, which it did, despite a couple of unforeseen problems, which were coped with calmly within the time slot and at no extra cost to me. Kristian and his team worked quietly and efficiently, went to great lengths to protect the contents of the room and flooring, and cleared up afterwards very well. On completion, he went to great lengths to explain the workings of the boiler and did not mind answering some inane questions from me. Altogether I found the whole experience very satisfactory, and would certainly recommend Viking Plumbing to anyone that asked for my opinion.

Excellent service from Kristian and crew at Viking. Cannot fault from the initial advice for a problematic existing boiler to future proofing (conversion of this Worcester oil combi to renewable biomass further down the line), to the actual installation. Despite carpets/boards coming up to find pipework, many hours needed to flush existing radiators/pipework, and tiling coming out of the shower room for pipework - everything was dealt with professionally and I was kept informed every step of the way. The house was left clean and tidy every night. The boiler wasn't cheap, but I hope it will have many years of service ahead and can be converted to renewable at some suitable point. 7-year warranty also gives peace of mind. A genuinely nice bunch of people, doing a first-class job.

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Viking Heating , the work that was done was excellent, completed on time and for the price quoted. Before starting work plastic carpet protector was layed down through the house,something I wasnt expecting and when the job was finished everything was made good and cleared away, they even fixed a leaking outside tap for me that I hadnt even mentioned. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Kristian and his team.

It was our pleasure to have had our gas boiler replaced by Kristian of Viking Heating and Plumbing. This potentially disruptive work was carried out with impressive expertise, together with the utmost of tidiness. The project entailed the removal of our old Potterton Gas Boiler followed by the installation of the new Worcester Gas Boiler. During the course of work, Kristian discovered that the wiring to the water-pump had been omitted from the existing manual control box. To circumvent the problem, I requested that we have the Hive management system in place of the existing manual control box. Kristian agreed to do this extra work at minimum extra cost to our final bill. When work was completed we were given a good demonstration of the new system together with how to use Hive.

Kristian is exceptional in my experience. From the first contact to completion of the job his comms & professionalism were excellent. He and his team completed the job (Worcester oil fired boiler installation) to budget & on schedule, though extra work was encountered along the way. The job was neat and tidy, with everything left good. I thoroughly recommend Kristian & his team.

Our 18 year old oil boiler was replaces by Viking Plumbing Services Ltd, for a new external Worcester Bosch. A new larger hot water tank was also relocated and installed along with 4 new thermostatic radiator valves & new control equipment including a Hive control system. The work was undertaken within the allotted timescale and to a very high standard. The carpets and flooring were protected and at the end of each day the house was left clean and tidy. We were kept informed at all times of the works being carried out. Very pleased with the new boiler etc and highly recommend using Viking Plumbing Services
