Viking Plumbing were extremely quick to respond to our plumbing issues. The team were incredibly polite and considerate whilst working in and around the house. They were all so conscientious that they worked late into the evening to avoid us being without heat for the night with two young kids. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Viking are a very professional company. They provided a quote setting out costs which did not alter apart from a pump that was unforeseen but was discussed and agreed at the time. The standard of work is to a very high standard having seen one of their previous jobs as well. Having looked on the internet for a Worcester approved boiler installer, we came across Viking plumbing and heating who had good reviews. After contacting Kristian for a quote which was competitive compared to others we had received, we decided to go ahead. We were very pleased with their work, they were very tidy and covered all carpets with a plastic protector. Would recommend and are planning to have them back to install underfloor heating for our planned extension.

Viking Plumbing Services removed our very old back boiler and gas fire and relocate a brand new boiler upstairs. From start to finish their work was exemplary. The team were friendly, trustworthy and professional at all times. They worked very tidily and dealt with my two pesky indoor cats very well! We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly have them back for all our future plumbing and gas needs.

Kristian called explained the installation, and gave us a quotation very promptly which I excepted. They arrived on the planned day, and I received a text letting me know what time to expect them each day. They covered all the flooring were very tidy and neat in carrying out the work. We decided to replace our aged oil fired boiler at a holiday let we own in Norfolk. As we live in East Sussex we required a trustworthy contractor who could be left to organise and complete this project with minimal supervision. Having obtained 3 very similar Priced quotations we opted for Viking Plumbing Services partly as Worcester Bosches preferred contractor but also because of their prompt response to our enquiry, positive and professional attitude at our meeting on site and prompt provision of a quotation ( we did not opt for cheapest quote). Kristian kept us informed of delivery/installation times with very little prompting and the work was carried out when specified ( if not a day earlier) and completed within the quoted timeframe. The installation was neat and tidy and Kristian and his team made intelligent decisions with regards to implementing the installation. We were particularly impressed that Viking included little “extra” jobs just so the installation met their satisfaction which I am sure other contractors would not have bothered with. All in all our experience with Viking was 1st class and we are very happy with their work.

Viking Plumbing installed our combi boiler professionally and with care a couple of years ago. It was a competitive quote. We have used them for servicing and ad hoc work since. The whole team are professional. Recently particularly impressed by attention to care regarding Covid whilst replacing a tap for us. Without prompting a mask was used, anti bacterial for surfaces and even gate was wiped down! Would not hesitate to recommend.

First class people who completed a first rate job on schedule and without fuss or mess. There were a number of unexpected issues with the old heating system that were dealt including replacement of a lot of the existing pipe work. All this was completed to an excellent standard without any increase to the quoted price with the upmost care to our property. Our old boiler finally packed up and the weather was very cold and we had no hot water. Some companies dithered and gave vague ideas of when they could fit a new Worcester Boiler at our home. When we contacted Viking Plumbing Services Ltd of Beccles, they were friendly, helpful and decisive. They gave us a confirmed date for two days after our enquiry and they confirmed on the evening before that they would arrive at 08:30. On the dot the next day two friendly and professional installers arrived and they ensured that our hall floor and our hall carpet were well covered before starting work. They worked tirelessly for 9 hours that day with just a short break removing the old boiler and installing the new one so that we had heat and hot water for the evening. They returned the next day and they continued their work renewing some of the pipework and completely flushing the radiator system. Again, it was a full day and they worked tirelessly. Kristian, the Company director, came later on to inspect the work and he installed a new plug too. When the work was completed, we were given a service document for the boiler and the guarantee. I cannot praise this company enough for their commitment, hard work and professionalism. Excellent company.

When our 28 year old Worcester Bosch boiler finally gave up we contacted Viking heating as authorised Worcester Bosch installers. From the first contact Kristian always made us confident with his knowledge and approach to work. His team were always polite and courteous. Attention to detail, whether when working around our home or keeping us updated was excellent the first thing they did was to put carpet protector down and always took their shoes off when they came indoors. Kristian and his team were a pleasure to have working at our home. They did an excellent installation, and even though they had some unexpected challenges to overcome they still came out as per quote. I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

Kristian diagnosed and fixed a long standing problem with our underfloor heating. Unlike many tradesmen, Kristian answered calls and responded to messages. The communication was great and he is a pleasure to deal with

Kristian's team power flushed our central heating system as we had been advised it needed doing after a new pump had to be fitted. They arrived on time, protected the carpets well and were polite and friendly. The job took 8 hours and they were on hand all the time keeping an eye on it and checking it was all going as it should. The price was as per the initial quote, and was very reasonable, considering the time the job took. We haven't used them before but would certainly do so again. Highly recommended.

In a world of constant disappointments where tradespersons are concerned I was thrilled to discover Viking Plumbing. I have a number of properties which I like to keep to a high standard. Recently I have had a series of boiler failures which needed to be replaced. From the moment I first contacted Kristian he was efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to fit me in in an emergency, as my tenants were without heating & hot water in the winter months. He was punctual to the minute, he was super tidy, his paperwork was immaculate and prompt. When our boiler finally gave up and flooded the kitchen floor on Wednesday 16th of October Viking Plumbing and Heating were contracted to replace it with a new Worcester Bosch oil fired boiler. The earliest they said they could begin work was November 4th but in the event it was on Tuesday 5th Nov. This meant that we had been 3 weeks without hot water or heating (other than electric heaters) and at a time when my wife was quite unwell and we experiencing a cold spell; it was not an ideal situation for tradesmen to begin work which, at times, required moving from room to room, into the loft, and with outside doors frequently left open. The work involved removing the old boiler and flue, re-plumbing and installation of new boiler. An initial estimate of three days eventually became five days and we finally got heat and hot water at 7.30pm on Saturday 9th Nov. Throughout Kristian Lay and his team (1 other, sometimes 2 ) were always friendly , courteous and sensitive to the particular needs of our situation. They were hard working and meticulous in solving any problems that arose, and always left our property perfectly clean at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the quality and value of the service they provided and would be happy to recommend them to others.

We needed a 14 year old combi boiler changed. After viewing Viking Plumbing Services website and seeking a quote from them and others we decided to use them. We are very glad we did. They fitted our central heating system 4 years ago and have maintained it for us. We have no complaints. They are efficient and friendly.

We used Viking Plumbing & Heating to install our Worcester Bosch boiler, update the flue and provide a condensate connection. As events transpired the day chosen for this work turned out to be the hottest of the summer, at around 90°c, yet Kristian and his two staff did not let the stifling conditions slow their progress. The whole task including a full power-flush of the existing radiators was completed on schedule within budget and we were delighted with the results.

When our very old oil boiler on our equally old central heating system sprung a major water leak we approached three different companies for replacement quotes. Kristian stood out even before he sent in his quote - he quickly identified the challenges (some of which I was not aware of) and tailored his solution to provide a pragmatic install sensitive to our situation: we were keen to minimise work on the central heating system beyond that required for a safe and effective new boiler install. There were some unexpected challenges along the way which Kristian dealt with calmly and efficiently. Viking were recommended to us by a neighbour who spoke very highly of them. The estimate to replace our boiler was both honest and realistic. The work by Kristian, Cameron and Tyler was carried out as unobtrusively as possible - and they all were friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up afterwards. Viking Plumbing & Heating carried out and designed a new heating system for our house that was being renovated. Quality time was spent with us explaining the different options available. On good advice a new complete heating system was installed including new copper pipe work under the floors and radiators. The work was carried out by fully qualified gas engineers ensuring minimal disruption. After each day of work, the property was left clean and tidy at all times. The work carried out was at the agreed schedule and budget. I would not hesitate in recommending Viking Plumbing and Heating as I have already done.

Initially Kristian & Cameron came to relocate my sink, dishwasher and under floor heaters during Kitchen renovations. Later installing new water softener and reconnecting the sink & dishwasher. They worked very well alongside other trades. During this time it became apparent that our boiler, hot water tank and immersion were faulty. Kristian said I must get 3 quotes, which I did but his came out the cheapest and because he was local and could offer an annual service we chose his company. Kristian came within 2 weeks and he and Cameron & Tyler (trainee) arrived early every morning, laid protective flooring down and proceeded to work tirelessly and efficiently and most importantly stuck to budget. They were always polite and courteous. They gave us clear instructions on to what they had to do and why. They disconnected the old boiler and replaced it with a new boiler, hot water tank, immersion, new flue and miles of pipes. The pipe work done by Kristian in the boiler room was exceptional - very neat and tidy. All the above was a major change for us to get this work done and fairly quickly, so Kristian fitted us in as soon as he could and started and finished when he said. We had one minor issue during the first week but Kristian came around as soon as he could to investigate but found nothing. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Old boiler was 10 years old and had decided to change from open vent system to sealed system to reduce air in system, improve efficiency and reduce noise. Contacted Viking Plumbing & Heating, returned call promptly and visited a few days later to discuss my wants. Very helpful with choice of boiler, location and change of flue. Chose Worcester for reliability and quality. Kitchen location with flow/return up thru ceiling suited Worcester as piping contained behind boiler. An old radiator was also removed. Initially 3 days were allowed for work, but job completed in 2.5 days to budget. System flushed/cleansed initially. Impressed by quality of installation. Old flue holes and pipe holes filled. Standard of plumbing was excellent, with system fill and filter in suitable location for service. Flow/return pipes had to be revised with new flue thru kitchen ceiling. Surprised that coving was replaced and ceiling repaired with matching textured finish. Installation team were friendly and efficient. Overall very pleased.
