My neighbour recommended Vision, and I was very pleased with the whole process of getting a quote for replacement of windows and a new front door with side panels and replacing the roofline on the front of our bungalow. I was pleased with the survey and the installation. Everything was explained fully and an installation date agreed. The work was completed in two and half days and the fitters were very good taking great care as they worked and had a nice manner , and kept us informed. The new windows and door and roofline look great and at a very reasonable price.

This company was one of the most easy to work with out of all the trades people I contacted during our renovation process. I heard about them via an ad I saw in a local circular. Within days, they’d replied with a quote and were immediately able to book me in for the job to be completed less than a month later. The surveyor was very friendly and measured the job up a week or two later. He did not have the patterned glass that matched our other windows, but promised to try arrange it, which he successfully managed to do. On the day, the site workers arrived on time and did a great job of fitting the window without leaving any issues or mess. Communication throughout the job was very easy and they answered all my questions with ease and friendliness. I highly recommend Vision PVC!

We have had the pleasure of using this company before and used them to replace the front and back doors on mother’s house. The survey and quote was executed in a timely and professional manner and works booked in promptly. The fitters arrived on time and had respect for the property and carried out the work swiftly and competently, left the house tidy and cleared any detritus remaining. I would not hesitate to use this company again or indeed recommending them to friends, family and colleagues

The window fitted was a bespoke non standard size window. It was completed to my satisfaction and within timescale. Old window and any rubbish was removed and area left clean and tidy. Fitters cheerful and polite. Would recommend.

We researched the work we wanted carrying out and Vision provided us with a very competitive quote. Robin visited us and talked us through all of the options. We live in a home that was built in 1903 and we wanted to reinstall the sash windows that the house deserved. The work that was carried out by all staff involved, from the first visit to our home, to the visit to the showroom to the fantastic standard of work carried out by the guys who installed the windows we couldn't be more pleased. Every member of staff was very professional and kept us fully informed right throughout the process. The house now looks fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend Vision PVC Ltd to anyone thinking about wanting new windows.

Vision PVC fixed a number of issues with a balcony wall that the original builder had failed to identify or fix. They came out quickly and could immediately identify a number of potential issues, then came up with plan to deal with them all. As the weather was so bad in December, they came out and did a temporary fix to stop things getting worse. Works were then completed in Jan & Feb. I was always kept up to date with what was happening. All of the tradesmen involved were professional and friendly, also respectful of the house, not once leaving anything messy. I would happily recommend them to others.

I wish to thank Brian who came out and accessed the work needed which was a full replacement from a old conservatory with a polycarbonate roof to a new conservatory with a guardian roof, new guttering on my house and new garage windows, facia, guttering and door. All the work was carried out to a high standard by the two lads on the job, the crew are returning to fit the garage door once the builders finish landscaping my back garden and driveway.

Impressive service and craftsmanship all round. The initial visit by Robin was prompt and very thorough as we were concerned about fitting a new Guardian roof to a 20 year old frame/windows. He assured us the existing framework and foundations were very sound and carefully noted all our requirements to try and make it look as good as new. We needn't have worried as we now have what looks, to all intents and purposes, like a brand new Conservatory. The Guardian roof in particular, with the individual tiles option, is impressive and matches the existing tiled roof on the house really well. Thanks to Mark and his team for their conscientious and expert craftsmanship. They also work in conjunction with a recommended Plasterer (Terry) and Decorator (Ian) whom we were also very pleased with. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending these gents.
