Just had my Polo serviced locally. Excellent communications. Explained and shown which parts were replaced and why. Very fair and reasonable costs (unlike Main Dealer)! But no lounge to sit in or free coffee.

I took my Freelander for service and MOT today. Dave provided me with a spot clean and nice courtesy car while mine was been worked. Dave was really helpful, friendly and gave me advise. The final bill was higher than the quote but he did his best to explain me the reasons and I completely follow his rationale. I have found a reliable garage and Dave has the best attitude ever.
